We've got the feddbacks of real people who are using the products of Northgate Animal Hospital (Veterinarian) near to the area of Regina (Canada).
Right now the business gets a rating of 3.9 out of 5 and that rating was based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is positive, and it's based on a large number of reviews, so we can think that the valuation is quite reliable. If there are many people who bothered to give their review when they've done well, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to place feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Veterinarian belongs to the category of Animal hospital.
My puppy loves being pampered by Zoom Zoom Groom. Friendly staff, the atmosphere is amazing. +1 I have tried others but no more!! Come winter (or whenever), they will "Zoom" and "Groom" at your house ~ yes they're mobile. Try them out and let your pet enjoy the experience.
They took our cat in right away even on Christmas. Very honest and caring of the animals that come into the clinic. We have taken our cat to other clinics before and we were never fully able to trust the other place. Our cat had a bladder block and the doctor was very knowledgeable and very understanding about our situation. They gave the cat a bath before we picked him up. Would highly recommend this clinic for your pets.
They are really professional with your service.
Excellent customer service. Dr. Bath was compassionate for the upset fur mommy and for Sophie. Explained everything. BEST PART — it was a house call. Worth every penny. Thank You!!
AMAZING STAFF! very welcoming and genuine people.
Fantastic service with Dr Bath. Nibbles and I are very happy!
Pepper was treated like an absolute queen while she had her teeth cleaned. staff was great, especially the doctor’s wife. Perfect place for a pet!
NEVER GO HERE, the receptionist woman is so rude, these guys asks for cash and she asked me why didn't you bring cash.. so pathetic service and language used. This is the way how they treat their clients..
Love you, Dr Bath
Our little Yorkshire terrier called Lily was bitten by a much bigger dog I was devastated along with the family members upon googling vets in Regina I was blessed to find Dr. Barth clinic at the Northgate malll. He responded immediately when I called the number. He was there at the pet clinic merely half an hour later. I was distraught the staff and Dr. Bath took good care of Lily. I drove Lilybat 9;00pm and Lily underwent surgery till 2:00 am, as she suffered intensive damage. I am so glad now 2 weeks later that Lily is doing great. Thank you Dr. Bath and staff for caring for our beloved Lily.
Dr.Bath and his amazing wife and team members are so loving and kind. They go above and beyond to help your animals to be healthy and safe. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much Dr. bath for being a wonderful and experienced Veterinarian. Such an amazing man. Thank you so much for everything you and your wife have done for us Amy and David & Harlee????
I was a little apprehensive of how my pet would react when taken to the vet. I was surprised to see how well Dr. Davinder Bath and his team took care of the situation and calmed my wailing doggy in just few minutes.
I recently visited from toronto to see one of my friends with my staffy.my little one got sick. I was worried where to take my little staffy. Then I went to Northgate animal hospital. Dr bath treated my staffy very well. Dr bath is very polite and very caring. Even my staffy felt comfortable. I really recommend Northgate hospital. I appreciate the services I received over there.
I just called to ask if it was a walk in clinic. She was rude, answered a couple of questions then hung up on me. Needless to say i will not be going there.
Dr.Bath and his staff have been good with us. I have no complaints.
We've been coming here for years and take all of our fur babies here. Our dog really loves Dr. Bath and really gets excited to see him. They are very warm, lovely and compassionate people. I recommend them to everyone.
Dr. & Mrs. Bath have been caring for our kitties for quite a few years and they are so caring and loving to our pets and to us. In addition, Dr. Baths' professional health care of our animals is a blessing. He gladly passes on his knowledge to help understand the health issues of our pets. The clinic is run professionally and they make it a priority to see the animals quickly. We recently took in our 10 year old kitty who was very sick. Dr. Bath diagnosed her with pancreatitis and quickly treated her. She is extremely shy and we were so confident that they would know how best to help her through this ordeal. Dr. Bath gave us some alternatives a few days later as she wouldnt take her follow up medications very well and it caused her great stress. We had several visits, and Dr. Bath and his wife were very accommodating, flexible, patient and understanding to us through our kittys illness. Soon she was feeling more herself and she is now much much better. They are so caring of our cat family and we would not take them elsewhere. We praise God for Dr. and Mrs. Bath and for healing our pet!
PLEASE beware!! My regular Vet was unable to see my pup and suggested I take him to an animal hospital in the city. This happened to be the closest. When we arrived, we were advised that he needed emergency surgery. We were so distraught. The vet said we needed to leave a $500.00 deposit and we could call tomorrow at 11:00 am to see how he was doing. We wanted a call after surgery, but he said they would only call if there were complications. At 9:00 am the next morning, my regular Vet called to see how our pup had made out and she was surprised when we explained what had happened. She said they would take over the follow up and asked us to have the records of the procedure sent over to them. When I asked for the records to be sent, I was refused. The assistant said that the follow up care was included in the total cost. I said I would like our regular vet to do the follow up and again she said that wasn't necessary. I said this had been his vet for a very long time and wanted the records sent regardless of who was doing the follow up care! She said she would talk to the Vet. So it made us question everything...why would you refuse to send records, did you do something wrong? Was surgery even necessary? So off we went to another Vet to get a second opinion. He said there were a couple of ways to deal with his situation, and surgery was one way. He couldn't really comment if it was the way he would have gone as he was seeing the end result. It turns out that he had infection, and he wasn't shaved or cleaned properly. Fast forward, the little guy needs to have dental work done (at another clinic) and they wanted to do the same blood work we paid for at this vet just a short time ago. When I called to have records transferred I was told sure. But when we went to the new clinic, the records had not been sent. When the Clinic tried to contact Northgate Animal Hospital they were told that there is nobody in the office and they didn't know when they would be able to send it. So costing us more money and my pup an unnecessary procedure. Not Happy with the service or treatment from Northgate Animal Hospital. Do your homework and read all the reviews before you take your pet there...I wish we had not panicked and taken the time to do so.
