Mon entourage le confirme non seulement pour cette clinique mais un peux partout sa semble être pareil, les visites coûte cher et les résultats ne sont jamais bon, ont est en 2018 mais je ne vois pas d’amélioration sur les techniques de base, tel que de faire un vrai bilan avant de prescrire n’importe quoi avec bien entendu une facture très salé . Nous allons devoir trouvé mieux si cela existe vraiment bonne chance à tous....

I have been in my Holliday travelling with my cat, which had an injury I have panic but thankfully got an appointment and was sorted out with such care, the Dr. was incredible honest quick and outstanding from explaining to proving treatment. Horrible. I went because my kitten had a little coughing. The first vet told me everything is fine but if it doesn't pass we'll give her anti inflammatory, which we did (100$). Now she has problem breathing so we go back. The second vet, alarmist to the max, tells me, after xrays, that I can't leave with my kitten because she needs to be put under intensive care with a vet 24/7. Apparently, the xrays showed liquid in her abdomen and lungs to the point he thought it was FIP (a fatal infection). So my options were to put her down on the spot, which he was ready to do, or pay well over 2000$ to put her under intensive care. He didn't even offer any other options like extract some of the liquid to see if it was yellow (which is a distinct sign of FIP). I left with the cat and got the xrays later (256$). Two other vets looked at the same xrays and none of them concluded to FIP, maybe a bronchitis but nothing alarming. On top of that, they called me 2 weeks later to remind me she's due for her vaccines. The same cat that was doomed according to the vet. Really??? good follow up on your files!! When I told her I wasn't happy, she was quick to offer me to close my file and never bother me again. I wonder why she was so quick to offer me that option. Happens often?? I asked for a refund but I guess I have more chances of seeing pigs fly. This vet clinic charges more than other vet. Example, vaccines for my puppy would have cost me 60$ more than the vet I go to normally. Last thing I need to mention because it bothered me when I was there and it still bothers me. The vet went on to put down Quebec's breeder, that all they care for is the money, that Ontario's breeders are much better, they care for the pets they sell...bla bla bla. My Quebec's breeder, whom I called while I was there trying to decide what to do because Mr.Alarmist didn't want to let me leave with the cat, called me back right away, took back the cat the same day, and is now taking care of her to bring her back to health. If that's not caring I wonder what is. Certainly not the vet who was ready to put her down right on the spot. Btw, my cat is alive and healing. p.s: Not even worth one star but I didn't have a choice if I wanted to post my comment. If I would have listened to them, my cat would be dead right now. Thank god I didn't!!

Very helpful people take good care of animals, my cat at least. Dont force you into buy all they have, only give you advice and what will happen if lets say you dont give them a certain vacination. Got alot of flyer to explain things in details if needed. I mean, i didnt know how to get there even with a GPS in the car and they took the time to guide me to their location... not many cliniques would do that in my opinion. I got a castration done on my cat who is about 1 year old, and they really did porffesional job. i cost me a total of around 330$ that include: Analyses on escrament. The operation of castration. Rage Vaccination 2 pills vermifuge Basic one month vaccination for the operation And a Meeting with vet to see if my cat had anything, reactal check, temparture, flee test, etc. All that with in 3 weeks. They called to ask about my cat see if he had any problems. Very friendly too. I like my experience with them.

The doctor didn’t bother to actually look at my pet after mistreating him he called him mean and made me do the work called the dog dangerous as the dog was protecting himself and by that point he didn’t finish the exam or do anything about my concerns. Thank god the assistant vet was there she was an angel and was super professional. It’s not the first time conduct like this has been shown from this specific doctor. Otherwise the clinic itself is good but after this encounter I am considering to change. He also badmouthed my dog while he thought we weren't listening and talked badly about me... He said that I should dominate my dog (and keep in mind that he is trained and hasn't had problems of this kind with other doctors) I also want to add that he was being quite violent with the dog that the vet assistant had to tell him to back off.

I liked the clinic because usually the personnel is there to assist you, especially Dr. Negrut. Unfortunately, my dog has a very sensitive stomach and every now and then we have an emergency. Last time we had one, i called the clinic and the person who talked to me told me to find a different clinic because !!! they were busy !!! I decided to gave them another chance, until now.. I've just received a call saying I will have to pay a fine of 50 CAD to the clinic because I canceled a dentist appointment for my dog(funny, because i haven't). I set up an appointment around 2 months ago and never received an email or a text confirming I had the appointment.. These could be isolated cases(person) but I feel very disappointed of the service they provide to old customers. If you are new, maybe you will have better chances.

J'ai moi aussi 2 chattes de race (Bengal) et elles sont mes bébés, les prunelles de mes yeux. Elles ont été très malades lorsque je les ai eu a tel point que le traitement devait être administré avec des gants car il était très nocif pour l'humain et j'ai même eu une technicienne qui est venue chez moi à tous les soirs et ce pendant 7 jours pour leur donner leur médicament afin d'éviter un stress même si j'habite à 3 minutes. Si j'avais qu'un petit doute de leurs compétences, j'aurais changé de place sans hésiter sauf que cela n'a pas été cas. Si j'avais eu peur qu'une seule petite fois de perdre l'une de mes chattes j'aurais consulter un autre vétérinaire. Jamais j'aurais pris la chance de les soigner par moi-même si javais eu le moindre doute de les perdre. J'aurais consulté un autre véto. Alors, est-ce un commentaire, ci-dessous,exagéré /amplifié? Et je suis certaine qu'il l'aurait gardé si les heures de bureau le permettait. Etant donné que ce n'est pas ouvert 24h, jaurais sûrement fait la même chose , le diriger à un endroit ouvert 24h pour lui permettre d'avoir les soins en tout temps. De plus, à chaque fois que je vais chercher de la nourriture , ils ( techniciennes en service ou les 2 vétérinaires) me demande de leurs nouvelles. Bref, je vous confirme que canisfelis est digne de confiance. Madame Savard, je vous souhaite bonne chance avec votre bébé et je peux vous confirmer que vous serez toujours bien traité avec eux. We just got home from an appt. The moment we arrived the team were amazing. They greeted our two dogs with so much love, kindness, compassionate . They listened to us, never pushed anything. Wonderful first experience with our new puppy ????. The staff was very friendly and courteous but the star is dr Eugene he put us and our baby at ease and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back for all our puppies needs . I recommend this place to everyone

So happy with the service I received at this veterinary! I was very nervous about getting my dog’s teeth cleaned because I knew there would be anesthesia involved and he would need some teeth extracted. The team were super friendly and reassured me that they would take good care of my dog and call me when everything was done. Nothing was pushed on me and the prices were reasonable compared to other vets I had visited. I will for sure continue going to this veterinary hospital :)
