Ah and also, never had a date or news about the "follow-up date." Really disheartening to think that I am literally giving your money away. La première fois que j’ai appeler pour ça, (je précise que sa fesait uniquement 1semaine que j’avais le produit.) ont me disait que se n’étais pas censé et qui étais supposé m’en rester pour encore 3 semaine, même si moi ma bouteille étais rendu a sec.. Parfait, j’ai retourné en acheté une neuve. ( Je tien a dire que le dosage sur la nouvelle seringue qui venais avec le médicament neuf, étais totalement différent.) Après encore juste une semaine, ma bouteille neuve étais a sec. J’ai r’appeler. Ont ma demander d’envoyer une photo des seringues par courriel pour comprendre le problème, et qu’ils allais m’appeler suite au courriel.. Aucun retour d’appels. Même après avoirs relaisser des messages comme quoi j’attendais leurs appel.. Ah et aussi, jamais eu de date ou de nouvelles au sujet du "rendez-vous de suivis." Vraiment décourageant penser que je vous est littéralement donner mon argent dans l’vide.

C'est vraiment décevant car le vétérinaire est très compétent et super gentil...mais c'est du vrai vol!!