Terrible place they should be shut done.. Called about a product person who answered had no idea what I wss talking about went there and they had it....... Don't take your animals here
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. Dr. Bath should not be able to call himself a doctor. The man brutally butchers your animal. He has had his license taken away and still continues to practice. If you love your animals find a different vet.
Do not go to this vet. His name is Dr. Bath and he has taken advantage of many people including myself. He overcharged me and prescribed my cat the wrong medication and put her on the wrong food. He told me my cat was dehydrated and that she needed to be on multiple medications because of that. He did a procedure on my cat and claimed that everything would be fine with her now. Then my cat became sick again and when I went back to him again he did the same procedure to her. And of course my took her home that time she got sick again. This time I had went to another vet and she told me that Dr Bath had given Harley at the wrong medication, put her on the wrong food, infected her IV, and diagnosed her with "dehydration" which was incorrect. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
I brought my 9 month old cat, Zelda here to get her spay done. There have been many complications with the surgery but the people at north gate have been nothing but amazing about it. they have been so helpful, doing anything to help me with her at home grecovery. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to take there fur babies!
Dr. Bath and staff did an amazing job taking care of Poppy La Rose. Mom Candace and her other children, as well as, everyone who loves poppy thanks you for the excellent care
This is an awful place for your animal. I had a dog that was sick and left her here for observation and examination. Needless to say, they didn't observe her fully and tole me I need to pay for bloodwork and xrays without telling me any logical reasoning. HORRIBLE PLACE. DONT GO, IF YOU DONT WANT TO TREATED AS A DEFEATED PERSON.
Very satisfied. took me and coper (my dawggg) in in such short notice.
They took care of my very sick cat in need of urgent care. Went above and beyond to meet me with the cost of all the procedures my cat needed. Very very grateful to have brought my cat to this clinic
Had my cat neutered here. The most cost affordable that i could find in the city. I didn't need the pain meds, but i was not allowed to not get them. Still have them, untouched and my cat is just fine. 35 dollars basically wasted, other than that, great clinic!
I have taken my dog to Dr. Bath at Northgate Animal Hospital for about 2 years now and have been very impressed with the service they provide. Our pooch has gone there for injuries, stomach issues, neutering, and everything has gone very well! I've had pets for over 20 years and have been with multiple vets (we have moved a lot between BC, AB & SK). The Northgate Animal Hospital has been reasonable in cost compared to other places I've been to, and they have been providing us with top notch service and care!
Knowledgeable and kind, such a good experience!
It is good for pet service and had good results for my pet
My puppy had an abcessed anal duct and my regular vet-Lakewood Animal Hospital couldn't take us in. As it was an emergency and Dr Bath has his business close to our home-we went there. I should have walked immediately out-as the smell in his office was horrific as well as being dirty. If it hadn't been an emergency situation i would have definitely walked out. Dr bath performed the surgery, charged us $800.00 and in 2 weeks she got a severe infection which was looked after by Lakewood Animal Hospital. My regular vet told me that the medical procedure wasn't done properly. I would never take another pet to this vet. I don't believe he knows what he is doing and now I wonder if he is even fully qualified to be a vet. I hope when you look at this review you think twice about where to take your pets for their medical needs.
Before every round of immunization and spaying, I had called to confirm the price. After the procedures, each quote proved to be a lie. Each round of shots cost 50% more than the quote. The spaying, while technically able to be $100, is only possible if you don't pay "extra" for an iv, pain meds, and antibiotics for the surgery.
absolutely amazing, Its marvolous how sincere Dr. Bath and his wife are. Best vet in town wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
outstanding service, really live up to the great things I heard. Keep the good work going.
Recently I visited this place. According to me this is the right and safe place for your pets.
Worst vet I've ever experienced
Great service, individual attention being paid to my pet .Best care
Dr Bath provides great service and treatment to my family pets. I have been taking my pets to him since 2014 and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr Bath for all that you have done to help my animals.
This place is fantastic. We bring all our pets to this Vet clinic. They are friendly, very gentle with the animals brought to them, and very compassionate.
Our family loves the Northgate Animal Hospital. We always feel like our pet gets the best care here. Amazing service!
Dr Bath has been very kind and helpful with treating Kayla my 13 yr old lab mix with Cushings & thyroid disease I thought her time was up but she s been doing great with her treatment thank you Dr Bath and staff much appreciated
Dr. Bath and his clinic took amazing care of my kitten through her surgery. Out of all the vets I have ever taken my pets to, this is the absolute best place.
I was absolutely delighted with my experience at Northgate animal hospital. Real friendly staff and they took care of my pups right as I walked in. I’ll make sure to come back soon.
