Dr Jinks put a sincere personal touch everytime we take our pets in there. Her compassion and service is of the highest quality I've ever experienced.

garry sanderson

Always professional and treats our dog excellently. I would and do recommend the Animal Clinic of Regina.

Sapir Atiya

This clinic is a walk in clinic, so we had to wait for a long time until we so the vet. That being said the staff were really welcoming and nice, and the veterinarian (Jeniffer) seems to be super professional and our puppy felt comfortable with her. Medically I trust them. I find it quite expensive ( the visit alone were 80$ before anything) but if you want to make sure your pet is well, that’s the place to go to. There’s a free parking lot outside.

Eggy Smart cat

So happy with this clinic especially to Dr. Jinks, so kind and a very good vet. My dog sky is well now.

Crystal Vincent

When my cat got bitten by a dog and developed an infection they let me bring him in right away with no wait. They looked him over and gave me everything I needed to get him healthy again. I was done in 45 minutes The doctors are great and the staff was super friendly. My cats all healed up now and we both thank you so much !

Paige Wells

The staff here have zero skills in empathy towards customers facing difficult decisions.

Izzy Cannon

Great service been take my pets there for like 4 yrs and will keep going there

Kevin Andres

I’ve been taking my animals to this clinic for years, always great service and very informative staff. If you’re seeking for a new professional veterinarian office, I highly recommend taking your animals here!

dallas blacksioux

bad experience said my dog had to be put down got a 2nd opinion they said he shoulda got medication instead of being turned away last time I go there

Don Turner

This vet is so good. Our 4 month old puppy started to drool outrageously and we were a little concerned. Brought him in and Dr Jinks was very attentive. I really like how they will conduct an exam and then lay out their recommended plan of action in a quote style with the prices included. No surprises on our visit. Highly recommend.

Dr Sawa and Dr Durling are the best in the city. They were able to catch and perform an emergency surgery on my dog in 24hrs. Dr Durling was very thorough with after care instructions. And Dr Sawa is also super informative and never makes me feel like I'm being pushed out, no matter the time. I've been going to this vet for years and this place has always treated up with kindness, and respect. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Sharon Williams

Very good. They squeezed me in last minute and took very good care if my cat.

Carlee Florek

Lovely people, took great care of my pups for vaccinations

Nathan Kunkel

Among the best in Regina the only vet clinic my family deals with. Professional and courteous staff with very knowledgable and friendly vets.

Kyra Crevier

Adult spay cost 542$ for a 32kg female. They have covid restrictions which is cool and I'm super thankful for operating during a pandemic, but they have their system set up where they book a bunch of people at the same time (mine was 8:10am) and then they have you spam their single telephone until you get through, similar to a radio call in type thing. So essentially if you get there on time and lose the phone lottery (like i did) you don't drop off your pet until 45 minutes later (like I did). Incredibly frustrating to say the least when there's so many different ways to go about it.

Savannah Alary

I have been coming here for 15+ years! I absolutely love all of the veterinarians here! We are always well taken care of!

Thomas Goodchild

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great hours. Only wish was maybe being able to book appointments.

Kerri Ludvigsen - Prairie Girl Perspective

I have taken my dogs here for YEARS. My first dog wound up being a blind diabetic and they are truly the only place that I would trust him going. I will always recommend the animal clinic of Regina to anyone whether they are asking or not!!! 20 stars out of 5 in my books.

Elmer Martinez

My friend takes his pets there and he loves it .also I have a friend who works there and she is good Dr

Ian Davis

Dr. Sawa and her staff have been looking after my and my family's pets for years. They are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate with their work. My cat ended up having issues with struvite crystals in his bladder. The staff were great to him (even when he was getting uppity) and had him all healed up and on antibiotics and anti inflammatories within a couple days. Great people here.

Dianne Cuddington

I have been taking my dogs and cats to this clinic for over 20 years. All the staff are great and the doctors are particularly helpful and caring. When my dog was in hospital being diagnosed with diabetes, Dr, Jinks called from Florida to make sure he was doing well. She was awesome. I have seen a number of the doctors over the years and have appreciated each one of them. I love the drop in hours. I highly recommend the clinic.

