I have been fortunate to work with them since I adopted my senior dog Chili from The Pack Project Inc. 4 years ago, and I continue to be impressed with the level of care and attention I receive every time I make an appointment. The first notable experience is when I adopted Chili. The Vet would not give Chili the all-clear for adoption until I read and signed the vet records, indicating that I understood everything that she felt I needed to know prior to adoption. That speaks volumes about their care for Chili, and any adopted dog. During our first appointment, the Vet went through Chilis medical history point by point to make sure I didn't have any questions. She was kind, but wanted to be sure that I was a good fit for Chili and would give her the care that she needed. Next, when my husband and I moved in together, he came with our cat Rex who has IBS. During a particularly bad flare-up, we called the vet to make an appointment for an anti-nausea shot. Knowing Rex's condition and being unable to see us for a few days, instead of letting us wait at the expense of Rex's heath- they recommended we call the 24 HR Animal Care Centre so we could see a vet sooner. This, again, speaks volumes for their care as they put Rex's health ahead of their bottom line. The last notable appointment was when we lost Sophie, the senior cat we rescued only 3 months earlier. Sophie has gotten sick abruptly, and they were able to get us in the next day. The vet shared with us the hard reality that it was Sophies time, and her honesty cannot go unmentioned. She was kind and compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. She ensured that Sophie would be cared for until she came home with us, and allowed us to send Sophie for cremation in her blanket. I can't imagine how hard it is for Vets to go through this as often as they do, but they took our grief kindly and without question. I don't know where they find such kind intelligent humans for their team. Regardless of why we are there, we are always treated with kindness and respect. I will always recommend this clinic with my whole heart, as they care for my pets with their whole heart.

This office never ceases to amaze me. They treat my cat like a celebrity every single time. Due to covid, owners cant go into the exam with their pets. I felt so comfortable handing over my baby because all staff involved were so ready to dote over her. As we were leaving I saw them doing the same for the next incoming pets. I seriously can't say enough good things. I also totally forgot about my appointment and missed it. I was able to reschedule for the next week with no issues. I felt so bad and the staff were so kind about it.

Took our dog here for the first time, and everything was great! We’ve had poor experiences at other vet clinics where the Doctors have been extremely pushy regarding services and products. This was not the case at Albert North. Doctor Liebe was absolutely great to deal with! Very caring and kind with our dog, who had no problems with her examining her or getting her shot. Will certainly be back in the future!

My first experience with this vet was euthanizing my senior dog. They were very patient and extremely respectful. Wow, what a great clinic. The staff here have so much to be proud of and people can take their furry loved ones here with confidence. My positive experiences started right from the first phone call. The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to get me in quickly. She didn't have to but she made it work and was so friendly the whole time. When I arrived the next day there was another friendly face to greet me and she made me fe at ease right away. The vet and her helpers were fantastic. Confident, thorough but gentle. The vet even followed up by phone a few days later. She didn't have to do this hut the fact that she took the time to call shows this is not a job but a passion for her and all the staff. I will not hesitate to come back and recommend this clinic in the future.

We took our dogs in for their yearly check up and shots. The vet told us our then 15 month old puppy had fat on her belly, which is just loose skin and that our Chihuahua is overweight, which he is not. He is in fact much smaller than when we adopted him 15 months before. He was wiggling on the scale so his weight jumped up about1.5 lbs. I've had him weighed since and he weighs what he is supposed to. She offered us the services of the clinic's nutritionist, at no cost to us. We are still waiting to hear from the nutritionist almost 4 months later. Before telling someone their beloved pet is FAT, perhaps you should consider doing another weigh in or suggest having the pet weighed again in a month or two. And automatically assuming we are overfeeding our dogs, which is absolutely not the case, was most certainly not appreciated. I believe we will be going to a new vet the next time our dogs are due for shots or a check up. PS - The front office staff is amazing. I take no issue with the level of service we've received in that regard.

Hillariously poor customer service! I am new to Regina, having moved from Alberta. I googled a special hypoallergenic food that my dog eats and found this place sold it. I went to buy some. Two ladies were at the counter, one was serving another patron, the free one asked to help me. I had picked up a small bag that they had for sale to show them and I asked if I can order a larger bag. She replied, 'yes' and asked for my telephone number. I replied that I haven't been here before.. and she said 'oh' and looked like she was going to proceed..but the other lady stood up and interjected, "not if you are not a member you can't" in her stern, authoritarian voice. Boy did she show me. I told her I was new to Regina, thanks for the great welcome and that I will buy my food somewhere else! Which I did. And... I will now attend the vetinary services of the 'second' vet I went to... all because this lady doesn't know at thing about customer service (ask questions to discover the need).. I will never use this Vet clinic.