We are very happy with the high quality of service Dr. Bath and the office provides to us and our Standard Poodle. My family and friends have Northgate's phone number programmed into our primary contacts. A side note: you can easily pick up a family meal next door while your pet is being looked after.
The amount of attention and caring they give to your fur babies is simply comendable
Very friendly staff.
saw the fridge magnet and panflet in my mail box so i decided to go check out. Turns out it was pretty good, definately exceeded my expectations. Plus staff was great, strongly recommend.
Dr. Bath is an extremely caring and professional doctor. When we took our dog after getting a splinter stuck in her throat, he was very thorough and checked for all possible causes ( we didn't know it was a splinter when we took her in). Casey recovered fully in a few days and always loves to go and see Dr. Bath! His goal is to keep everyone's' pets as healthy as possible and he gives great advice when your pet is in for a check up! I would recommend him to anyone!
We originally booked an appointment with Northgate Animal Hospital just for a general checkup for our kittens. We were greeted by very friendly staff, and they worked with us to stay within our budget. We are very happy with the service that we have received and will happily continue using them as our Veterinarian for years to come!
Doctor and staff very competent. Very helpful and accommodating with advice and pet care. Have been coming here for years and will continue for many more.
Best vets in town. I have been coming here for my dog since few years.. Thanks to Dr. Bath an his team..
First off I’m going to start by saying when I made the appointment, I thought I was making an appointment at another clinic with a similar name. Boy was I wrong. I had to have my elderly dog put down, and it was an awful experience. Due to Covid when I made the appointment I specifically asked the receptionist I spoke to if I would be able to be with my dog while she was put to sleep. I was told yes that I would be. Upon arriving for the appointment, I was told that I could not enter the building at that time. She then told me that she would take my dog in to get weighed and then we could go in and say our goodbyes. She took my dog, told me her weight then had me pay. After payment went through, she then told me that I could not enter the building so we didn’t even get to say goodbye to our family member who must’ve been so scared to be alone with strangers. Fast forward to picking up my dog’s remains. The receptionist was much more concerned with asking me to leave a positive google review, absolutely no regard for their clients. As I was looking at her funny for going into a detailed explanation of a bad review they got and how none of it was their fault, she must’ve then realized I was uncomfortable so she then says to me “sorry about him”. My dog was a female... As I was almost at my car she then calls me back to give me an explanation of how to leave a review. I couldn’t believe how inconsiderate and unprofessional the receptionist was, I never actually even met or dealt with Dr Bath directly so I can’t comment on him just my experience with the receptionist. Overall this was an extremely painful experience and after reading other reviews, I’m just hoping that my dog’s last moments weren’t terrifying for her and that the ashes I have are actually hers. I didn’t even consider that as a possibility until I looked at other reviews, which ironically I wouldn’t have even read had the receptionist not made such a big deal about Google reviews.
Awesome! Took my kitty in when he got hurt... Kept him for a few days too! Will probably take my cat there again in the future.
Neuter got infected ???????? they also need to get a nicer receptionist.. when people are dropping their pets off for surgery they need a more compassionate person there to greet them. Also you can hear a smile on the phone she should have a nicer tone.
This was almost 2 years ago. We took our cat in for a check up because she wasn't doing well at all. So after blood work and what ever else he wanted to do and I told him no more work was needed it was $1000+ to find out my cat was going to die in a few days. What a waste of money, the vet could of been up front with us and saved us a bunch of money we could of used for bills etc. Also the cat was in worse shape after we picked her up from that vet. Ugh
Following my first visit I was highly impressed. However, after my second visit I was highly unimpressed. Pricing for my visits were inconsistent. And I was told I would need to bring my cat in for 3 more check ups/shots. Even though my first visit was suppose to be her last set of shots. Money grab. Dirty. Careless doctor.
Friendly and helpful, with good pricing.
Dr. Bath is a very compassionate veterinarian He fixed my needles who had urinary track blockage and also my Suzy, my cat Sam is his latest patient. Dr Bath has taken the time to properly demonstrate syringe feeding Sam and administer medications, I called on a Sunday because Sam was vomiting profusely and doctor bath was there in 20 minutes. I would recommend Dr Bath.
My pet dog used to drool all the time. My friend suggested consulting a vet at Northgate Animal Hospital and getting him treated, and I am glad he is doing better now.
Dr Davinder is an outstanding Vet Doctor. Excellent professional.
Excellent service
Dr. Bath has well trained staff and provide great services.
We have been going to see Dr Bath for a couple of years now and are quite happy with the service. Dr Bath and Ruby are very friendly and have always been professional and kind to our small dogs. We will continue to go to Northgate Animal Hospital.
I am extremely grateful for Dr.Bath and the Northgate Animal Hospital. I am impressed with their compassion and care of all my pets.
Excellent service! They really love animals and will do everything for them to feel comfortable when treated. Thank you!
This clinic was so responsive for after hours and weekend care. Each time I call they make availability for my pets. The doctor takes time to go over the results and options with you for your pet, and shows you results so you understand the treatment and diagnosis of your pets condition. Love the doctor and I will go back for sure with my pets.
