I only got to work with Dr. J for a short period of time. My hamster was experiencing an emergency and she squeezed her in for an after hours appointment right away. She is down to earth, compassionate, and explained everything thoroughly. She was responsive to any questions I had outside of our appointments. She went above and beyond the few weeks she worked with my hammy and I'm grateful for all her help!

We needed help they don't answer calls or voicmails Fri-Sun. We left a voicemail Friday the 14th of Jan and they call me back Tuesday the 25th... don't worry he already died.... Thanks Ark Pet Hospital for recommending I call these people to help our severely sick turtle to late i guess for noth places to care...
