Push rabies vaccines for indoor cats when there have been no cases of rabies for 25 years, even in wild animals. Our sterilization costs were estimated at $600 total at the start of the process, and in the end exceeded $1000 for a kitten. Recurring check-up fees added to vaccine fees. One morning when our cat was not in great shape, the secretary told me "we just have to euthanize him" with all her seriousness when I reacted to the $500 they were asking to "watch what she had. The Demontigny vet was the only one who seemed to trust us and who actually gave us sound advice (hence the 2 stars). (Original) Service de piètre qualité axé sur l'argent, frais exorbitants obligatoires pour des raisons douteuses. Conseils souvent exagérés et non nécessaires engendrant d'autres dépenses. Poussent les vaccins contre la rage pour les chats d'intérieurs quand il n'y a eu aucun cas de rage depuis 25 ans, même dans les animaux sauvages. Nos frais de stérilisation étaient estimés à 600$ total au début du processus, et au final ont dépassé les 1000$ pour un chaton. Frais récurrents de ''check-up'' ajouté aux frais de vaccins. Un matin que notre chat n'était pas en pleine forme, la secrétaire m'a lancé ''on a juste à l'euthanasier'' de tout son sérieux quand j'ai réagi aux 500$ qu'ils demandaient pour ''regarder ce qu'elle avait''. La vétérinaire Demontigny a été la seule qui nous semblait de confiance et qui nous a effectivement donné des conseils judicieux (d'où le 2 étoiles).