My dog was spayed 25 days ago (from today's date, May 7/19) and healed fine. Today, after her first day back at dog daycare, she had a small nickle-sized red/purple blister appear where her incision was. It didn't seem to be bothering her but I called around to see if any vets had time to take a look at her. Nobody except Dr. Bath at Northgate Animal Hospital could see her. After emailing him a picture, he insisted it was urgent and I needed to come in right away. The 6 other vet clinics I spoke to and showed a picture to said that she should be looked at but it likely wasn't an emergency. On my way there, I had a weird feeling about how pushy he was for me to come in. So I googled the vet office on my way and found dozens of bad reviews and Facebook reviews. I even pulled over to try one more clinic to see my dog. Despite the bad reviews on Google and Facebook about Dr. Bath trying to overcharge patients and perform unnecessary work, or the complete opposite - sending people home when there is a serious problem - I couldn't get in anywhere else. So, we went anyways, and while in the exam room I noticed how dirty the floors were. There were nail clippings from another animal, lots of dog hair and dirt. Dr. Bath's wife (receptionist) didn't even bother to weigh my dog. Don't you need to know the weight of a dog when giving it antibiotics? When Dr. Bath came in the room, I noticed his hands were covered in dirt, and clearly hadn't been washed in recent hours, almost like he had been working on a vehicle or greasing something. Not a big deal, I guess, because vets wear gloves....right? Wrong. Dr. Bath didn't put on gloves and began the exam on my dog without gloves. He checked her teeth, her ears, then looked at the problem area. His first reaction was that he wanted to put her under and do surgery. He didn't even suggest anything else. I said that surgery was a bit invasive and drastic considering she's acting perfectly normal and this blister showed up just today. He said it was really for the best. I again, said no. He said then that he could take a sample from the "blister", as he said it was a big infection, and send it away for a culture and sensitivity test, and I said I would rather just get it treated for whatever it is and go home. He then decided to take her temperature, in the butt, again - no gloves. Then said he is going to treat with "general antibiotics" for an infection. He came back with two needles, for the antibiotics. No gloves - no hand washing between the butt-thermometer and giving her needles. He expressed his distaste for me not allowing him to perform surgery (search Northgate Animal Hospital to see his other surgeries and how successful those were...) and made me sign a waiver. The visit doesn't sit right with me and I definitely feel that people need to steer clear of this guy. Definitely go somewhere else. This place is very unsanitary and the vet doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I have filed a formal complaint with SVMA. I also went to my regular vet the next day, where I was told - not life-threatening, no surgery needed. It was a small suture knot abscess. She simply popped and gave me a cleanser to keep it clean.
WE HAVE DONE VACCINATION OF OUR DOG FROM DR.BATH AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. THANKS FOR GUIDING US BOTH OF YOU WERE VERY NICE. WE ARE GETTING ALL VACCINATIONS DONE FROM YOU IN FUTURE ???? THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Very happy with the care. They obviously really care here!
They are really professional and caring towards the pets. We had a lovely experience while visiting here with our cat for her regular checkup.
Very caring and compassionate people working here. We have taken 2 of our animals there this year. They helped our poor old lady Shi Tsu feel better and helped us through a difficult time with our sick cat. We had to put him down but the care and understanding they showed were excellent in helping us show him over the rainbow bridge.
I have been bringing my cats to Dr. Bath for 2 years, and I am more than satisfied with the care that they have received. Dr. Bath and his staff are caring, compassionate and highly skilled professionals. I recommend the Northgate Animal Hospital to all pet owners in the Regina area.
We have been with Dr Bath for years! We have used his clinic for almost everything - from Boarding, Health visits, Teeth Cleaning and Food. Food Program - I use for my dog’s and my children’s dogs. He has helped us with advice and care for my two little dogs (10 and 14). My sons dog was very ill I rushed her in and she was kept in - he did tests etc. She was put on IV once she stabilized she was sent back to us with a new food and monitored. She is with us today - she is her old self and new has a new diet. My little dog (10) had a weight/waste issue. We had her on very good expensive food - flash frozen pure meat product but the weight continued to climb and the amount of waste was not understanding due to the amount I was feeding her (I was down to giving her 1/4 cup am and pm). Knowing that I still had to feed her something I talked with Dr Bath and he suggested I try another food, I agreed to try and she now is stable in the weight and waste department. My older dog (14) is thriving her skin issues under control and just normal aging is great. Dental Program - Every year my two little dogs visit for a checkup. With this, Dr Bath also checks their gums and looks for any other issues that I wouldn’t be able to see. Of course, they love to chew on bones etc but the cleaning and check up gives me peace of mind. I love the all good at the end of their checkup! They both love the Dr. Bath! I must give Dr Bath a 5 star rating... I find Dr Bath is Pro-Active with his advice. He listens to you - then, he will advise to watch for a change or if needed he will advise for action. I know if I need him even when he is closed he would help our little ones out. I have not used his In-Home Care Service yet as I still drive but I am very happy to hear he has this service for the people who have a fur friend but no transportation.
Excellent veterinary clinic. Dr. D. Bath was so caring and helpful. I would definitely take my dog back there any time . Thanks
Took my cat here last September for a emergency tooth pull and cleaning. It was late but Dr Bath was very friendly and compassionate. My cat stayed the night and I picked him up the next day. Price is comparable to other clinics (still expensive) 800 for a cleaning and tooth pull. Now my cat has another bad tooth that needs to be pulled. Since Dr. Bath did a great job last time and he has several 5 star reviews I'm taking my cat back here today. I'm not looking forward to the bill but atleast I know he's in good caring hands.