BJ Muntain

The vets at the ACOR are absolutely the best. Not only are they good vets, but they go the extra mile for their patients. With their help, my dog lived a year longer than expected with Cushing's disease. They still remember him five years later, and they're helping my current dog. I can't think of a better team to help my furkids.

Eugene Goloversa

Our story: considering situation with covid 19 pandemic, everything was done pretty fast and our cat Tucha is safe and sound again, the price for the dental surgery was twice lower than we were asked to pay at other place (24h clinic East Regina) P.S. Dr. Lesley Sawa is amazing

T T

The best clinic! Very knowledgeable and professional! No rip off like some others clinics! Thank you ????

I really wish I could leave them ZERO star! called in for an appointment at 2:45, arrived on time and try to call them but the line was busy, and wait a couple minutes they answered the phone says that somebody will come shortly to get your pet in. And we wait for 20mins, no one shows up, that was august 17 at 3pm, it was like 40 degrees outside, I was cooked in the car! No one show. Then we called in again, we were told that there is an emergency right now, not sure how long should we need to wait, and let us leave and come back tomorrow. I’m really disappointed, if you are not sure if I can get in today or not, why do you let me come and wait? Why should I waist my time and gas to come to you? Rude reception even didn’t say sorry, pretending this is my fault to come to them. If you don’t want to waste your time and gas, don’t go there.

My family has been going to this clinic for as long as I can remember - the distinctive building is a fond childhood memory. We have taken many, many pets here over the decades and have always been happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the people here. As an adult now, I've taken my dog here since she was a freshly adopted puppy to her final appointment yesterday where we learned she was very sick, and it was her time to pass on. Doctor Dhakal was gentle, kind, and compassionate. I'm certain I'll be back again some day.

Jessica

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful.

2nd time at this vet office as I needed to have an eye pressure test done on my golden following an appointment at the veterinary ophthalmologist. The vet I saw did not even introduce herself, I didn't know if I was speaking to a vet or a technician or just some random person off the street. She quickly did the pressure test and when I asked for a copy of the result that was to be emailed to the specialist was told in a condescending tone of voice that she would jot it on the invoice. Unprofessional - having worked in health care all my life I would never have spoken to a patient in that manner. Not impressed with the walk in part either, the first time there waited an hour even though there was barely anyone in the waiting room. They did give me a reference to the ophthalmologist, so for that I will give it 2 stars.

Nadine Smith

Always great front desk staff. Vets that truly care about you and your pets. Dr Jinks is phenomenal!!

Dan Shier

Friendly staff and always helpful in explaining how to care for our elderly pup. The support is greatly appreciated.

Shaye Ruecker

Excellent staff that has always gone above and beyond when we have brought our animals in. They care very much about their patients.

We bought our first puppy and had to make a vet appointment within the first 72 hours. I tried to see the vet the breeders visited but they were not taking new patients and were booked into the next month. I called 5 other places and everyone was booked. One of the vets recommended Animal Clinic of Regina and I called. Walk in appointments available. At first we were Givin misinformation and told to go at 8am and wait till the phones turned on and you would be one of the first people seen. So 8am Saturday morning we were there. The sign said opened at 9am. So we waited. At 830 another car showed and by 845 the parking lot was filled, there was a few cars across the street and a few people on foot. You could see everyone calling on there phones over and over. Unfortunately even tho we were there since 8am if was who got thru first and it wasn't us. I think we were 3rd or 4th. I don't know if it was because covid or it normally works this way. They call you back after you register, then someone comes out to the car to get your fur baby. After the appointment and how caring and friendly the staff were. The vet was very knowledgeable and even trimmed our puppies nails for free. My partner said this is our new vet. Even tho the beginning thru was off a bit. The actual appointment was worth it. We just had our second vet visit and we had a appointment this time so we didn't have to go thru the walk in process again. They answered all our concerns, the prices have been way better then the vet we used in the North West area. I feel confident getting our puppies shots, health concerns and check ups at Animal Clinic of Regina. Just because we were Givin misinformation about the time at first it didn't have anything to do with the care of our puppy and that's what matters. ❤️????

