Turned me down while my cat was very I'll because I had not come in for two years so they dropped us as a patient. Me cat would not have survived the weekend if I had not got her somewhere else. They receptionist even hung up on my husband, and when my mother in law went out there to ask why the receptionist responded with oh it's one of you. Very rude and un professional! I had gone there for my 3 cats and both my dogs. So to tell me we are not patients because we had not gone in for two years is ridiculous.

I have had to take my household pets to this clinic on a couple of occasions, and the staff here have always treated my pets and my family with respect and dignity. There is more to veterinary care than just curative measures, and the fine folks who work at this clinic are exemplary in all regards.

Went in for puppy's rabies shot. Dr Kramer was rude and unwilling to discuss how to get puppy's other vaccinations current. I had vaccinated puppy myself in the states using a 6 way vaccine. I was interested in making sure puppy has proper vaccine coverage for this area. She wouldn't give me the time of day to direct me how i could rectify things. I left feeling she was more interested in getting paid than the health of my dog. Her vet in training (I'm sorry, i don't know if it was a practicum or exactly what term to use), was very helpful. I chose to support a vet in the area paying $85 for the service. Next time I'll go to colville and pay the$25 they charge instead.

every time i’ve gone there they were always horrible. most awful experience was when i brought my hamster there because she had a little nick on her stomach and they refused to even look at her and were very unkind to all of us. it’s a terrible thing to refuse service and insult to two little crying 5 and 7 year old kids who just want their hamster to get help. keep in mind that this was before covid, so they could’ve looked at her. ended up bringing her to another vet the next morning and they tried everything to help her and they did a great job. i’m never going back to this awful place.

Uncaring and cruel. Turning away an existing customer with a dying animal because they haven't been there since before Covid. Receptionist is abysmal, how she has a job there is beyond me, must be a relative. Now I'll wait for her passive aggressive response to my review.

Absolute garbage service received today. Cat has a severe cough thats lasting up to thirty seconds a bout, was told they dont accept any new pets as they have gone down to one vet. April 28 2020 little towns dont need businesses like this.

We recently had to have our beloved pet dog “Jewel” put down. Dr. Kramer was VERY insensitive and actually RUDE. Her attitude made a heart wrenching experience even harder. Also, before putting her down, they suggested that we give her to a staff member to raise. Can you imagine just giving your pet away?

Wouldn't help me when it was time to ease the suffering of my senior dog. I would not recommend this vet. Edit. I didn't ask for an in home euthanasia and was willing to bring my dog in. And your assertion that you offered a different number does not change the fact that you showed no compassion.