The staffs are highly trained and very compassionate towards the pets that come here for check up. They provide quality treatment in exchange for reasonable fee.
Price was higher than I was told on the phone, I argued and got it revised to what I was originally told, seeing as they did nothing it was still too high. Vet didnt seem interested in doing his job and made negative comments, eyed my animal from a distance. This guy and his wife are one of the least professional vet services in this city.
We take our puppies there for their shots and find that Dr. Bath and Mrs Bath are both kind, caring professionals. We have been going there for about 2 years and will continue to do so as they have always shown our pets the utmost in kindness and professional courtesy. Please check them out before you make your choice of veterinarian. They are reasonably priced and seem to love all animals. Don't make your choice on other people's prejudiced opinions.
We r taking our pets for years to this clinic , Doc and staff is very friendly, they love animals,We have young german shepherd and they handle him very well, excellent experience with them , I would love to give them 100 ⭐️
I am looking for a vet for my two new kittens and I called for information on spay and neuter for 2 kittens. I recieved limited information. The receptionist then asked me when I am booking for, and I told her that at the moment I am checking with a few places before deciding. She then told me she had to let me go. I found this odd, because that was sort of rude. I had just called another vet that was not taking new clients, but gave me all the information I was looking for anyway, and was very kind. Safe to say, I will not be booking here.
If you love your pets DO NOT take them here! This vet clinic is unsanitary and Dr.Bath should not be practicing. This clinic should be shut down.
Took a stray cat that we found with lot of ear mites. Dr bath helped clean and took care ????. Little cheaper for sure as well. Wish you good luck Dr. Bath
Dr Bathe and staff where very supportive as we had to let our little girl go to a better place. I can honestly say that this is the best vet clinic in Regina. Definitely would suggest to friends and family.
Took my rabbits there to get there nails trimmed and the dude barley cut anything off and i had to take them to a different vet a week later. What a waste of money.
Prescribed wrong medication to our cat. We had to take him to the lumsden vet to get it all sorted out
Dr. Bath and his staff were wonderful when we brought our family cat in with a medical emergency. It was near the end of their night and they didn't hesitate to help our cat. He phoned us with frequent updates on the status of our cat even when things looked grim. Our cat refused to eat, drink or clean himself and was experiencing severe mobility challenges. Dr. Bath and the clinic staff went above and beyond by nursing our cat back to health. He was supportive throughout the process and explained the costs and potential outcomes throughout enabling us to make informed decisions. Thank you for your assistance!
We have two cats 3 years old and 5 months. We got to know Dr. Bath when the older cat got sick a few months ago. He opened up for us on a Sunday and took care of our pet and brought him back to health. This was not our normal clinic. The clinic we normally would go to was a larger we'll know clinic. I was so impressed with Dr. Bath we switched over to his clinic. He did the neuter and chip on our kitten and the level of care was amazing. FYI our older cat hated the previous vet. She would bite, scratch, and growl. Not with Dr. Bath. He has a great way with her. She lays down calmly and patiently. He talks to her and pets her, she absolutely loves him. What a difference. 10/10 in my books I would recommend Dr. Bath to everyone. He truly cares about your pet and is a pet person.
I've had nothing but great experiences with this place. They are so good with the animals and get you in right away especially if it's an emergency. I've been taking my cat there for a little while now and they've taken such good care of her. I'm definitely happy with their services and will recommend others to go here.
just the best caring people I will be there again
Dr Bath and Mrs Bath are trusted professionals. They’ve cared for my cat and dog. They are kind, compassionate, and trust worthy. Thank you for your service to my four legged kids.
Dr. Bath is extraordinary. He works very hard to give you what you need and takes the time to explain exactly how much procedures are going to cost, what he is going to do. He stayed late last night to get our dog happy and healthy again and my dog was cuddling him before we left. He called back this morning to check on our dog and to give some extra care advice. To me, that is so kind and he clearly cares about my dog.
He is a very caring person. He was flexible with working out a payment when my dog hurt her leg. Would reccomend him to everyone
Dr.Bath is great to deal with, the love and care they have given to Boo and Beans is incredible. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their fur babies.
I find Dr. Bath and staff very kind, pleasant and caring to myself and my dog Jack. I will definitely continue visiting this clinic for my pets health needs. Thank you to Dr. Bath.
I've been bringing my dog to Dr.Bath and Ruby since I acquired him. They we're recommended to me from a couple employees at a local shelter where I got him. My experiences have been good and I never leave without fully understanding what is going on. I appreciate the "follow up's" Dr.Bath makes in the following days as well.
Dr Bath and his wife are two of the nicest and compassionate people. Their love for animals is apparent. Took our kitten there today for a spay and instantly felt this is the vet for us. We will be taking all of our pets there from now on. Highly recommend.
Recepsionest is rude they will not let people come say goodbye to there pets when they have to put them down dr bath dose not know what he is doing and asks for more test than they need along with not treating a animals well never go here ever this is the worst vet ever and should be shut down for good
Dr. Davinder Bath, who is an experienced and highly qualified veterinarian, came across as a very kind person in my first visit to this hospital.