Pat Wilson

My cats have always received an excellent quality of care here, regardless of which vet they’ve seen. I have always found that they provide good detailed information and are willing to work with me to determine the best course of action for the particular situation with that particular animal.

Md K

Im adding, i now use this clinic for my furbys and they've been incredible. My little (bug), kitty Penelope was struck by a car! It was horrible and although I haven't been to this clinic with her they were amazing! Even the people in line were OK with me going ahead! They made one of the worst days I'll ever have just a touch better! (There is no making that better however they didn't add to it)... They kept my poor little girl until a good friend could pic her up and bury her... thank you and I will recommend you to everyone!

Andrew

Excellent staff. They were very compassionate and accommodating when we had to say goodbye to our furry family member. They did everything they could to make sad day easier. Thanks everyone.

Reade Holtslander

It's where we take our dog for his vet care. The staff are friendly and helpful. We've never had a problem.

Rosalie Juravle

Vets and staff that truly care about my pet's well-being. I love the extended hours and that they are open on Sunday too. We've had things come up on weekends in the past, and to be able to see at vet at our own clinic, is a real blessing.

Mere LaRocque

This clinic has the kindest veterinarians and clinicians. I always feel comfortable leaving my pets. Thanks very much for everything.

Matija Štefičar

It is a walk in clinic so expect to wait if you come along other people, beside that its great, i personally didnt have any problems here and staff are always nice and polite and they take good care of pets.

Letecia Van Duzee

Very friendly and helpful staff. The vet I dealt with was so great. The price for my dog's shots was fantastic as well. I won't go anywhere else.

Lynx aria

Today I took my 1.4 year old Syrian Hamster Maple to be seen as she was in major distress and considered an emergency for a large distended abdomen, lack of appetite and overall being unwell. I already was prepared for the worst outcome of her being euthanized, and my fears were brought to light. Dr. Jinks was incredibly compassionate and kind towards our lovely Maple, and towards myself and my partner with our clear upset over the whole situation. The overall experience though heart breaking was very smooth, and affordable. The staff took extra care to allow us inside the clinic even during this pandemic out of the cold as we do not drive and needed to take a cab in -40c weather. For anyone who has an exotic or pocket pet, I highly recommend taking them to see Dr. Jinks here at the Animal Clinic of Regina. You may need to wait as this is a very busy hospital, but you will be rewarded with excellent care. Thank you Dr. Jinks for making a worst-case scenario for our lovely, sweet Maple hurt a little less for us, and for her.

Krista Berg

Always friendly service, they take great care of my dog and I trust their opinions. They never try to oversell anything. I like the convenience of having the Walk-In service, meaning no appointments need to be made. This means sometimes service is quick, sometimes you might wait a while. We go to this clinic for basic checkups, shots, and emergency visits.

Mercedes Young

Dr jinx is really great with exotic animals. She's the only person I trust with my bunny. She is blunt but compassionate and her love of animals is very evident. I've been going to this vet clinic for years and all the staff are great.

Olivia Stewart

My family has been bringing our animals here for at least a decade and their quality of service has never changed. I would consider this the best animal clinic in Regina. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

Angela Braden

I had been going to this clinic for years!! Always loved the staff and the fact it was a walk in clinic. However, the last time I took my pet I told them my budget and we agreed. I went to pick up my pet and was told there was a very large amount still owing. I told them that couldn't be as we had agreed upon a set budget. A few days later the manager called and tried to bully me into paying for these extra charges I never agreed to. I find it very disrespectful to play on people's heartstrings when they are vulnerable with a sick pet. Shame on them! I adore all the vet's who work here but unfortunately I have taken my business elsewhere. I cannot support a business who sneak in extra charges and prey on emotional pet owners. The clinic even in the past had given me the wrong diabetes medicine for a cat I had and she fell I'll and I had to euthanize her. Even after that, I still continued to go here. But enough is enough. Shame on them...

