They supported our loss and even donated under our Benji in funds towards helping other beloved pets. I can not say enough good things about our experiences with Careport Animal Hospital! Thank you so much for going the extra mile and ensuring our pup was comfortable during her procedure. Your team take such good care of all of your animals ???????? She looked so comfy and snuggled in during what would have been a scary day for her ???? this means the world to us! The staff was so knowledgeable and took extra time to go over all the details of our puppy’s surgery with us— and even followed up the next week with a phone call to check in and see how she was healing. Walking into the hospital you are greeted by the friendliest front staff and are welcomed into a bright, warm, and clean office space. Going to the vet can be an overwhelming experience… but Careport has made everything effortless and easy for us and our sweet pup!

We've been bringing our pets here for several years. Honest folk, the doctors do excellent work, don't try to fleece their customers, and are just really great examples of good human beings. I've never had a bad (or even neutral, come to think of it) experience here. For cats and dogs, this is a fantastic vet clinic!

I take all my animals to Careport regularly. They are my #1 choice for veterinary care in the city. Some of the receptionists are amazing, others not so much. Depends on the day I guess. I really appreciate them looking into the cause of the issue for my pets, instead of treating symptoms. Will always take my pets here!

My puppy needed surgery on both of his eyes. His recovery was tough. During his recovery, we were, at times, visiting the office more than once a week. Dr. Hunchak was with us every step of the way. I'll never trust my pups to anyone else.

Excellent Vets at this clinic! They were able to get me in on a rush basis which I appreciated. Were extremely sensitive and gave me time when I had to put my cat down. Super caring and not overly expensive. Would recommend anyone go here for your feline care.

Best vet experience by far, i highly recommend them! My cat had a couple ingrown claws in his pads, one being infected. I called six other vet clinics around regina, and the ones that gave me estimates all told me $300+ cause they said they'd HAVE to put him under anaesthesia. Dr. Gazda was very understanding of my financial situation. It was quick and easy, and they only did what was necessary. It totalled to $136 including antibiotics. I'll definitely be taking my cats there from here on out.

I have had two medium dogs and over the past 10 yrs I’ve taken them here everytime except once (it was at midnight one time). I trust the staff here and they truly do care and explain and spend time problem solving logically. As for a regular check up my dogs love going there cause they may have a chance to see a kitty across the room.

The staff here are some of the most honest and competent I have seen through the years of having furry family members. Not only honest, but kind and compassionate. They always get you in quickly and take your concerns seriously, whilst not pushing you for anythimg more than what is needed. Such a great clinic. I had an appointment with my dog for something that seemed to be symptomatic of my breed that in her case was unrelated and terminal. Dr. Kerr advised me on all the options that were available, from the most aggressive treatments to what I consider to be a last resort choice as a pet owner. Her compassionate, professional attitude helped me understand what was possible and realistic versus what was unlikely. We came to a decision that gave me three more wonderful weeks with my dog that allowed her to pass peacefully in her own home. I am so very thankful for that.

I was only there once after adopting my cat from the Humane Society and getting a free neuter at this clinic. They were very friendly and sat down to answer all my questions without rushing me. Would definitely go again! Only reason I don’t is I have a good relationship with the clinic I had already been seeing. They posted a picture of my kitty on their FB page and that made my day!

Great place to take your pets. They provide great service and generally seem to care for their clients and pets! When my dog has to get some pain meds last time, they took the time to put the meds into syringes for me so I could easily give it to my dog, instead of having to do it myself. Dr Hunchuk is great with our animals and takes the time to explain exactly what she is doing. She is very professional and excellent at putting our pets (and us) at ease. Absolutely love coming here i’ve owned a golden retriever for 14 years (Lady Chan , German Sheappard for 14 years (Sophia Chan )Currently own a 5 month old Rottweiler (Broly Chan ) The first dog i’ve owned had food poisoning at 6months Dr Barnett was the first vet we were recommended to treat our puppy . She fantastic and my dog recovered quickly from the poisoning and at the age of 7 she had a hip dysplasia when need to be done because she was over weight . She recovered fast after 4 months and lived 14 treated from Dr. Patricia Van Parys . My second dog was healthy all the way till her last month . Dr.patricia Van Parys also cared for her !!! Currently my new puppy finished his first year of shots and absolutely loves Dr.Patricia Van Parys and all the staff at Careport animal hospital been a loyal customer for over 20 years and will stay loyal very friendly and experienced staff recommend alot of my friends to this hospital all were very happy with the treatment .Great staff top notch service !!!

I take my 3 cats there, and always will. They are compassionate, patient and answer all questions I have. They were very compassionate with a sudden passing of a cat in 2017 and helping my pet in an emergency while on a very tight budget. Your pet is in great hands here.

Took my puppy on suspicion of a broken paw. Ice was not taken care of in front of the building, so while I was walking, holding my injured pup, I almost fell myself. 7 of them, in front, chatting, no urgency or attention to the client at all. Asked me to wait. A technician came out, told me that they won't do anything until that afternoon. (4+ hours wait) Did not suggest pain meds, or anything to relax my puppy. I asked if they know a good place in town that could accept us now, She said this is my responsibility to research that, but both of my hands busy holding the puppy! Puppy is scared, and they have no desire to help, no urgency, no compassion. On my way out, same problem, slippery I almost fell, again! Went to another place, they took him in for an X-ray in 10 minutes, doctors administered pain meds. Those people love animals! Not these guys! Never coming there again.

