Mon chat se fait hospitaliser là bas pour la fds mais pas en urgence car il y avait de la place pour le voir et faire le plan de traitement en journée. Le lendemain de la première nuit sous observation,ils m'avisent que mon chat a arraché son cathéter durant la nuit et que l'idéal serait d'en installer un autre mais à mes frais...On met la vie de nos animaux entre leurs mains ,il me semble que si mon chat a arraché son cathéter dans la nuit,c'est qu'il y a eu manque de surveillance donc c'est leur responsabilité d'en remettre un autre a leurs frais..Il faut dire qu'à ce moment, je suis déjà à 1000$ passé de frais.. Finalement, ils m'ont suggéré de rabouter la sonde pour éviter le surplus d'honoraires me disant qu'il pouvait y avoir un risque sur l'efficacité du procédé mais vu que la facture allait encore augmenter, j'ai préféré me ranger à cette idée .Par la suite, mon chat est débloqué, reviens à la maison avec médication pour un total de 1500$ et le tout à taux régulier, pas en urgence qui aurait été encore plus couteux . En fin de traitement,son état n'est pas revenu encore à la normal alors j'appelle pour qu'il soit revu.La réponse de la technicienne est qu'il n'y a pas de place,elle me cédule un rendez-vous 4 jours plus tard dans leur clinique à Laurier Station mais je ne peux attendre 4 jours car l'état de mon chat se dégrade vite, cest peut être une question d'heure si il y a blocage! Jen suis presque à les supplier mais rien à faire,PAS DE PLACE! Eille! mon chat se fait hospitalisé là une fds complète,ils ont son dossier etc,,Avec tout l'argent que je viens de leur donner ,ils n'ont pas eu la conscience professionnelle ni l'amabilité de trouver un trou à l'horaire,C'est à se demander si les animaux leur tiennent vraiment à cœur ou si c'est plutôt une question d'argent .En conclusion, j'ai fais transférer son dossier ailleurs ou ils se laissent une plage horaire disponible pour revoir leurs animaux sous traitement en cas d'urgence..Jamais je ne retournerai à St-Etienne et je ne le recommande pas non plus.

J'appelle pour la castration/dégriffage de deux pattes à mon chaton et il le prenne dès ses 3 mois (5mois recommandé), l'opère, le garde une nuit et à son retour c'est comme si ils avaient coupés la moitié de la patte de mon chat. Je sais ce que consite un dégriffage, mon chat que j'ai présentement l'a subit aussi et pourtant ça ne parait pas dutout. Bref, mon chaton de 3mois est mort dès l'arrêt de sa médication post-opératoire pour des raisons inconnus. J'ai changé de clinique lors de l'adoption d'un autre chaton puis, quoi que plus chère, j'ai eu des pamphlets d'informations ainsi qu'un carnet de vaccination dès son inscription. Sa castration/dégriffage c'est porté à merveille. Il l'on gardé 2 jours et insistait pour ne pas procèder à l'opération avant 5 mois : plus cher, plus professionnelle et mon chaton est en bonne santé!

Il est complètement incompréhensible pour moi que trois vétérinaires puissent l'identifier en moins de 2 minutes alors qu'on m'a laissé partir sans réponse de St-Étienne. Mis à part cette situation, j'ai toujours senti qu'on me pressait de faire passer des tests et donner de la médication à mon chat, sans réellement m'expliquer les bienfaits potentiels de ceux-ci. Bref, je conseil à quiconque souhaite le bien-être de son chat (je ne peux pas parler pour les autres animaux, je n'en ai pas) de ne pas aller à cette clinique, qui semble plus mettre de l'avant leur portefeuille que le bien-être des animaux. Cependant, je veux mentionner le bon travail fait par les techniciennes de la clinique de St-Étienne, qui elles, prennent le temps de nous parler et de nous donner des conseils, tant sur place qu'au téléphone.
