My mom had an appointment to euthanized our 20yo cat. She was told to pay 140$. She couldn't go cause she was too sad. Her friend went and they took the cat and put her in a cage because "the vet wasn't disponible". 140$ to have you cat put in a cage all miserable and stressed out and having no one with her to pass away peacefully. I really don't recommend this place. She had an appointment! And they did this to our baby! ????????

A courtesy phone would have taken two minutes. Had I known, I would have had time to have an appointment elsewhere on my day off. Surprise de devoir payer examen encore une fois, on me dit que je serai rappelé dans deux jours pour déterminer si oui ou non un examen me sera chargé ainsi que de me donner rendez-vous. Je prends la peine d'être d'avance pour profiter de ma journée de congé du vendredi suivant . Aucune nouvelle depuis. Malgré mes appels. Je comprends donc que, l'importance de la santé du chat est directement proportionnelle au paiement que je peux faire et que, clairement, je ne suis pas le bienvenue. Manque d'accompagnement et de services, je vais donc devoir repartir du départ avec un autre vétérinaire. Il aurait été si simple de me dire qu'il y a des frais peu importe le nombre de mois ou encore qu'on est pas intéressé a soigner le chat car mon budget est minuscule. Un téléphone de courtoisie aurait pris deux minutes. Avoir su, j'aurais disposé de temps pour avoir un rendez-vous ailleurs a mon jour de congé.
