Une fois sur place on nous dit que nous aurions besoin d'un 2e rendez-vous et qu'il y aura des frais supplémentaire de 50$ parce que le rendez-vous aurait pu être un peu plus tard mais seulement en un rendez-vous au lieu de deux, chose qui ne nous a jamais été mentionné lors de la prise du premier rendez-vous. La situation n'était aucunement urgente donc nous aurions pu attendre quelques jours de plus sans problème pour sauver les frais. Les prix sont également totalement exagéré et exorbitant. On parle de 430$ pour stériliser un chat, on fait un appel dans une autre clinique histoire de comparer, et à la première clinique contactée (avec une excellente réputation), on nous informe que la stérilisation est a 210$(sans frais supplémentaire caché), les vaccins y sont également offert littéralement au tiers du prix de chez Harmonia. La clinique Harmonia est vraiment belle et je ne met pas en doute leur compétence professionnelles, mais je vais faire 10 minutes d'auto de plus pour le même service à plus de la moitié du prix...

Le rdv de consultation est plus cher mais bon je me disais que pour faire voir mon chien avant ce n’est pas la fin du monde! Finalement j’ai payée le prix d’un examen complet mais seulement que ses pattes ont été évaluées (le motif de consultation) on s’entend que normalement un vet va vérifier TOUT (des dents aux griffes). Encore là pas la fin du monde. Ce qui ne fonctionne pas c’est que le traitement que j’ai choisi n’est prescrit que pour 1 mois et je dois donc payer un second rdv (tous les tx offerts ne sont prescrits que pour 1 mois finalement). Pas besoin de me dire que c’est dans les normes, je me suis informée et normalement c’est prescrit pour minimum 6 mois à 1 an. En gros, c’est une façon de faire de l’argent point. (Je suis infirmière et je connais bien le médicament prescrit, CE N’EST PAS UN MÉDICAMENT BEIN STRESSANT) Pas besoin aussi de me répondre que si la clinique ne me satisfait pas d’aller ailleurs, c’est certain que j’irai ailleurs et que je ne vous recommanderai pas à personne :) Ah oui et le petit ton hautain de la vétérinaire, ça va être beau !
