Use to be a great vet. Now they've become very posh and no matter what we do for our dog or how much experience we have with dogs. Its still isnt good enough; always leaving this vet with negative state of mind. Instead of telling us good things about our beloved pet. We get told problems and something that would cost 5000 dollars. Which is outrageous because i dont know many people that can dish out 5000 dollars even with installments. We went for needles only ended up feeling very discourage and not wanting to return to this vet because we feel we are doing everything wrong.

Very friendly staff and prices are not to bad . Estimates were correct and well explained. My cat has skin infection and was given best treatment for his situation. Vet explained treatments well and reassured us he is fine. Vet also answered all our questions and did not rush us out which i liked .She was very nice towards my cat. Will be going back.

Estimates are a scam, I took my dog to clip his nails...they found an infection & made a $600 list of absolutely necessary procedures...when I told them I didn't have the money they trimmed down the list to $200 ...but when I went to pick him up a few hours later the bill was over $300...not impressed!

Super good vet, but receptionist... geez no. I've called multiple times to talk with the Vet because we agreed on some later treatment for my cat and she literally refuses to let me talk to the vet or technician under any circumstances, insist i have to come back get a new exam, etc. Like, i'm sorry, no, I spent 1600$+ in exams there in 1month so we found what she had and agreed if it was reoccurring, that we would directly go to treatment B. But hey, no way to be able to speak to the vet or technician themselves because "no no no". Well, guess I'll go elsewhere, which really sucks because the Vets are AMAZING and totally understood the situation and were being so gentle with my animal.

Went today to the clinic at Greenfield park and got very Bad client service , I only requested a Health Certificate for my dog, cause I'll be travelling soon and was surprised in a very bad way that they didn't want to give one , even though I paid for the consultation , I asked for it in my first visit and it was refused but I thought it was a misunderstanding then I came back today and found the same attitude even the secretary was angry and I still don't know ¿WHY?.

If u want vet for exotic pet, don't bother. I had an appointment for a follow up. Due to the weather I called to reschedule. Imagine my surprise when she told me that today was her last day and they hadn't found a replacement. She referred me to laval without taking into consideration where I lived. She then referred me 2 someone closer. "A specialist which I had seen 2 years ago. She's a specialist because she likes small animals???? ". My initial appointment was yesterday but was canceled for personal reason by vet . Used to b that animals had better care then human beings. I guess the vets have caught up to human drs

Very professional and very thorough. Never worry your pet won't be taken care of here. Their thoroughness extends to their sales approach though as well. $218 to find out our cat has no urinary infection + a quote for $1300 to find out if it might have heart palpitations. One phone call with sales pitch for food, accessories, etc, before picking up the cat. Another sales pitch while picking the cat and a follow up call 3 days later with another pitch for the same items. Again, not a bad vet, they just reinforce the unfortunate profiteering reputation the veterinary industry is known for.

Nous décidons qu'il est préférable pour le chien de mourir dans son salon même si la vétérinaire nous dit que cela lui créera un grand stresse inutile. Rendu à la maison nous lui donnons du gatorade, sirop d'érable et de l'eau sans aucun médicament. Jour 2 le chien reprend des force et est capable de marcher un peut. Il boie de l'eau par lui même Jour 3 il marche de manière normal est est capable de manger Jour 4 guérison complète Bref après une facture de 1008.64$ un chien déshydraté (comme si il n'avait eu aucun soin de base) Et une proposition de faire tuer notre chien notre expérience avec ce vétérinaire fût un désastre. My wife and I brought our puppy LUCKY to this veterinarian for an emergency consultation and it was a great experience we appreciate all the staff for there kindness and hospitality. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I find the prices a bit higher than most other places and also we were not allowed to accompany our baby in the back while they were doing tests and procedures. But all in all they are good and I recommend this place to everyone

I went to renew the prescription for my dog who has heart disease. The service is great and Dre.Claudie is super nice and thoughtful. She did the consultation and explained everything patiently. She also recommended the exams and listed the details and price. However, I haven’t been informed that they charged $25 for each medication prescription until I payed for the invoice. My dog takes 3 medications and one medication with two different doses, which costs $100 for a paper prescription only! I asked for a paper prescription from Vet Rive-Sud last year and it was free. Is it a reasonable charge???
