Not sure about the service as when I asked to see a vet for my sick dog they asked me to go to another location. They do not have a vet on site during the day. I was expecting to have one there aa I live on the island. I changed vet for this reason ..

Very welcoming veterinary. They are really understanding of the pets you bring. They treat them with care, love and passion. The Lady at the customer service is really nice as well. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants their pet vaccinated or checked out to go there.

If I could give less than one star, I would. My cat died because of their incompetence. He got lost and when he returned home he was a mess. I paid them well over $1000 and I asked them to give him a complete physical. They did not. A little over a week later he had complete urinary failure. I took him back. They admitted that they did not give him the complete physical. They told me that I would have to pay a minimum of another $1000 to have an operation to save his life and that they could not garentee that he would make it. I had 2 small children at the time and could not afford it. So , with regret, I had to put him down. He was just over a year old and was very much missed. I also found out that if they actually did do the physical and found the problem at the first visit, he would have made it. This place is the fast food of animal hospitals. They do not care about your pets, they do not do a thorough job. All they want is to make money. If you love your pet, stay away from this place

Wow, welcoming staff and great skills to. My furry friends are certainly well cared for when I have to bring them here. Professionals who love what they are doing and are knowledgeable. I would recommend without hesitation
