Le lendemain j'ai pu récupérer ma chienne et cela fait 8 jours depuis et elle va très bien. Prochain rendez-vous pour suivie d'ici quelques semaines pour reprendre des radiographies et possiblement enlever le bandage. Le prix donné comprenait les visites et radiographies subséquentes.

Toutou est examiné. Le vétérinaire lui fait passer une radiographie (peut-être a-t-il avalé quelque chose?) pour ENSUITE me demander si mon chien n'aurait pas été visiter une pension pour chiens récemment. En plus, la technicienne mentionne après coup que les symptomes du chien sont bien connus, c'est une toux de chenil. Encore KETCHING: plus de 500$, ça inclus la radio, des cannes de nourriture molle (moins irritant pour la gorge) et des antibios. BREF: Ils sont vites en affaire pour faire faire plein d'examens et vendre des produits. Je ne critique pas leurs compétences. Mon chien, je l'aime, mais ce n'est pas une raison pour abuser de mon argent.

Un animal sauvage, blessé et souffrant qui n'appartient à personne! Ils ont alors demandé s'il y avait moyen de le soulager ou d'abréger ses souffrances. Celle-ci leur a répondu qu'ils pouvaient le remettre ou ils l'avaient trouvé!!!! Bref, ils ont finalement réussit à trouvé un endroit qui l'ont prit en charge et qui sont venu le chercher. Je suis sidérée par le manque de compassion de cette clinique.

Je lui ai demandé d’aller chercher mon chien, elle m’a dit allez-vous être capable de m’écouter? Je lui ai dit d’aller chercher mon chien et ça l’a été fait. Nous avons discuté et une décision a été prise, ce qui a demandé deux injections plus pilule. À la caisse, trois injections m’étaient chargées. Une chance que j’ai vérifié ma facture car seulement deux injections devaient m’être facturées. Alors, 216,73$ pour la consultation et 423,18$ pour la médication et dans ce montant il y’a 40$x2 pour avoir fait deux injections à ma Léonberger. Je suis désolée mais mon vétérinaire qui est dans une clinique hôpital d’urgence ne m’a jamais facturé 80$ pour faire l’injection. Ça l’a toujours été compris dans la consultation. Bref, à part de $$ ne pas être présent pendant l’examen pour moi c’est inacceptable. Qui de mieux devrait-être avec son toutou pour le rassurer? I received efficient service and i was given options for my dog Joe (pug) and i didn't feel pressured into costly tests that would of been unnecessary. They were knowledgeable and it shows they care about your animal. They gave me a prompt update during his hospitalization and i was seen quickly by the veterinarian Dre Dufour. D'ailleurs la technicienne en imagerie et son équipe ont tellement été chaleureuses et attentionnées. Ce n'est pas le genre de place où tu vas, par exemple, pour un problème gastrique et qu'on regarde d'abord ses oreilles. C'est get-to-the-point et avec ce qui compte réellement! Personnellement, j'ai trouvé ma place de confiance.

Le lendemain, mon chien est toujours fiévreux, je vais chez mon vétérinaire habituel pour chercher les bons medicaments et on me dit que DMV ne leurs a rien transmis. ???? J'appelle DMV, 30 minutes d'attente sur la ligne pour parler a une réceptioniste. Toujours sans réponse, jai dut me rendre sur place pour avoir la copie papier de la prescription. En ce moment mon vétérinaire de famille n'a toujours pas reçu le dossier médical de mon chien, ou meme ses x Rays. A cause du manque de rigueur des employés du DMV SUD dans les suivis post-consultation, mon chien a tarder a recevoir les bons medicaments et a fait de la haute fievre plus longtemps.???? Très difficile d'avoir un suivi téléphonique et ils ne sont pas capable d'envoyer par courriel ou de faxer un dossier médical a temps. L'homme à qui j'ai parlé au téléphone à 14h ne pouvait pas répondre a ma question et ma promis un retour d'appel que je n'ai finalement jamais reçu. Heureusement, j'ai réussi a avoir les bons médicaments pour guérir mon chat.

When my dog Hagan was diagnosed with terminal cancer it literally knocked the wind out of me. The DMV had actually recommended that I put him down right then that day afyer his ultrasound and I told them I needed a day or two. The nurses at the DMV were incredibly understanding they hooked my dog up to an IV for the night to provide him with fluids and even though they told me that it’s something they don’t normally do (And I’m sure they wouldn’t do now during the coronavirus) But they actually let me sleep in the room with him because I was crying so much and I didn’t wanna leave him. They were incredibly compassionate kind people who were very helpful to me. Unfortunately Hagan didn’t make it but I will forever remember how kind the staff here was to me. I’m old enough to remember a time before a 24 hour veterinary clinic existed. This place is really really really great! Thank you for everything
