I was very unfortunate to have to bring my dog there. Dont get me wrong they did treat my dog well at least he came home without a fever but, damm they nail you at the end. My bill was suppose to be 700$ by the time the bill was made I was close to 800$ and on top of it they wanted to sell me a medium size bag of food for 50$. When I told the lady that I was only prepared to pay 700$ and if those extra pills were really necessary, I heard the vet say to her that " they were a reprecaution " meanwhile I already had the prescription for pills that did the exact same thing ! ? Really? These people have no idea how hard we work and if we bring our animals to them is because we care about them. Dont make a hole in my pocket. When I told the girl I could not take the food, she looked at me with surprise and said " but the dog needs to eat" are you kidding me? You think I dont know that? Wow!!! Best vet ever that really cares about the owners being able to keep their animals healthy without breaking the bank. CLinique Veterinaire Jarry. Too bad they were closed this week I am sure my bill would have been half the price for the same care.

Ma récente visite je fais la même chose mais sous la pluie, je vérifie ( je regarde il n'y a personne et je rentre) et on m'avertis que j'étais aveugle parce que je n'ai pas vu l'affiche disant d'appeler... l'endroit était vide.. On me dit qu'on va me faire une exception et me permettre quand même d'acheter... encore une fois le magasin est vide, je porte mon masque et la madame derrière le comptoir n'a aucun contacte avec moi, elle porte le masque et il y a des plexiglass devant le comptoir entre nous 2. Ma seule erreur est d'être resté dans le magasin et d'avoir acheté quand même de chez vous.. On comprends tous la pandémie, j'ai un commerce également.. mais des règles comme les votres aucunement pensées "pour le bien de tous" sa devient ridicule. Traité vos clients comme des adultes responsables... sa serait bien

Spare yourself some money WORST place EVER. I took my dog for a surgery because of his arthritis. He got a major infection after the operating. We ended spending 4,000 in another center....They had to re do the surgery to see what was causing the infection and did another incision since the first one was poorly done. Veterinaire St-Rose got contacted by the other center to be asked background information and inform of the situation. They never had the decency to call us back to ask what happened to Ziggy after THEY did the surgery. I DON'T RECOMMAND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Take you pets to a better place
