So thankful for the crew here tonight. We don’t usually go here but they’re open and they answered. My dog got into some candies and the ER was no help- only suggested we call poison control for $65.00. The man who answered the phone was amazing, I even got to talk to the doctor and he told us not to worry and what to expect. I would’ve just rushed my dog to any open vet because this is my first puppy I’m 19 years old and have no clue what to do ???? thanks so much for this crew.

Just had our first visit here with my 4 1/2 month old puppy. Dr. Bob was so gentle, kind and very honest. Gave in depth information and didn’t try to push any antibiotics on our puppy. We’ve been struggling with other vets and decided to come here for a new vet. I would highly recommend Dr. Bob and his team !

The veterinarian, techs and staff are very kind, supportive, and responsive. They are caring and take the time to explain viable treatment options without it feeling profit-motivated. Their gentle approach was extremely appreciated and I will be taking all of my pets there from now on. Dr. Bob and his staff have been amazing for all our pets over the years! This morning my dogs received vaccines. My puppy had a severe allergic reaction to one of the vaccines. I called the clinic as soon as I realized she was in trouble. The clinic had closed, I left a frantic tear filled message. Dr. Bob got my message and immediately called me until he was able to reach me. This was all done outside of his regular day. He truly loves animals and always has their best interest in mind!

I'm very happy with Dr Bob. My echo doesn't fear going there. Dr. Bob always tells it like it is. Absolutely no hog wash. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff is kind, both to pets and humans. Dr. Bob is very knowledgeable and tries to find a budget friendly treatment when possible instead of defaulting to the most expensive tests and treatment like other vets I have been to.

We were looking for a vet for our new puppy, and after searching and contacting several, we decided to go with Red Willow for their reasonable prices and the fact we would always see the same vet. So far, we're very happy with our choice. Dr. Bob and all the staff have been friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered any questions we had, including explaining things in a straightforward manner, and they're all very good with our puppy, even when he's misbehaving a bit. Dr. Bob has a calm and kind demeanor and he's great with our puppy. Enzo actually likes being there, he doesn't fear the vet at all, and I definitely think it's partially because if how friendly and welcoming the staff are. I'd definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking, the prices are fair, the start are great, and they really seem to care about your animal. Highly recommend!

Dr bob is definitely a psycho path, enthusiastically pointed to my dogs ear and said “that needs to go” turns out all she needed was 25$ ear drops, dr bob couldn’t be convinced all he wanted to do was chop her ear off, as a 15 year old it was highly traumatizing
