They are truly amazing! Marley is a very anxious dog when he goes to the vet but they make sure to make him comfortable. On yesterday's visit, although he got an injection, he was happy. Simply amazing! All the staff clearly loves their job. The vet did a part of her exam sitting on the floor to not inconvenience and stress my cat. By the end of the appointment, I think my cat liked the vet better than me because of the amount of treats she gave her to keep her calm. My cat was even calmer in the car after the appointment. They took all the time they needed to get the full medical history to give the best care possible.

I brought my cat here today for the first time for a check up and also because he wasn't himself and not eating. The technician and vet are AMAZING! They spent an hour with my cat and thoroughly checked him without pressuring us to give more tests. She gave us good advice and we will follow up with the vet with his progress. They are fully bilingual and all so kind and caring, you can see that they truly care about you and your pet and your pets best interest. This will now and forever be my permanent vet. Very professional staffs. The walk in clinic is the best for last minite emergency. The assistant is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped us to analyze our dog stool before refering us to the vet, which help cutting the consultation price. Never insist on vaccine or food we don't actually need. The price are very decent and way cheaper than many vet. A++

Being both professional and fully bilingual, Bellerive Vet is an exceptional hospital that cares and has respect for both your animal and it’s owner! My pupper was very sick and had an exam, xrays, and promptly led into surgery all within ~two hours. They do not upsell nor do they pressure you. They are reasonably-priced and to me they are worth every cent and more!

Exceptional team! Exceptional service! We've been seeing Dr Melanie St Pierre for well over a decade. She is a great veterinarian (knowledgeable and compassionate). On the occasions we've gone in for a walk-in without an apt when she was not there, we were seen by other vets on staff, who are always professional, courteous, and helpful. The technicians are lovely to deal with as well and you feel the care is genuine. My little pugster will be 17 in April 2021 and he is a team effort. I could not recommend this clinic for your fur baby more highly.

After an accident in my backyard happened during winter to my German Shepherd, Tyson, I was very anxious and was looking for a veterinary hospital with walk-in appointments as all other clinics/hospitals were full and can only provide me with appointments the following week but then I came across Bellerive Animal Hospital. Let me tell you, after that first walk-in appointment, I made sure to transfer all of my dogs’ files from my previous veterinary clinic to Bellerive Animal Hospital (I live 5 minutes away from two veterinary hospitals and I take the extra 20 minutes just to go to Bellerive because of how phenomenal they are). I have never in my life met such amazing and caring staff at a veterinary clinic. EVER! They make sure you and your pet feel comfortable from the moment you walk-in to the moment you walk out. They showed how much they care when it came to animals it was just amazing. I was waiting in the entrance with my dog and one of the veterinary technicians came to get water near the seating area and asked what happened to my dog and so I explained the situation and she looked at it and ensured me everything will be alright and it was a good thing I came to see them. Not only that she also gave my dog some water as he was very thirsty, and I did not bring any due to the fact I was worried I would miss the walk-in hours. When it came to examining my dog, they take as much time as needed to look at your pets not only at the area of concern you mention to them but their overall health and body, they listen to your concerns about your pets and help solve any situation there can possibly be and provide you with many options on how we can go about the situation. Although, their phone lines can be very difficult to reach at times, they WILL respond to your email quickly to ensure any concern is answered. During COVID, my dog had some issues and although I could not bring him in to get checked, I would send them emails and pictures with explanations of the situation, and they would communicate through email and sometimes would also call you for more details if needed. They would then proceed by providing me with the medication he would need and a detailed explanation on how to give the medication and all other information needed. I would 1000% recommend anyone to go to Bellerive Veterinary Hospital as they are the best. Thank you to the whole Bellerive team! Love, Selina & Tyson

Absolutely amazing staff and service. When my last cat, Rosie, was too ill to go on, two drs from Bellerive actually came to my home so we could have her put to sleep gently and lovingly right in our home. She passed peacefully snuggled up against us on her favorite blanket. The kindness and caring they showed us at that time and the loving way they got Rosie ready for it touched me deeply. (Translated) We went to the Bellerive veterinary clinic for the first time, there are almost three for an emergency with my Charlot since my usual vet was closed. My 11 year old baby was suffering from a problem that seemed to lead to paralysis. A treatment with anti inflammatory drugs was attempted but unfortunately did not bear fruit and the baby 's condition deteriorated rapidly: we had to make the sad decision to proceed with the euthanasia of our Charlot. The day fixed, the team received us with so much kindness, empathy, patience, we were, upon our arrival, brought to a small room with an armchair, we were left all the time we wanted with our little baby for him say goodbye, telling us to wave when we're ready. We just couldn't believe the quality of professional service and the friendliness of all the staff. A few weeks later, we adopted again and it was quite certain that it was the only clinic we wanted for the care of our new companion, even though the clinic is located 30 minutes from our home, the move worth it. Today an unfortunate incident, requiring a quick consultation, forced us to go to the clinic so that our little Charlie undergo stitches ..... thank you again to the whole team for receiving us and treating our little one baby ..... What a team, technicians, reception staff, our vet thank you thank you thank you, it's unheard of. The staff are always nice, smiling, patient, take the necessary time with the client, professional, competent, honest! It's almost impossible to find a better clinic. (Original) Nous sommes allés à la clinique vétérinaire Bellerive pour la première fois, il y a presque trois pour une urgence avec mon Charlot puisque mon vétérinaire habituel était fermé. Mon ptit bébé de 11 ans souffrait d'un problème qui sembalit se diriger vers la paralysie. Un traitement avec des anti inflammatoire a été tenté mais n'a malheureusement pas porté fruits et l'état de note bébé se détériorait rapidement: nous avons dû prendre la triste décision de procéder à l' euthanasie de notre Charlot. La journée fixee, l'équipe nous a reçus avec tellement de gentillesse, empathie, de patience, nous avons, dès notre arrivée, été amenés dans une petite salle avec fauteuil, on nous a laissé tout le temps voulu avec notre ptit bébé pour lui faire nos adieux, nous mentionnant de faire signe lorsque nous serions prêts. Nous n'en revenions tout simplement pas de la qualité des services professionnels et de la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Quelques semaines plus tard, nous avons adopté à nouveau et il était bien certain que c'était la seule clinique que nous voulions pour les soins de notre nouveau compagnon et ce, même si la clinique est située à 30 minutes de notre domicile, le déplacement en vaut le coup. Aujourd'hui un malheureux incident, nécessitant une consultation rapide nous a obligés à nous rendre à la clinique afin que notre petit Charlie subissent des points de suture.....merci encore à toute l'équipe de nous avoir reçus et traiter notre petit bébé.....Quelle équipe, techniciennes , personnel à l'accueil, notre vétérinaire merci merci merci, c'est du jamais vu. Le personnel est toujours gentil,souriant, patient, prend le temps nécessaire avec le client, professionnel, compétent, honnête ! C'est presque impossible de trouver une meilleure clinique .