Lorna Siever

Walk in clinic. No appointments for regular visits. Friendly staff. Had a cat for major surgery involving a long stay. Great advice from all vets. All were really great with his care and for a while was debating on letting him go. They gave him their best and brought him through. Our golden boy is now active and better than his old self. I am so grateful they are who they are. I have dealt with this clinic since 1992 and will continue into the future.

Scott G

Great service and they ensure you are fully advised of what will happen and what needs to take place in the future

K G

Best in the city. Been taking pets there for 40 years. Seen drs come and go but always top notch

Laura Dumont

Had my very sick elderly little dog in to see Dr. Sawa. She and the all staff are so great. Efficient, kind, affordable...The only place in Regina I'd bring my pet.

Indigo Linka

my friend took her dog to this clinic and they told her that he had a cyst on his face that would have to be removed if it increased in size. well , my daughter and i looked at it and it was a woodtick , not a cyst. i pulled it off and put it in a jar. This clinic is a joke!

Chris Schlamp

We really like this place because they are open everyday and also evenings. It's also walk-in, so you don't need to make an appointment. They also take great care of their patients.

On Thursday, June 18th, we lost our ten year old wire haired dachshund Bounty. He had been at the Regina Animal Clinic earlier that day to have an x-ray taken of his elbow as he was limping. He ate the night before and ate that morning. The vet noted that he had an enlarged heart and was lethargic. She did not question us on his behaviour and in fact Bounty was allowed to run around in the back and they ‘lost’ him under some crates. She did not suggest blood work or anything else. We have gone to this clinic not only with Bounty for his entire life but also three other dogs we’ve had. We do not worry about costs when it comes to the care of our fur animals. Three hours after leaving the clinic, Bounty passed away. Initially, we thought he might have been poisoned as the dog next door was quite sick or perhaps when Bounty was lost in the back room of the clinic he got into something. We called first thing in the morning and indicated he had died and we wanted an autopsy done in Saskatoon on him to find out exactly what had happened. We indicated we would be bringing him in and asked to speak to Dr. Lesley Sawa, the owner of the clinic. We were promised our message would be passed along. We arrived at the clinic and brought him in at a side entrance. We again asked to speak to Dr. Sawa and again were promised the message had been passed along. We made arrangements with the Vet College that once the autopsy was complete, Bounty was to go to the Crematorium in Saskatoon and we arranged to purchase a special urn. We got the results through the Regina Animal Clinic and they sent us an email with the report. Bounty’s ashes arrived back at the Animal Clinic on July 30th, but we had to track down where he was. The Animal Clinic did not call us to let us know he was back in Regina. We went and picked him up. To date, we have never heard from Dr. Lesley Sawa and we will never recommend this clinic to any of our friends and family.

Terri Driver

I couldn't be happier with a vet clinic! Dr. Jinks sees my rabbits and guinea pig, and the care (and cost!) is wonderful. The fees are nearly half the cost as some other exotic pet vets in the city! And when one of my rabbits had oncoming GI stasis and no exotic vets were around (throughout the entire city), one of the vets on staff was kind enough to see him to help relieve his pain until I could get him in to an exotic vet the next morning. They care about your pet, not just about dollars. Such a great clinic!!

David Didych

This was a fantastic experience the 24-hour vet clinic gouged us and charged us and did not even help us. We came to Animal Clinic of Regina and had amazing fantastic service they even gave us credit for a bad experience at 24-hour animal care now that's good business highly recommended take your pets here

Lisa Zuk

They kindly squeezed me in at the last minute before closing. I arrived with a very sick cat. The staff were wonderful. I had a sad ending but wanted to say what a wonderful clinic this is. Thank you for your kindness and sympathy.

Sheila Pretty

Our cat was in a lot of pain thought it was Crystal's in his urinary track again, nope he had an infection in his bum and Dr Jinks was great had him fixed up in no time, she made sure that it was the right problem she was fixing, Just didnt want to give him meds and move on. Great service! We have a happy cat again!

