They were the only clinic to take us immediately given the urgency of the situation and I do not know how to thank them. Diego was unfortunately almost dead when we arrived. They took care of it the best they could to save it. Unfortunately, he had a relapse during the night and did not survive. We are aware that this was a risk (as we had no way to take her to the 24h emergency room). They came out of work to see him late into the night. I do not know many professionals who take their work so much to heart. A few weeks later we received a letter commemorating our little baby. A small gesture that goes straight to the heart. Nous sommes conscients que c'était un risque (car nous n'avions aucun moyen de l'emmener aux urgences 24h). Elles sont venues en dehors du travail le voir jusque tard dans la nuit. Je ne connais pas beaucoup de professionnels qui prennent leur travaille autant à coeur. Quelques semaines plus tard nous avons reçu une lettre en commémoration de notre petit bébé. I brought my cat in after her health was on a rapid decline. Ultimately nothing could be done for her given her situation. Everyone was respectful and courteous, attentive and understanding and made the hardest decision of my life to let my cat go just a little bit easier. I cannot thank the staff and Dr enough for handling the situation with the dignity and respect it deserved. I hadn't slept for 2 days and it was noticeable and in that little window of time I felt reassured and confident that it was the best course of action. No unnecessary treatments were pushed, no bs about the situation. It was very straight forward and direct, and I am thankful that my cat Kiwi could spend her last moments around people that cared. So thank you and without a shred of a doubt I recommend this Vet for anyone.

(*Update March 12th 2021;) My cat's "Horner's syndrome" almost completely gone today, which is reassuring since he didn't see any neurologist. (The only way to see one was by going through an emergency admission in a different hospital.????) Adding 2 stars, because of the happy story ending, despite an extra 4 nights in ICU Feb. 11-14th, 2021, after neutering Feb. 9th 2021; I first chose this veterinary “hospital” for my new highland lynx kitten in 2019, believing "hospitals" had specialists whenever needed... Was later on disappointed to find out it was not the case; We first met with Dr. Marius who's very experienced, willing to share his knowledge, fun and patient. Most importantly, it's possible to always see the same vet, unlike in most other clinics. (Written on Friday Feb.12, 2021) TomThumb, almost 2 y.o, was in hospital this week, to be neutered on Tuesday morning (Feb.9th.) He was well and healthy when i accompanied him on Monday (Feb.8th,) but unwell when i picked him up on Wednesday (Feb.10th.) TomThumb is in ICU since Thursday (Feb.11th,) now diagnosed with HORNER'S syndrome, a severe neurological disorder that is related to an otitis that was diagnosed and treated while in hospital, without me being aware of it. (Cat was well at his annual checkup 2 weeks earlier.) The ear medication Surolan® is ototoxic when eardrums are perforated/ become permeable due to anesthesia, and counter indicated when inspection isn't conclusive... This is written on the label. Whatever scenario, this is shocking news and i am worrying to death! ???? (Pics are from Sept. & Oct. '19 TomThumb has a fan club on IG and TikTok. Both accounts under the name “lynxdoodle” Luckily, there will be more FUN adventures to share for years to come! ????)

It's a bit more expensive then other places (30/100$ difference), I wish they had a program for students like me to make it more affordable or have payment installments. I would be able to pursue preventive care more often. If it wasn't for the price, I would give it a 5 star. However, the price is partially justified by the good quality of services and follow up. Most of the staff is friendly and always answer my questions as best they can. I've met three vets. Two of which I personally prefer (Dr.Marius and Dr.Ayotte). They showed extensive knowledge, as well as professionalism. Both clearly love animals and know what they are talking about. However, Dr. St-Pierre and the blonde middle aged assistant did not show the same care for my dog. Perhaps it was a bad day? I'm not sure but I do believe people should at least try and smile. The dog was in pain and they didn't answer questions when at the appointment. I had to call back for answers. Afterall, we care about our pets and trust them blindly... we want to feel reassured, answered... we want to trust you with our pets. A smile doesn't hurt. If it was up to that one time service, my review wouldn't be as good. My cats got the basic vaccinations by Dr. Marius and did not show any pain. In fact, both of my kittens seemed to trust them and felt comfortable being in their care. Dr. Ayotte sterilized my older kitten. I was worried (first pet I sterilize) but she did an amazing job reassuring me and answering all of my questions. Wonderful work. My kitten came back home without any problems, happy, and not in pain. Her stitches are subtle and very well done. I had clear printed instructions on how to care for her at home. I will be sterilizing my second cat there as well. Special mention to the receptionist Myriam. I kept "harassing" with calls and she showed great patient, very friendly, and she listens to our need. She's the main reason why I chose the clinique despite the prices being out of my budget. She left a good impression and I gave the clinique a shot. Overall, pricey but good clinique for our pets. If they could offer payments installments or scaled payments for those who struggle financially like students such as me, it would be a 5/5.

Amazing first visit to this vet. I transfered my file from the vétérinaire Victoria because they have been so incompetent and charge way too much. In ONE visit, Dr Marius was able to diagnose my cat with a problem he has had for YEARS, and the other vet could not figure out or kept telling us more tests were needed. Made an appointment for our new kitten because reviews were amazing. Kitten needed her vaccination. I had Dr Arseneau and she was perfectly bilingual and very friendly. Not only did Trixie not seem to even feel the needle the dr even applied her nail caps very quickly and efficiently. Mais la vérité est que la vétérinaire que je suis allez voir a cette clinique, n'étais pas compétente pour traiter ma petite titille, elle lui a fais du mal, et ne voulant pas qu'on le sache elle nous a dit a moi et mon conjoint qu'elle étais mourant et qu'on ne pouvais rien pour elle, qu'elle avais une tumeur. Elle navais même pas un an encore. Donc si j'aurais laisser tomber a se moment et que je l'aurais écouter, je n'aurais plus ma titille aujourd'hui. Sur le coup très anéantit, je ne pouvais pas y croire alors j'ai décidée d'allez demander un autre avis, a une clinique vétérinaire qui étais plus spécialisé en animaux exotique. Je me disais elle est mourant ok, mais on peut la sauvée, je men fou du prix que sa coute. Donc la soirée même, j'ai eu un rendez vous, et le vétérinaire que j'ai vu, lui, ma dit tout le contraire, quelle allais bien, quelle avais uriner beaucoup de sang surement a cause de ce que l'autre lui avais fait comme test, quelle n'étais pas mourante, seulement des craies dans la vessie. Alors, faite très attention a la clinique que vous allez et je faite pas confiance au vétérinaire si il vous dit qu'il sont compétent pour soigner votre animal, souvent ils sont la que pour faire de l'argent et non pour le bien être de votre animal. Comme malheureusement j'ai eu a cette clinique. je déconseille ou vérifier bien avant sur l'ordre des vétérinaire.