They leave dogs barking for hours at a time, it's sometimes even the pets of the staff who do this while they sit around talking...how is that a good situation for sick, recovering dogs?

Careport is excellent I have taken my kitten in to get checked up and spayed. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. They ensure you understand everything about what they are doing. The day after my appointment the staff even called to check up on my cat! Definitely recommended and will be taking all my pets here!

They take wonderful care of every animal that comes in. You can tell that they genuinely care and make sure each pet has a great experience. They are willing to help and give advice when needed. I came in to euthanize my friend of 14 years because he was not eating or drinking and he was telling me that it was the end - chronic wasting, unable to walk, vomiting etc. Ive had dogs all my life and have always been compassionate for end of life treatment. Ive been pleased with the service at Airport in the past but was not please to be offered treatment to extend the life of my poor boy. The vets are knowledgeable but owners know their pets the best and when it comes to end of life and the preparations that we as owners go through, there is no compassion in offering extended life to anything.

Staff were polite and professional. They have a sincere love of animals and it shows. The vet did a very thorough assessment and was concerned about my cat’s well being. Asked questions and provided explanations that showed she was up on her medical knowledge. Called afterwards to check up on my cat and reviewed all test results thoroughly. Also provided treatment options that would guarantee my cat would have the best quality of life possible. Not once did I feel rushed or like the vet had somewhere else to be. My cat mattered! Love that and will go back with confidence in the care my cat will be treated like royalty!

I will absolutely never be coming back to Careport Animal Hospital. The blonde secretary at the front desk has the most unprofessional mannerisms for hospitality and customers. Rolls her eyes at people when they ask IF they take cash and mumbles under her breath rudely while that person is standing right there. Why? It is kindly, your job after all. I called and asked prices for a spay. She had it in the 200-300$ range for a spay no extras added. I walked out paying over half a grand 500$ for things I said weren't really needed such as a cone but pushed their reasons towards having it. Didn't consult me on prices during, just gave me the bill after. I paid it. I left there today unhappy because I talked to the same secretary about a feline allergy appointment on the phone and asked if the nail trimming was complimentary. She said yes. I double checked, she said it would be as long as I paid the appointment fee. Same thing happened to me today, I got handed an outrageous bill for 262$ at the end for a dye test and 2 different eye drops. I paid it and asked if I can still get her nails trimmed (thinking this was still free option) very rudely says to me, "HAVE we? or CAN we?" She waited for them to clip my cats nails to tell me "I'll get your payment" WHAT?! She went to double check about the nail trimming being included in the 260$ bill and she says "yeah you still have to pay" I've paid close to 800$ in only two trips at this place, verbally asked on the phone if its covered too and they can't even be sincere about the free nail trimming mix up. Wow. I had no choice to give her cash because its all I had left on me and it made me totally uncomfortable as hell. She rolled her eyes and mumbled "uh we don't accept cash because maybe we don't have any money to give back?" rudely to the woman who was still standing beside me with her dog.. She gave me change back, so why even rudely say something like that? Sometimes that's all people have.. like today I got soaked that's all I had left. I also went in there for concerns of cat eye problems and the doctor charges me 45$ for a dye test without telling me it's going to be charged that much. JUST to rule out there's no scratch. I said there wasn't that it was allergies. They just refuse to listen to you because you're inferior to them or something just to upcharge you even though you'd probably decline if you knew the prices.. I'm beyond outraged with this place and how it can even score 3 stars. Seriously. This hospital is great cleanliness wise but there's lots of better animal hospitals that actually cares to consult with their customers correctly on what they're paying for and find a better vet with a more mature environment and secretary who isn't going to treat you poorly while you're a few meters away like this location does. If you don't care about customers than you certainly don't care about their pets either.

Doctor Gazda is great with our pets. Kind and doesnt push you into anything. Few hidden charges here and there that I wouldn't necessarily approve of, but I think that's to be expected with vets

Best vet experience I have ever had. Dr. Kerr is so knowledgeable but also empathetic. We went in with our dog and got as diagnosis of bone cancer in her leg, during the whole journey, all of the staff made us feel cared for and loved. Eventually got our dogs leg removed and the surgery went amazingly. Very talented people with real a passion for what they do.

Things have changed a lot. I get a new vet each time. And when you request the one you began to establish a rapport with, you are told they no longer work there. Many staff have left. I was told it takes 2 weeks to get a yearly check up and vaccines. It was not like this in the past. I think it is time to look for a new vet.

This vet clinic is amazing. I couldn't believe my bill was so reasonable at the end of my first visit. The facilities are well-designed with little touches like leash hooks and separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Lots of room to keep you pooch from lunging at others. The staff and vet were so nice and thorough. Not rushed at all. And left with a good care plan for my senior girl. Super recommend.