Louise Hoffert

Thank you so much for all your patience and TLC given to Dixie and I. I so appreciate Dr. Sims thorough investigation into Dixie's interesting dilemma yesterday and Dr. Sawa for putting me at ease and explaining all my concerns. Please pass my thanks on to Dr. Greg. Happy New Year to all.???? and Louise

T Healey

I used to love this clinic, but they seem to be more of a money grab lately.

Ebony King

We had to have our boy put to sleep. They were so compassionate and kind. They gave us all the time we needed. Today we received a sympathy card from them. All the staff had written a special note and signed it. It was lovely and very appreciated.

Sandra Englund

I needed our one year old dog to be seen for a probable ear infection - our vet was unable to see him for two weeks. I called the Albert North Vet Clinic because of the location. They were not able to see him either but the receptionist recommended that I call the Animal Clinic of Regina because "...they are fabulous over there and they have a walk-in clinic today." The receptionist at the Animal Clinic of Regina was absolutely marvelous - courteous, friendly, efficient. Yay to her for her awesomeness! I had to wait for a while because the place was BUSY! The Covid19 protocols meant waiting in your vehicle for the receptionist to call and handing over your pet at the door when your turn came up. It was very smooth operation - so efficiently done. Dr.Dhakal was professional and friendly. She explained very clearly and concisely what the course of treatment would entail. The office staff who came out to receive payment were also very courteous and efficient. Cost was actually lower than expected considering it covered the examination as well as three medications. I am so grateful for the ease of this visit. Two thumbs up from me for the Animal Clinic of Regina!!!

Joseph Stephenson

Very professional and helpful, the wait time is a little much but completely understandable and not too unreasonable.

Orest Pastachak

good service didn't wait to long for vets

Gail Lambert

Very busy but that's because it's the only vet clinic taking walk-ins so I appreciate that. Excellent communication with pet owners and knowlegible, kind and caring with animals. Two people brought injured wildlife while I was there. Good to see this service.

Kerry Davis

They're busy but take the time to explain everything to you and your best options. You can tell they love the animals they see.

Andrew Wigg

My dog was diagnosed with diabetes and was almost dead and this clinic helped us get him back to great health. Staff were very helpful and honest with us.

Lorelei Bernakevitch

I have been taking my pets to this clinic since my first kitten in April, 1980. My parents took our family cat here all the years I was growing up. She passed in 1981 at the age of 18. I can't say enough good things about the vets and staff of this clinic through my years! I currently have a very difficult kitty and Dr. Sawa is fantastic with her. In my adult life, Animal Clinic of Regina has cared for my nine cats and two dogs (so far). Obviously, I remain a loyal client.

Cory Horn

I've been taking my animals there for years, always knowledgeable quick as they can be getting my pets in to be looked at. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for good health care for their furry companion.

Mya Larkin

This is such a great place. Everytime I've come the staff and vets have been vary helpful. Great people, fair price. All around good place.

Kenneth Unwin

They care about the animals but they don't care about the individuals that own them they feel that they should pay thousands of dollars to get a dog looked at and check to make sure that it's healthy and I think this is individuals should have a way of making this work for them and their animals this is Humane they want me to give me give up my $3,000 dog so that it can be taken care of and I'll be asleep I am sorry but I don't play that game these bets better straighten out the rocks because they are going to lose in the long run that people like prices for vets and I am one of those people thank you for your time and make sure that you are confident in what they tell you about your animal I'm sorry that I feel this way but I know other people will feel this way also that's are too expensive they need to wake up and smell the coffee like we aren't people that I have tons and tons of money that can be thrown away I'm not a multi-millionaire and that's how they feel people are that's are charging a way too much for the care of your animals please wake up and smell the coffee cuz I know what the heck I'm talking about if you have questions about your animal go online with dr. Jeff Poe if your Chihuahua owner make sure that you understand the breed properly and know what to do when circumstances conveyed with this dog and the breeds thank you for your time have a nice day

Michelle Loughery

I had the worst experience of my life at this horrible place. Most ignorant staff, wouldn't let my sister see her dog or give her dog back, after an exam. And the dig needed to be put to sleep. My sister has had this dog for more then half of her life, at only 22!!! This was her baby.

