(Original) Je tiens a dire en premiet que le dr.Bouffard est la plus humaine des veterinaire que j ai rencontre et c est vrai qu elle prend le temps qu il faut pour nos animaux.Le bemol est son equipe au comptoir.Dernierement le petit chien a ma fille avait un cancer.Le docteur Bouffard avait aider a donner une meilleure fin de vie a ce chien.Mais le jour ou il a degenere drastiquement j ai eu le reflexe d aller la voir meme si je me doutais que c etait fini.Je voulais qu elle me dise si elle pensait qu il souffre,si oui qu elle l aide a partir sans souffrance.Moi et ma fille sommes arrives devant les deux receptionnistes disant qu il etait en train de mourir et qu on aimerait voir docteur Bouffard pour avoir son avis ou meme l euthanasier au besoin pour ne pas qu il souffre.Il m on retourne (gentiement) en me disant qu elle etait en consultation.J insistait en disant d avoir un peu plus de coeur car le chien MOURRAIT.Rien a faire il gardaient leur position.Ma fille est sortit en pleurant en me disant de me plus perdre de temps... Le reste est pas important et trop triste. Mais en bref Dr Bouffard no1 son equipe (de cette journee la)un gros moins mille. C est dommage pour elle car elle vient de perdre 4 clients et possiblement un cinquieme avec le possible nouveau chien que ma fille aura plus tard qiand le deuil sera passe.
