Friendly staff, short wait time

My dog was rushed in for an appointment. He is a high energy dog that suddenly can't walk, tail between his legs, wont eat/drink, has not used the bathroom in 24 hours. He has an infected ear from seasonal allergies that we are aware of and treating the vet didnt even notice this. They charged $80 to walk in the room and express my dog's glands and say he is fine and walk out in five.. yes, five minutes. He now is going to his usual vet. His breathing is shallow and I was up all night monitoring him. It takes a lot to dissapoint me but dismissing a sick dog as completely healthy is incredible.

The vets are great, would advise anyone to take there pet. There client services are awful, I had an issue over a bill I wanted to discuss, before I could state my case, I was told by the receptionist, the manager who was to busy to talk to me,didn’t want my business. Shame my dogs 9 months old, I’m sure there’s lots of bills left to pay.

My cats had a cold they got me in at the earliest convenience, and they did what they could to help save some money, that just goes to show they aren't just here for the money. They are caring and sweet people! I truly recommend anyone that loves there animal to come here.

They almost killed our dog. Took our 4 month old chihuahua to get his check up at this clinic for his first time. The clinic took him in, we gave them his paperwork to create his file that had specified his allergy to a specific medicinal ingredient. They gave him the ingredient he was allergic to and our dog had a reaction that was nearly life threatening. The clinic never throughly checked his paperwork, never confirmed with us any procedures before doing them, and almost killed our dog.

I am so thankful to have been referred to them. We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with out two dogs and kitten. We live in London and don’t mind the drive as we can see how much they actually care for our pets. Our vet of many years in London never showed us the care that Dr. Stewart and Dr. Adam do. Great place to go. We couldn't get into our vet on the weekend and they welcomed us with open arms. Nice office, caring people and a fair price. They didn't over charge or do unnecessary tests like we have dealt with before on short notice weekend appointments. I highly recommend this clinic, nothing but great things to say.

These guys really stepped up today to help us out. Our older dog woke up barely able to move and we were unable to get him in to our regular vet. We called them and they didnt even hesitate to book us appointment so we didn't have to take him to the Emergency Hospital. The vet even called me afterwards to give an update, including a full head to toe assessment. The service today was outstanding. We will definitely be switching our services here permanently.

Took my beautiful little buddy into this clinic because Elvis was sneezing and stopped eating. They said it was a throat infection. Gave antibiotics shot and prescription. Elvis was getting worse and they had me pick up more antibiotics. My baby started bleeding , took him to a different vet. He had to be put to sleep. They should have done blood work in the first place. My poor sweet baby suffered and died for nothing.

Dr. Stewart was amazing. You can just tell that he not only knows his stuff but truly cares about the animals. My cat was in a tough spot and wasn't looking good. They got her in right away, found the problem right away, and she was back to her normal self in a week. I'm truly grateful for the whole team at Talbot animal clinic. You guys and gals are amazing and I know Jynx(my cat) is grateful as well.