Lori Dawkins

The associates, the techs and especially Dr. Durling are the most caring and exceptional care givers. I highly recommend this clinic for all your fur babies needs.

Carolyn Alexander

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and caring. Vet Techs awesome, caring, especially CARA. (Carea) Staff at the desk also awesome & knowledgeable! Thank you ????????????????????

jessie racette

Garbage clinic, took our kitten in with a broken leg and they turned us away.. had to walk 45 minutes to another one. That didn't even take walk ins. Not a caring business at all. Only there for the money.

Brock Hearn

Staff are friendly and helpful. But after my puppy went for Her second shot i got charged for a “consultation” which I didn’t need I literally just dropped her off for a shot I only asked for her shot over the phone I don’t see why I’m getting charged triple what the shots worth for somthing I didn’t receive!!!

Carmen Wallace

Actually 1 star is far too high a rating. This was the worst experience I have ever had. My dog, who is normally calm, was in a crazed state and wouldn’t settle. And was falling over when she walked. This was the only walk-in clinic so we took her. The vet didn’t know what was wrong but mentioned liver shunt because she was a yorkie or she might have eaten something we didn’t know about. He didn’t think it was neurological He didn’t explain anything but at this point we understood he needed bloodwork. He was going into surgery so said someone else would give us the results in 20 minutes. No one did. After 2 hours of us trying to contain her in her crazed state he comes out and tells us her liver numbers are bad and he thinks it must be a shunt...or dehydration. At this point he starts to leave the room. I ask what we are to do? He says we need to go to Saskatoon for a CT scan or the 24hr clinic for an ultra sound. Again I have to stop him from walking out the door to ask if we need a referral. He didn’t really answer. He had said earlier she might be acting this way because sh was in pain. I asked if she was in pain could he give her something or something to calm her. He said no because he didn’t know what was wrong and he was going into another surgery so we could wait another 2 hours for him to do more tests Never did he even tell us what a liver shunt was. The other clinic we ended up eventually going to said they wouldn’t suspect a shunt, they explained what it was and how because she was 6 she would have had symptoms earlier. And they said the bloodwork was incomplete and ordered red and white cell counts. The first vet at this clinic walked away from us without helping us to find out what was wrong with our dog or explain what he thought it might be (he said possible dehydration but didn’t then didn’t even give her water) or giving us any options to help her. We Left thinking she was going to die and we could do nothing.

Steve Robertson

Nice clinic. No appointments but they seem to move quickly. The vets are very good. Answered all of our questions with our new cat and kitten.

Brittany Boschman

Not impressed with front desk. Checked in for walk-in at 9:45. I waited for over an hour before I phoned the front desk to make sure my contact information was correct. The receptionist told me that my information was correct but that I did not check-in. I would have been fine waiting for over an hour if they knew that I was waiting outside - but they didn't! Really annoyed and not impressed with the way front desk handled it. However, with that being said, the vets at the Animal Clinic of Regina are more than impressive. Front desk not so much ...

Adrienne M

Amazing service and staff! My dog woke up with a massive tooth abscessed. They got hey in right away and even pulled some strings to do the extraction surgery that same day! She feels much better!

Trent Whippler

The vets here provide excellent care. I completely trust my pets with them.

Carol Dudych

Took very good care of my 5 yr old german shepherd having her 2nd knee surgery.

Tina Caderma

Since christmas our dog bella has had 2 major surgeries. One is TPLO - layman's terms - she had her human equivalent of an ACL injury repaired. A week ago she had an emergency surgery for pyometra - an emergency spay - and during a pandemic when you can't be in the clinic with your dog, and with compete strangers as our dog had never been to this clinic before I will give the staff and the doctors a big high five. So in an emergency or just in general I would highly recommend this vet clinic.