Very good service and treated both Wisdom and myself with great care. Would definitely recommend based on my experiences through 3 different surgeries.
Dr. Bath and staff are the most professional, caring people. They cared for our pet like it was their own. I would recommend them to everyone.
Very nice people. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. We will keep coming here as it has been our best experience in Regina! Highly recommend!! ????
Unfortunately, this place is not sanitary at all! As a former employee myself, I know first hand. This doctor is over priced and has many add-ons on top of each service! This doctor will ALWAYS talk pricing with you and He has no respect for animals once they are in his care. He has no respect to each girl he hires for reception. As my reception job there, I was assisting him with surgeries my FIRST day of work. He had told me that I would be in charge of the anesthesia while he did the procedures. On the first day, this is what I was doing then he continued to walk to the front entrance to greet a client leaving me in the surgery room by myself. Heart rates of this poor animal then started dropping and I was unaware of what to do. I have had no experience or schooling yet for any of this. I do NOT understand how this man received any certification. He is HIGHLY unsanitary. Procedure tools were rinsed with water after each use if there was noticeable blood. He would do spay an neuter procedures without wearing any gloves. Did not care about cross contamination whatsoever. I could go on for days about this "doctor". I highly recommend that if you love your pet, then do not bring here. Very unorganized and unsanitary clinic! Lexi Schulz a week ago I was a former employee here and the things I witnessed were terrible. He was rude to me and the other girl that worked there. He had no respect for anyone or any animal. The place was never clean no matter how hard we tried to keep it clean. He would reuse syringes for vaccines as well as medical equipment during surgies. He had 2 people help with surgies that didn't have any experience with vet school (I was one of them). If I could rate 0 stars I would but unfortunately I cannot.
I didn't want to give them one star but I had to...enough said
The Northgate Animal Hospital is fantastic! My 12 week old puppy had bowel obstruction over Christmas and Dr. Bath has gone above and beyond with his care for my little guy. Always friendly, always available and very much stressed that I should be bothering them over the holidays if there were any issues post surgery. He has worked with me financially and really just wants the best for everyone. I will be moving all my animal babies over to this clinic going forward. Thank you so much Dr. Bath and staff! You’ve been amazing!
Very kind and caring Dr. and staff.
Got my dog spayed here her tail got badly injured somehow and when I picked her up she was covered in her own pee.
Dr. Bath is a very good doctor he explained things to you and make sure you understand my dog and rabbit receive good care so thank you. And thank you to the lady in the front desk she is wonderful always making sure that I understand everything. God bless you both thank again.
2 weeks ago I recommend this clinic/hospital to all who have pets! Dr. Bath is very kind, caring & knowledgeable! Great vet clinic/hospital in Regina!
Dr.Davinder Bath safe my Maggie(Puppy) thank you alots.
Great dr and great service
I recommend this hospital to all who have pets. The staff are polite and very kind.
My kitty and i have had nothing but bad experiences with vet clinics. She hates everyone but her people. We went to the 24 hour clinic in Regina. She was limping and dragging her back leg. They charged me a small fortune for some meds for a leg injury said monitor for a 2week - month. Came back after that time, they said they think she has cancer and they best way to find out if its in the lungs was a CT scan 1300$. The other option was a deep tissue needle extract from the area and send away. i chose that just to see if it was even cancer. Once again i was charged an arm and a leg. They called said it was cancer.. Then i start wondering why they suggested Ct scan before knowing it was even cancer. I got the Scan, after they got me to bring my cat in that hates people. Sedate her just to say the machine doesnt work. Bring your cat back tomorrow.. It had spread to the lungs liver kidneys. Heart Broken naturally i got her meds to live out her life. I called the mobile pet clinic in Regina to enter the home and put her to rest, months in advance. I booked a day and ended up canceling. she was doing great! hunting and playing and running i figured no way! I called and said not ready! they said call whenever and we will b right there!, i said awesome thank you so much! fast forward to march 20 2021 she had taken a turn for the worst. she began crawling around and and having issue breathing her eye was closed. It was then i knew my baby was suffering now.. i called the mobile vet.. closed until monday. now im feeling horrible.. Come monday i called 9 am right when they opened and they say sorry we dont do that on mondays. Im mad at this point thinking ok then they say 9 am tuesday... That time comes finally my baby will have peace.... Try and get ready for that... they call at 9am and say sorry we cant make it and dont know when we will get there. my Dad had said he found a mom and pop shop he said these guys actually give a damn!!! I Called Northgate Animal Hospital and they came to my house within 30 minutes!!! so respectful and genuinely concerned about my girl.. gave me a beautiful card from them ..His Wife cried for my cat!!! He put my baby to rest the most beautiful way it could have ever happened.. he called the next day to make sure we were holding up and offered some kind words... These People Are Real!! they care about what they do and that is so rare and hard to find this day and age... i will be recommending these people to everyone.. they saved my cat and my conscience !!! I cant say enough good things about them!! I Hope You See This Review ... Thank you form the bottom of my heart!!
If you truly love your animals DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. EVEN IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE
We are very happy to have our dog taken there, because Dr.Bath is very knowledgeable & kind.Staff is very polite & friendly. The entire clinic is clean & the prices are quite reasonable. We appreciate the professional manner that our pet is treated & we definitely take our pet there again for treatment.
