When I saw that my cat had a super swollen foot I nearly panicked myself into a non-functional state. It was made worse by realizing that Las Cruces vets are not taking on new clients and there is no ER option. I asked a friend for any recommendations since she has cared for many pets herself and with her dog-walking business. She recommended this business and I am so glad I reached out to her! I cannot imagine what my bill would have been had I went to the ER in El Paso. The price was extremely reasonable here and I am so grateful for it, especially around Christmas time. Turns out my cats problem is common and not life threatening, she just needed some pain relief and antibiotics. I am beyond grateful that this business exists, thank you to every single employee that makes this business what it is!

I was recommended this clinic by a Facebook page. I’m super glad I came because we received amazing service! I took our corgi in for a second opinion, she’s a puppy and we were very concerned about a few issues. A few days before we took her to the clinic inside a PetSmart, but we were unsatisfied with the attentiveness that they provided. However, this clinic really made up for it so much so that we’ve decided to transfer over our horse and our other dog to receive their care at Mr. C’s animal Hospital. The veterinarian, Dr. Hannah Martin was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. In addition, the prices were very affordable. I would most definitely recommend this clinic!

But she STILL had to call again and they told her they couldn't call her because they didn't have her number. Her number was on the puppies collar and she had been calling them throughout the entire time her puppy was there.

I’m going to rate this 5 stars so it can show up at the top. I am completely disgusted by how this place handled my little sisters situation. She took in a puppy with parvo on the 22nd of last month he was hospitalized until earlier this morning, or so we thought. Apparently he had passed away sometime last week and “didn’t have her number” to let her know. I understand, I used to be a vet tech so I understand the procedures and percentage of a dog, especially a puppy surviving. But the fact that you guys didn’t call her to let her know he had passed away all throughout memorial weekend is honestly disgusting. The fact that you guys still made her go in this morning and make her pay without saying anything is wrong. I hope my family takes as much legal action as we possibly can.

I can't believe I forgot to post about the amazing Vet we have here locally! Dr. C in Anthony is one of the coolest vet I've met and his staff is beyond caring! We adopted a dog during the pandemic shutdown and I've only had cats so wasn't sure what to do. We were recommended this office by Loretta of Animal Rescue League. It's a bit chaotic at first because everybody kind of cues up there's no appointments you basically line up and put up your name and they call you. They take new patients and I saw a lot of people coming in for checkups. They were very kind and explained to me how it worked and I had the option of waiting so that my name will be called or chancing it and going somewhere else most people just kind of hung around the parking lot. They're very fast and efficient. They take social distancing very seriously and you can only come to the office if your name is called and there was also markers where you can stand outside. Once you get inside everything is disinfected and single use. My dog got her shots and tags updated. And they took care of basically everything it was amazing because I didn't know what to do. They even gave her her first chewable pill and guided me because I wasn't sure how to do so. I also opted to cut her nails and express her glands there. It was very fast and inexpensive! Dr. C actually comes out and makes sure everything is going well even though it was another vet on shift. The guys in the front office are so nice and all these questions and they were super patient answering them for me and especially about the medications. So what I found out was that they don't transfer prescriptions because the way that they keep their cost down is to equitably share it across the board so for optional services like fleas ticks meds. They keep it in the house so that way they don't raise costs on other things like surgeries and what not. I was pleased that they also did dental cleanings and we scheduled for them to put my dog to sleep and they were very clear on the instructions as to what to feed her before and what not to feed her the day of surgery. They also called me to confirm that we are still coming in because apparently spots are taken quickly. She was fine and little groggy but they took care of her and I was really happy that I found a great vet in El Paso. They already busy and popular but I figured to share in case anyone was looking for a good vet. They have really odd hours and I would recommend that you call them first before showing up. There's also a really good burrito place across the street. #supportlocal

I have only been to this vet one time so far but I guarantee that I'll be going here for my pet health needs. The staff was very friendly, everything was explained to me in a clear manner, and the location itself seems to be very clean and well kept. I brought one of my kittens here when he was doing very poorly. After an examination they said he seemed to already be dying but they would try to save him anyways if I wanted them to, of course I asked them to give it all they had, and they did. My little boy kitten spent the weekend with the vet and they took very good care of him, he was returned to me on that Monday in full health. I don't know of many vets that will actually take care of your pet like that and have them under watch, properly fed, hydrated, and medicated. I greatly appreciate what they did and I'll be changing this to my main vet due to quality and close proximity to my home. I can not thank them enough. I always see many people at this clinic and I hear many good things about them. I would recommend bringing your little fur babies here, and your big ones as well. 5 Stars.

These guys are great. If you want an affordable price on vaccinations and certain services take your babies here. It’s very hard to get a neuter or spay appointment because they book up very fast. You might have to go elsewhere and pay more if you need that right away. Otherwise they love all the animals that you take to them. Right now they are doing road work on the street to get there but it’s easy to get back to the main highway. Keep up the great work ♥️

Five stars aren't adequate to describe the service and value we received from Dr. C and his staff! Our dog was injured and in need of stitches. We arrived just after 8:30 AM and were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman - who asked a few questions and left us with paperwork to fill out. Within 20 minutes, we had been shown to an exam room - where Dr. C greeted us shortly thereafter. He quickly assessed the injury, took the patient back for sutures, and after getting the post-care medication and paying our bill, we were on our way home in just under an hour. Phenomenal value, excellent service, friendly staff, and convenience are just a few reasons that Dr. C's clinic will be our new go-to place for veterinary care. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

It truly and deeply saddens me to have to have to write this. I am completely in shock at the treatment I have received at not one visit but my last 2. The staff's customer service has been shocking and bordering on rude. The staff lie to cover up mistakes they make, blame the customers and never come up with a solution. Just advise the client to call back. One occasion my dog that had surgery was just dropped in my lap. Clients come to you for help with pets they love and should not be treated in the manner that has been happening. I have set up 2 appointments for surgery for my dogs and both times I have been treated poorly and lied too. It saddens me that I have to go to another clinic.

I showed up today and had to wait outside in the cold just to be told they wont vaccinate them. Dr. C, is incredible, truly special in knowledge and kindness, what he does is not for the money, It is his love for our pets, what makes him not a good Dr. but a GREAT Dr. Dr. C. saved my dogs live, as a puppy he acquired HOD a devastating illness more than 90% of dogs die in excruciating pain it's horrific. Dr. C, took care of my Bouvier for 13 months multiple times per month adjusting medication while my puppy was growing. If they can reach full maturity around 24 months most likely the disease will stop. Now my Bouvier is almost 4 years and a 110 Lbs healthy boy. I can't thank Dr. C enough for his determination, knowledge and kindness to save my pet. HOD is a death sentence for the great majority of dogs and they get euthanized because the pain level is indescribable. Thank you again Dr. C.
