My dog was ill and i had to bring her to the closest vet. They gave me a price for the consultation which was 50$ but once a customer who was a vetenarian noticed that my dog was not well the technician suggested to put my dog in priority before another client. Once in the room, the technician mentioned because they brought my dog in priority i would pay an extra 30$ or would have to go back with my dog in the waiting room and wait if i didn't want to pay extra. The nerve to tell me that AFTER i had to bring my poor girl in the room!! And it doesn't end there!! After some blood test, the vetenarian tells me good news you're dog did great! Which i was relieved. However, she then adds but she couldn't find the issue with my dog. She ends there by not saying anything else. I then ask so what now?!? Do I have to put her down? She answers yes. I had to put her down at that place and noticed the procedure was not done right because my dog was struggling with her breathing. This is not the first time i had to put down a dog, my last dog went peacefully at the DMV Laval hospital . Dishonest place to say the least, this was a horrible experience. Edit: Thank you for responding cowardly that I am not a client when you clearly have my name on file.

I recently Change my review because , I have given regular support to this vet and today they had a cancelation and called us because we tried to get an appointment .While trying to get our dog In car her caller came off as she is a little bit of a handful and she took off she came so we called the vet they said we had until 8 pm ..she came back and my wife went at about 740 and they are 5 min away .I meantime while my wife was on her way they call our home instead of the cell that they called earlier and told me now the vet doesn't have time to put us and our pet through that is extremely frustrating. My wife ended up purchasing product from them anyway but if the vet could not take the extra few minutes to squeeze us in after us trying to Fill in another cancelation then I don't feel appreciated as a client ..Not impressed at all.

Flexible when it comes to making appointments and fitting us in. The vets don't push unnecessary procedures and tests, I feel like they give us straight info every time. Never a problem with English or French, they always ask which is better for us. Examination rooms are clean and tidy, the store and lobby is clean and organized. They aren't a big clinic so they can't do all the procedures of a larger vet and we had to go somewhere else to see a dermatologist for example, but otherwise very happy with our service here and our dog agrees.

Hmmm.....I had to give a star in order to write a review, they don't even deserve one star!! I scheduled my dog for a full exam and booster shots. They gave him one shot of two and asked me to simply make another appointment to receive the second shot. I called and the secretary said he has to undergo a full examination in order to receive the second shot. No mention of a second exam at our last visit. I explained that my dog was already examined and I was told to come only for the second shot. They said that he cannot receive the second shot without a full examination. They are for the money and not the pet. All they want is to run many tests that will cost you an arm and a leg. I did not find them to be very warming when giving information about the pets. They kind of tell you that all tests are for the health of the animal. I have been to other vets where they were sympathetic to animal and gave you the honest truth about some tests without making you feel like your a horrible person for not doing every test possible in the world. They also don't care about the age of the dog since they wanted to operate on my dog that was 11 years old just to remove a bump that did not cause any problems (Over 500$ for the operation). My original vet said not to do it since it does not bother the dog and at her age we do not want to operate unless absolutely necessary. Use your common sense if dealing with them.

De plus, pour la même chienne sortit de l'inspecteur canin a 14ans (donc obligation d'aller a cette clinique) le vet m'a fortement recommandée de faire steriliser ma chienne le plus vite possible (a 14ans c'est pas une priorité immédiate) et de faire une deuxième chirurgie plus tard pour des soins dentaires ( qui sont en tres mauvais état) Deux chirurgies et 2 examens de base pour une chienne qui allait se faire tuer a l'inspecteur canin.. On parle ici de 2visites de vaccins a environs 200$ chacune ainsi que 2 chirurgies incluant 2 anesthésies a environs 500$ chaque.. Chez mon vétérinaires j'aurais eu une visite de vaccins a 250$ et une chirurgie a 750.. C'est tu moi ou y'a quelqu'un qui rit de nous et qui encaisse sur le dos de nos animaux.. Le vet vu etait aussi pas très sympathique..

Dre Villemaire et son assistante m'ont bien accueillis et on peut voir qu'ils ont une passion pour les animaux. Je vois beaucoup de gens qui disent qu'ils sont en affaire juste pour l'argent. Bien qu'il faut dire que c'est le principe d'une entreprise de faire de l'argent, je n'ai jamais eu l'impression de me faire "vendre" un service et les tests recommandés étaient justes et nécessaires. Il faut aussi réaliser que si la clinique ne fait pas de profit, elle ne pourra pas offrir ses services bien longtemps n'est-ce pas? Je tenais à remettre les pendules à l'heure un peu car je vois beaucoup de commentaires injustes! Je recommande absolument cet endroit :)