I had a emergency with my furry cat.Dr Bath at Northgate took me.He was excellent and explained my every this thoroughly. I will go back there and I recommend this clinic to everyone.
I brought my sick kitty of 5 months into the clinic and the northgate animal did a good assessment of what was making my cat sick and I got the medicine he needed and now he is on his way to a healthy recovery!
Thank you Dr Bath for such professional service caring for Charlie's abcess & teaching how to care for it..... He's doing so much better now Crystal & Charlie Bork
Do not take your pets here! Numerous infections and wrong diagnoses and treatments the wife has no veterinary experience! They should be closed down already!

Dr. Davinder Bath and his team are extremely caring and they offer the right support and care. 5 stars for Northgate Animal Hospital!!
Ridiculous. Last weekend, they called and informed me that my 20 year old cat needed her shots and that a booster was needed for one of my young cats, but not the other. She then argued with me that my young cat hadn't received her shots last year - I have a receipt that says she did. Today, I got another call saying all three cats need shots. Get organized! Their paperwork is a complete mess and I'm finding a new vet. I recommend everyone else do the same.
Dr Bath and the clinic are amazing! My dog took a turn for the worse today, and I could not get him in my car to take him to a clinic. I called around for vets that make house calls and even in his condition they were not available or could not come till next week. I called Dr Bath and he was able to make a house call in less than an hour. He was very gentle with my scared sick dog, and provided me all my options. He really cares about the animals, and is very calm and soothing. He made a very hard day painless, and had compassion for me and my dog. The clinic is very cozy and inviting. They clearly explained all of the charges and even gave me a sympathy card. I will use this Dr and clinic for all of my future pets and definitely recommend!
Pet parents beware!!! Had an emergency with my senior Great Dane and ended up at NAH, since the regular clinic we visit was closed at the time. I was given an $881.00 estimate and was told to pay a $600.00 deposit before they would treat my dog, but refused to take Credit card payment because "no one is allowed inside due to Covid-19". They also refused to take the payment over the phone and insisted on cash or e-transfer only. Then, they wouldn't allow me to leave until they received the e-transfer. From that point on, all communication was done over the phone. I sent the e-transfer at 5:15pm and phoned to let them know as requested. I was rudely brushed off by the receptionist/wife/technician, by being told they would not accept the screenshot/bank confirmation of the payment/e-transfer sent, to wait in my car in the parking lot until they receive the actual e-transfer, then I could leave. At 6:15pm I phoned again and after threatening police involvement, they (the receptionist and the Dr. Bath) agreed to meet me at the door. I showed them the screenshot of the e-transfer sent and after some verbal back-and-forth, I was finally allowed to leave. The payment went through that evening at 7:55pm. The next day, my bill was at $1,080.00 and I still didn't know what was wrong with my dog. I went to pick him up in the evening and was shocked at the sight of him! His back end, tail and legs were covered in a thick layer of excrement! His knees and elbows were swollen, scraped up, and bleeding. Dr. Bath said that this was from laying on the hard floor. Some hospital! Dr. Bath texted me the following day asking about my dog's condition. I had a specific question for him which he did not answer in spite of his text stating that I should let him know should I have any questions. Instead, he went on to suggest running further diagnostics and specialty food. Not a chance! Never again!
Dr.Bath and his wife are very caring to my dad's fur baby. Phone calls to follow up with Hopey on see how she was doing after a major surgery. My dad will be going back. Thank you
Dr. Bath and Staff are very professional and compassionate. They really care about your pet and provide such good care. We have taken are pets there for many years.
Took our cat Blu in to be neutered. All went well. Fairly smooth even with the Covid rules.
Dr.Bath & his staff have helped our sick dog back to good health. I recommend to everyone who is looking for a dynamic team that will help ur pet in a professional way. Thanks Dr.Bath for everything you have done for our family pet.