Debby Sifert

Excellent stafff. Our elderly dog has been well taken care of.

Yaniv Atiya

The reason for the deduction of that last star is that the wait felt really long to me. That being said, the staff are kind & helpful, and the doctor we met - Dr. Jennifer, is super professional, patient and thorough! I definitely feel like I can trust this place when it comes to my puppy’s health! A little bit on the expensive side but worth the peace of mind!

Darin Vaza

Not impressed, have been getting all of our pets vaccination here and you would think that you are building a relationship. Turns out we called once because our puppy wasn't feeling so great and they charged us 80$ for phone consultation without even mentioning it to us

Kaalyn Humber

I have had the most amazing experience with the staff at the Animal Clinic of Regina. They're pleasant, bright, and extremely helpful. I have an old dog who recently gave us quite the scare with a GI illness and Dr. Jinks was thorough, smart, lovely, and a fantastic communicator. She gave estimates upfront and arranged follow-up plans with us. She inspired confidence and genuinely cares about our pup. Thank goodness for this clinic. They are amazing.

john erina-holmes

This is the only clinic I take my animals to. I recently took my cavalier king Charles spaniel there when I suspected he broke a tooth, when we got in to see the vet (around noon on a monday) she said without even looking at my dog that she was more worried about his heart murmur, I had said he didn't have one, as far as I knew, needless to say I was wrong. she was kind & made sure he got the attention & medication he needed. We will be going back very soon for a check up & dental work.

Raymond Ayers

Service quality with second to none.

Haylee Schofield

My rat Todd had lice, so I had to rush him to the vet. It was my first time at the clinic, and it was an overall awesome experience! The first price I was given was 180$, and than Dr Serada ran outside and said she’s gonna try and make it cheaper for us! I ended up getting medication for Todd, and my 5 other boys for 30 some dollars + the exam fee :)) will definitely be going back!

Judy Woods

I phoned Vet to get make to me about my dog took.her two days Through this virus crab going on they are the only vet clinic in Regina who won't let you be with your animal when putting them down

Rose Kelly

They have a great team there and always willing to help

Troy Lavalley

Absolutely worst experience, my wife took our dying kitten in while I was at work and was treated with zero compassion or professionalism. There won’t be a person that I recommend this business too.

Brian Albert

Many great times and some sad times here. But through it all the service and expertise was the best. I recently had to say goodbye to an old friend and as soon as they knew they whisked me off to private room to say goodbye. Even paid in there so i could leave straight ought. Thanks

Fantastic clinic. Our sadie required emergency surgery on a Saturday. They were so caring and compassionate, Dr. Jinks is a great vet! Thank you!

I am sorry that I have to transfer my dog Shelby’s file to another clinic as I really like Dr. Jinks she has been Shelby’s Dr. since we adopted her 10 years ago but unfortunately Shelby needs her yearly checkup and this clinic will not allow you to come in with your pet to me this is like letting a Dr. take your child in without you. I would be quite willing to wait in my car with Shelby and then wear a mask which I would bring with and sanitize my hands even wear gloves if they wished but I am not willing to let Shelby go in without me. I have googled vet clinics in Regina and there are a couple rated as high or higher that allow 1 person to go in with the animal so although I am really sorry to leave Dr. Jinks I cannot accept this clinic’s policies

While I was very happy with the outcome of my dogs TPLO surgery and recovery, I was less than impressed with the communication and compassion by the staff and surgeon. I can appreciate it being a busy and happening place, but when I noticed a possible complication occurring I did not find staff very helpful or willing to assist me so I immediately contacted her regular vet. It seemed like it was just a come and go place and that you shouldn’t be bothering to ask them about updates or how things are, etc. I was also told the surgeon was supposed to speak with me following her surgery and that did not occur. Again, I am happy with the outcome of the surgery but just wish we were treated with a little more compassion and communication.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are kind and compassionate and I cannot recommend them enough. The vets and their staff are always so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for your furbaby. They truly care about the health of your pet. Not to mention they do tons of work with rescues!