Was suppose to bring 2 dogs in here for their first time and I'm glad I only brought one. I will not be back. I tried many times calling them in the morning to let them know I would only be able to bring in one dog, no one answered the phone or the lines were constantly busy. The secretary said she should be charging me for not giving any notice of my other dog not coming but she wont because it was my first appointment. She also mentioned how they usually charge people because they could have gotten another dog in there... which does not seem like a reasonable excuse to charge someone... especially when the vet was 20 mins late for my appointment which was schedualed immediately after their lunch break. I sat in my vehicle for 20 minutes with my dog waiting to get into our appointment. While waiting I was talking to the secretary on the phone who had not kept any of the information I had given about my dog during our initial 40 minute phone call when I booked this appointment. After being told by her to go stand outside and someone will be right out, no one came out and she called my phone again to ask more questions. My dogs appointment involved getting his shots and a pedicure. His nails were done poorly and I have pictures of immediately after how bad they were splintered, peeling, and cracking. Not worth the $30 for a brutal nail trim. I have never seen a vet do a dogs nails so poorly. I do not trust these people, they are very disorganized and I'm shocked at the ammount of good reviews they have.

They had no room to see him either, but I just have to give a shout out to the receptionist for her professional and friendly manner. She recommended that I call the Animal Clinic of Regina because "...they are fabulous over there and they have a walk-in clinic today." Great advice - she was absolutely correct. I am grateful for her pleasant, helpful attitude.

I came to this vet because it has a very high rating and lots of reviews which was a good sign, I read all the reviews and they all seemed very positive and what I was looking for. I have to say that after being to other vets for other animals (cats) I was truly amazed with the level of care all staff at this facility have. They offered unrushed informed service. They were so good to my dog I was afraid he'd like me less now lol! The vet herself was so knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in detail which I truly appreciate since I had so many and I felt like I took so much time, but she did not seem to mind at all. All the other workers in the front end etc, were amazing and kind as well, even running out a form to me at the car! Was also great to hear such an informed opinion on diet and nutrition for my dog, considering all the very different opinions/options out there for dog food now haha! Will see you in 3 weeks for more shots!

Just took our puppy for his second round of shots (first with us). The people are very friendly and the vet was very knowledgeable and gave us alot of good information. Have good hours of operation as well as they are open late some week days. Will be our permanent vet from now on.

For more than thirty years, our dogs have received their veterinary care from the North Albert Veterinary Clinic. We have been pleased with the staff, guidance and service provided; however, recent events warrant specific accolades. In early December, Dr. Tracy Fisher performed surgery to remove fifteen bladder stones from our small dog. The surgery was without complications, the incisions small and all stiches internal. However, over the following weekend, the incisions became infected. Dr. Fisher was perceptibly concerned and distressed. On a daily basis for more than a week (including her day off), Dr. Fisher cleaned and flushed the wound until the condition was alleviated. When we inquired as to our billing, she advised us there would be ‘no charge’. Pointing out the numerous visits to the newly renovated spacious office, the three additional medications, the surgical gown (protects the wound from licking and scratching) and the ultrasound, had no influence on her opinion. Throughout this challenge, the veterinarians, technicians, receptionists (Racheal), were caring, courteous, understanding, sympathetic and accommodating. Care instructions were provided verbally and in written form. Dr. Fisher often updated us and returned our calls. We trust Dr. Fisher and a guest will enjoy our gift of a pleasurable evening at a local restaurant. Our sincere thank-you; Dr. Fisher and staff. We highly recommend your clinic.

My experience with this clinic is always absolutely superb! I had spoken to dr Baker over the phone when I was first concerned and she strongly recommended that I bring my dog, Shelby in. When I arrived, Dr. Liebe goes above and beyond with all questions and care she can offer. When my dog ingested two 200mg Advil, she answered my scenario questions, quoted me costs and made the best medical suggestions she could based on my budget. She was great with my fur baby, Shelby and helped me feel a sense of relief! I'm happy to report that Shelby is doing absolutely fantastic and I have all of you at the clinic to thank!!!!

We had to take our dog for stitches they took her in right away. They treated her very gentle. That was the first time we took her there. Would recommend anyone to take their furbaby to them. Then when we left they gave us a sample bag of all their food and treats. I thought that went the extra mile. Awesome job!

The first visit I had, I was impressed and thought that I might switch to this clinic. I decided to purchase my dogs glucosamine chew from there. They were almost $40 more than my usual clinic but I decided to get them anyway. When I ask that the vet fill out my insurance form, she said she wouldn’t because she did not diagnose the arthritis. If that is the case then they should not have been able to sell the supplement to me either. The comment was made that insurance probably wouldn’t cover it anyway. That is for my insurance to decide, and my insurance DOES cover this. I would have returned them but I had already opened them before I found out the insurance form would not be signed. Not impressed.