I absolutely love this vet , I think this vet is the best vet I have ever been too. Dr Bathe and his receptionist are so professional, polite, humble and very honest. Dr bathe from day 1 has been nothing but honest and not doing this for money or to take money. He will honestly inform us if something may not fully work, Or give us options of what to do or what treatment works best. He looks out for us and our pets 100%. I’ve never ever had issues with them. They have also have price matched us. They have opened up there hearts and there door for us when they were closed . They opened up the doors even when they were about to close and made sure we got in during a huge emergency. I love this vet and I recommend this vet to anyone that needs a vet who loves their pets just as much as you do . I wish I could give them 100 stars! - Crowe /Davidson family
I recommend Dr Bath as he is a fantastic vet full of integrity and character. You can tell his wife Ruby and him care deeply for the welfare of animals. I brought both my pups to him for a spay, neuter and a dental cleaning. My little girl had died on the table during the procedure and Dr Bath was able to revive her and she was not effected at all. Dr. Bath let me know all the details when I picked them up - many others would have most likely left those details out. It's sad but true. I will continue to bring my fur babies to him always. He is a very good man and a great Vet! Oh and my dogs teeth never looked so shiny clean!! -Melyssa Smith
PLEASE NEVER VISIT THIS VET. MY CAT HAD BLADDER SURGERY AND DR. BATH ENDED UP GIVING MY CAT THIRD DEGREE BURNS AND LIED ABOUT IT!!! My story is long but I will condense. My cat needed emergency surgery and I was unable to get into our regular vet. Whilst dropping him off I was told I needed to send an etransfer of $500 before continuing. I complied and turns out my cats bladder had burst. The following day I was asked to send another $500. Monday came around and again Dr. Bath has asked me to send $600 this time. I ask him for a breakdown I would like to know what I am spending my money on where it is going. He proceeds to send me the paper work I signed regarding how much per day it will cost to keep my cat there with a handwritten note on the top stating "surgery $600" Tuesday rolls around and is the day I am to get my cat returned. He proceeds to tell me my cat will need to stay a few extra days but he can knock the daily fee down. Thursday comes around he reluctantly agreed to let me take my cat home. With an added injury. He tells me he has a scratch on his back no big deal it will heal it will heal he says. Has no idea where it is from. The wound in question was on my cats back the size roughly 2 by 4 inches. Not a small wound by any means and down to flesh. Fast forward a month later where I am having problems with the scab on his back (completely unrelated the the bladder surgery my cat had) has grown and now the scabs are peeling. I take my cat to my original vet I could not see only for them to give me the devastating news that my cat has been burnt. From what is a suspected faulty heating pad. My cat had to have surgery to remove half of his tissue covering his back. Losing muscle and tendons controlling his tail the burn was so large and deep. He also developed a hernia from the incision from Dr. Baths initial surgery. Three surgeries later and a complaint with SVMA. Which if anyone else has not made a complaint please do so. My cat is still healing. This happened in May of 2020. It is August and his wound has shrinking from 25cm long to 10cm. We still have a long way to go. But please do not ever take your animals to this man. When questioned by my Vet Dr. Bath claimed I had brought my cat in with this so called wound. Which was actually a burn. I seriously hope this man loses his license.
Thank you Dr.Bath and his wife for being so caring and helpful. Kitty is doing much better now. Dr Bath noticed Kitty was in trouble and he rushed to help her, thank you so much.
I won’t be going back. I took my dog for vaccines and was fine with the service for the first visit, although it seemed fishy that they were only taking cash and did not give a receipt stating what vaccines my dog received. 2nd visit - was supposed to be a booster vaccine- I was told it would cost $15.00 at my first visit. I had Dr. Bath cut her nails as well - ($25). 2nd visit ended up costing me $150! He said he is required to do an examination every time he sees an animal. He saw her a month ago! Feels dishonest. He did let me pay by debit, but only because I forgot to bring cash. He made a lot of excuses about the machine not working very well etc. Seems fishy and not very professional. *Added after Dr. Bath responded: Dr. Bath is not telling the truth here. He did not tell me that the 2nd visit would cost the same as the first. He told me that I would only need to pay $15 for the booster vaccine. He did not mention that he would be charging me for another exam - a month after the 1st exam (again - seems fishy, deceptive and not credible). It's also fishy that he was only wanting to take cash and tried to make every excuse not to use the debit machine. Also fishy that I did not receive a receipt or a print out of the vaccines given. Now I'm wondering if my dog even received the vaccines. Also - he did indeed cut my dogs nails twice - and I expected to pay for it both times and I did pay for it both times. The dispute is only over the 2nd charge for the exam at the 2nd visit a month later.
They saved my cats life when he was on the verge. Could not be anymore thankful
My fur baby and I just left once again another amazing visit with D. Bath and his beautiful wife. I highly recommend them they go above and beyond each visit. I've been taking my fur baby Nala there for a year now and they have helped my sickly rescued runt kitten become a healthy 1 year old. We will be continuing to go there I have nothing but great experiences with them. We love and appreciate all they have and will continue to do for us.
We were very appreciative of how Dr. Bath cared for our cat. He came into work on New Year's Day to examine her when she became quite ill from an intestinal infection. The care and compassion that he and his wife showed were genuine. I felt that I could call at anytime with any follow up questions or concerns.
A few years ago we took my cat here to get a cancerous lump on her side removed before it grew any bigger. We trusted him to be professional with the surgery. But when we got her back home, her third eyelid was ripped, her paws were bloody from them cutting her nails too short. The incision was not closed cleanly, it looked messy, careless and unprofessional. The drainage tubes that he put in her stomach were leaking way too much and smelt like rotting flesh. And when he removed them he just ripped then out and we could hear her crying from the waiting room. What he did to my cat was disgusting and I cannot believe people still go here and back this man up. Please do not go to "Dr.bath" at all because he has no care for your babies at all.
My pet suddenly felt ill and threw up a couple of times. I walked into the Northgate Animal Hospital and they were kind enough to attend my pet even without prior appointment.
Dr. Bath has provided wonderful care for my multiple dogs. We had a horrible accidental poisoning with the sweetener xylitol and Dr. Bath’s emergency care saved two of our three dogs. Their compassion during our difficult loss will never be forgotten.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
They are very knowledgeable and took immediate care of my pet. They are very friendly and helpful.
Didn't even find out what was wrong with our animal 1000$ just to go home with meds I strongly do not reccomend this place.i was told the total would be 800 and when I got there he asked for another 250 that was not the agreement.horrible service felt lied to and like this guy is only in it for the money.receptionist was rude as well dont take your animal here unless you want to over pay just to find out nothing and be sluffed off
