Deux autres techniciènnes gentilles m'ont aider à remettre ma cage ensemble après le tout. Les employés de cette clinique ont réussi à me donner une sensation de confort durant un des moments les plus difficiles de ma vie. Depuis 1 an et demi environ, le service est incohérent.D'abord, ils ont donné des vaccins à mon chien que nous n'avions pas demandé et à cause de celui-ci, elle a attrapé la grippe du chenil. Je leur ai donné une seconde chance en allant faire traiter mon chat pour un rhume. Je comprend qu'un chat peut être difficile à traiter. Par contre, on m'a fait faire un test à 300$ en me disant que j'aurais assurément un résultat et qu'on pourrait traiter la bonne bactérie. Finalement, Dr Lewis me rappel en me disant que le test n'a donné aucun résultat (300$ jeté aux poubelles) mais qu'il en existe un autre à 120$ que je peux faire. Pourquoi m'avoir proposé celui à 300$ ? Et pourquoi ne pas m'avoir parlé de celui à 120$ en premier ? Et pourquoi ne pas m'avoir dit qu'il y avait des chances que le test à 300$ ne donne rien ? Depuis 2 mois, j'ai dépensé pratiquement 1000$ et chaque fois que j'appel c'est un vétérinaire différent et un tech différent qui fait le suivit. Ils ont l'air perdu. Bref, c'est peut être seulement de la malchance mais les dossiers de mes 2 aninaux ont été transférés au Vet de Sainte-Marthe-Sur-Le-Lac où le service est constant et irréprochable. De plus, les tarifs sont beaucoup plus abordables.

Une semaine se passe et la bouche de mon chien a commencé à saigner, alors je reviens et il a dit qu'il y avait une tumeur buccale ou une infection, mais il n'était pas sûr, alors il a donné des antibiotiques pour voir si cela fonctionnerait. Le saignement s'est arrêté et 3 semaines plus tard, il a recommencé. Cette fois, j'ai décidé d'aller chez un autre vétérinaire, qui a également effectué un test sanguin. LE TEST SANGUIN REVIENT et mon chien n'a pas d'insuffisance rénale mais a en fait une hémorragie interne et une anémie. Ce vétérinaire m'a dit d'arrêter toutes les pilules que Patrick avait données. Si mon chien meurt, c'est la faute de Patrick.

My cat is very hard to treat and I get it, but it's not an excuse to act rough on her and being impatient. The technician was really sweet to my cat and I have nothing to say about that, but as soon as the doctor entered the room she had a very different energy and tone, as if she was annoyed that my cat was so upset and stressed and it seems like she didn't really tried to make her more comfortable. They should've gave her something to make her calmer but they didn't (even when I told the doctor that we cant even get her groomed without her being high on something because she gets too scared and aggressive). She's an old cat and took a week to recover from fighting with them, when it could've been smooth with drugs as I said, I was too anxious at the end to even speak up after hearing my cat scream in pain and fear. Also, I don't get why the doctor's dog was in a place where he could enter the room, he tried to do so a couple of times during the consultation, that was unprofessional of them. Yes I got what I needed from them which is medication for my cat's eye, but they also injured her and it could've been avoided if the doctor would've listened to me at the very beginning.

On m'a alors répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient recevoir ma chienne, faute à une surcharge de travail, et qu'ils n'étaient pas un service d'urgence. Ok... je vais ou alors? On m'a dit d'aller dans un hôpital vétérinaire. Je me mets donc a téléphoner à toutes les places qui indiquaient Hôpital pour me faire dire que soit, ils ne prenait pas de nouveaux clients, ou bien qu'il leurs était impossible de voir ma chienne. Finalement, je me suis retrouvé à Brossard et ma chienne est décédée une heure après notre arrivée. La goutte qui fait déborder le vase est le suivi de mon autre chienne gestante. J'ai appelé la clinique pour un rendez-vous pour une Rx de fin de gestation. J'ai appelé 3 semaines après la saillie pour ce rendez-vous, j'ai spécifié à mon interlocutrice que je voulais savoir si les chiots étaient bien placés dans un premier temps et le nombre. Apres m'avoir demandé les dates de saillies, et effectuée un calcul, cette dernière m'a donné le 9 mai. Deux semaines plus tard, j'ai recontacté la clinique car je m'interrogeais à savoir si je devais donner un vermifuge à ma chienne. La personne au bout du fil ma dit que je pouvais le faire en fin de gestation et qu'il serait possible qu'il me soit remis lors de la consultation le 9 mai. Je me présente alors à la clinique à la date prévue, à mon arrivée on prend ma chienne pour l'amener en arrière, et quelques minutes après, elle revient et on me dit: il y en a deux....that's it!!! Je dis alors et pour le vermifuge? On me dit que je n'ai pas de rendez vous avec un vétérinaire...je ne comprends alors plus rien et explique mes démarches. Après avoir vérifié avec le vétérinaire de services, on me dit qu'il peut examiner rapidement ma chienne entre deux clients car ils sont débordés. J' attends alors et la technicienne me ramène ma chienne me donnant quelques détails sur sa santé générale (tartre aux dents) mais très peu concernant sa gestation. Jamais je n'ai parlé au vétérinaire! Je demande quand aura lieu la mise bas approximativement et elle me dit au courant de la semaine...Je repars avec une facture de 224$, RX, consultation et vermifuge. Pendant la nuit ma chienne se met à vomir. Au matin j'en parle avec un membre de ma famille qui me réfère à une amie vétérinaire. Cette dernière m'appelle à la maison et me dit que c'est peut-être le vermifuge qui rend ma chienne malade et que, à son avis, c'est complètement inutile de lui donner ça maintenant. En plus, elle me dit que la RX effectuée était beaucoup trop tôt selon mes dates de saillies, que je devrai en refaire une autre pour savoir si les chiots sont bien placés et leur grosseur, dans le but de planifier une césarienne en cas de complication. Finalement, les chiots n'arriveront pas cette semaine mais plutôt la semaine prochaine... Je me fiais totalement à cette clinique vétérinaire pour la santé de mes chiens mais en recevant pareils services je me questionne à savoir quel est sa priorité: l'aspect lucratif ou vraiment la santé animale!!!
