I went here with my dad 2 take my 16 year old cat for a check up bcuz she was very ill that day and she wasn't coming out of it or eating much at all for the past few days. So they suggested we put her down bcuz it was time and Kira knew it. She seemed 2 be in a lot of distress before I got there and went with my dad. After she saw me there with my dad she quieted right down as if she was content knowing everyone she cared about was there with her before she passed away. The people there were quite courteous and caring. They didn't bother 2 make my dad do a bunch of paper work before they overdosed her with painkillers and gave her something 2 make her sleepy so she just slipped away.

Dr. Russell has provided ongoing exceptional veterinary care for both of my pups. I have one dog with a plethora of health concerns at only 5 years old, and the ECVC team is always responsive to my questions and concerns and always available when needed. His pain is now being managed and his other long-standing issues are now resolving under the care of Dr. Russell and her team. Dr. Russell handles my fearful dog with such kindness and patience. I am so glad that I found ECVC and am so grateful for everything they have done for me and my two fur babies! I have never had such a thorough, responsive, positive experience with a vet in years of owning/fostering and working professionally with dogs.

I couldn't be happier with my experiences with ECVC. Dr. Natasha and her staff were patient, kind, and knowledgeable when our fur family member became ill and we had to make the decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge. She let my 11 year old daughter volunteer to clean kennels and the clinic area, and when my daughter found a stray that was in crisis, she took her straight to ECVC where they didn't even blink at the fact the cat was a stray, and helped said kitty get the care and attention needed. They also do tons of pro bono and community work. And they use a model of care that allow ALL people with fur babies to ensure they get the care needed to keep them healthy. I would recommend this clinic and their staff a thousand times over. Thank you for all that you do!

I was recommended to Dr.russel a few months back before everything reopened. My dog has be suffering with horrible ear infections for about 2 years. We have tried many different types of medication and different vet clinics but non seemed to be able to help figure out what was wrong and no one seemed to care really to spend the time to help. So I decided to call and try again. I was a bit apprehensive about the online/video vet apt but hey many other professions do it and it is successful so I figured I would give it a try. Dr.Russell was very informative and very detailed orientated on wanting to know exactly what was happening what he was eating. She was able to diagnose him with the proper medication only ever doing a visit over the phone. I am happy to say that after 2 years of him suffering my dog has been ear infection free for over a month now with no problems. If you are questioning or doubting calling this vet clinic dont !! You will not be disappointed. She truly cares and wants to help. Best vet I have ever found and will be my vet from her o out :)

We took our 16+ year old cat2 very checked out and we thought that it was her time 2 go and euthanized her there and the last we did it was very considerate and she was kind and have us time with her before the gav3 her a shot of something like down and she overdosed and her little heart stopped. There have her a sedative and pain meds so she just slipped away. Although it looked like she was already dead when they Brought her out after she was all drugged up but she was breathig ever son slowly. Our kitty kira lived a long and happy cat life and she struggled over the last year but I'm glad i got 2 see her one last time before she left this place.

THE MOST CARING AND BEST VET IN TOWN! We had sick cat and was told to put him down the same day that we bring him to first VET that we went too because hes too sick. So obviously we are not willing to give up just yet so we bring our boy to Dr. Rusell , and turn out to be the best decision that we did. They accomodate us right away, booked a online consultaion the next day which is so convience and easy because of the pandemic and on the same day they prescribed us a medication and pick it up on the same day. Also, they actually come in to our house to get our boy check up with thier PPE and complying to all the safety regulation for the pandamic. Unfortunitely our cat didnt make it but atleast we know that we try our best in best possible way that we can to save our boy with the proper guidance from the right people who actually care about our cat and not only care about the money. They will actually follow up everyday to make sure your pet is doing good. They even send us a sympathy card after our cat died.

What a wonderful Vet and clinic! Dr. Russell was extremely thorough in her examinations of my cats who both absolutely adored her! She openly discussed the cat’s health concerns with me, offering different options for treatment and long term maintenance within my budget. I found these folks by accident and I am very glad I did. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful they are! We have one dog and two cats and we've been using their services for about 2 years now, from regular vaccinations and dewarming, to surgery referrals and putting or beloved cat to sleep when she was incurably ill and suffering. I can honestly say that I trust Dr. Russell's advice completely. These guys are not there to gouge you or charge unreasonable amounts for simple services. They sincerely care. They were asked to vacate their previous location but were able to continue to provide services by telemedicine or by going to clients' homes when needed, which was great for us because we did not want to look for another vet, and had no intention to do so!

The telehealth and home visit options are SO convenient and the fact that services are available 7 days a week is so so important! Talking with the staff here is like talking a friend and I will continuously use their services even though I now live further away. After over 10 years in the animal industry, I have seen many veterinarians and Dr. Russel & her team are by far some of the best! Dr. Russell and her team are absolutely amazing! From start to finish they are always so caring and compassionate. Super friendly. The best part is that come right to your home, and if not they offer over the phone or online appointment options. We have been seeing them lots the last 6 months because we adopted 2 kittens so with the shots and microchip. Just yesterday one of my kittens started having white discharge in her eye. I called and within 5 hours we had a phone appointment and with the pictures I sent we had some antibiotic drops an hour after that. They can deliver but they were on the way so we just picked them up. Thank you so much for being the best people you can be.

WE LOVE DR. RUSSELL!! My dog Bailey had ongoing skin issues that always resulted in expensive vet visits without any long term results.. Then Dr. Russell saw her and made some simple recommendations and even checked the doses of her current medications (given by another vet) and adjusted her dose to a lesser amount that still worked just as good.. this saved us A LOT of money on these expensive medications! It’s just like day and night when you meet a vet that knows their stuff! I’m so happy Bailey got to see Dr. Russell and her skin is better than ever, she’s feeling so much better, and I feel better that I’m not overdosing her medications too!

I sadly just had to put my girl to sleep. I was so grateful that Dr. Russell and her helper came out to my home on short notice on boxing day in -30C. They did not want her to suffer until morning. The compassion and professionalism shown was incredible. I can't say enough, they made the whole horrible process as painless as possible. I was not charged extra for it being a holiday. I highly recommend registering with ECVC if you know you are going to need this service. Once registered they will work with you 7 days a week and you avoid that awful trip to the ER vet and the extra costs associated. Dr. Russell is truly an angel <3
