La clinique qui a finalement fait le travail, m'a demandé 399$ taxes incluses pour la même chose avec en plus le retrait d'une dent supplémentaire et la coupe de griffe (cadeau de la maison). Le service y était supérieur et le personnel au petit soin avec mon animal. Au début, la clinique de Ste-Thérèse ressemblait à cela, malheureusement j'ai l'impression que l'appât du gain est devenu prioritaire. Dommage! Je recommande donc de magasiner avant de dire oui, vous pourriez être surpris.

Le tout à duré environs 1 mois de stress et de dépenses inutiles pour finalement lui donner des médicaments à 20$ qui ont réglé le tout en deux jours) La dernière fois je suis sortie en larmes et ce n'était que pour des vaccins... mon chien bougeait pendant la piqure et il a crié, ce qu'il ne fait jamais... et la vétérinaire a tenté de cacher subtilement l'aiguille qui a pliée dans la patte de mon chien, et il s'est mit à saigner très abondamment. J'ai paniqué rendue dans ma voiture... Les secrétaires sont détestables, j'ai toujours l'impression de les déranger. J'ai téléphoné pour faire transféré mon dossier, et la secrétaire m'a répondu qu'elle ne pouvait que transféré le dossier qu'à partir de 2013 parce que le dossier était trop épais et qu'elle ne pouvait pas tout scanner... (mon chien est né en 2013)... Je lui ai dit que j'allais venir le chercher à la place et m'a rapeller dix minutes plus tard pour me dire que finalement le dossier à été transféré au complet. I had an appointment with my dog on a Friday evening at 7pm. I waited 30 minutes and asked how much longer it would be as I was with my 3 year old son who was becoming inpatient. I was told they could not tell me because they were dealing with an emergency. I asked if the receptionist could find out because if it were another half an hour I would just re-schedule.
