Sur place ils m'ont vendus le vermifuge et le vaccin mais lorsque j'ai demandé de transfert du dossier du chaton dans la clinique vétérinaire proche de chez moi ils se sont ostiné pour ne pas le faire me disant ''bin t'a le carnet, tu peux pas juste montrer ça?''. Je souhaitais surtout que les détails des traitements et posologie soient également transférés. Ils ont fini par me dire qu'il faxerait le dossier. J'ai reçu ensuite l'appel du vétérinaire près de chez nous qui m'a affirmé que ce vétérinaire avait refusé de lui fournir les informations quant au dossier du chat puisqu'il appartenait à l'animalerie au moment de son vermifuge et vaccin, ce qui est faux puisque le dossier était à mon nom et j'avais payé ces traitements de ma poche. De plus, le technicienne au téléphone m'avait confirmé qu'elle le ferait, elle a donc choisi que c'était plus facile de ne rien envoyer (peut-être ne sait-elle pas comment utiliser un fax?) Cette équipe est paresseuse et ce fou complètement du client! Allez ailleurs!

Il on refusé de me fournir un autre produit disant que c'etais le seule disponible (probablement le plus cher...). j'ai donc décide d'aller consulter ailleurs et il on diagnostiqué une otite a levure TRÈS SÉVÈRE, il ma fait regardez dans c'est oreille et c'etais horrible l'infection qu"il y avais a l’intérieur. PLUS JAMAIS JE N'IRAI A CETTE CLINIQUE ET JE LA DÉCONSEILLE .

We recognize that the clinic is doing its best to prevent another event from happening again. ____________________________ My cat Léo was misdiagnosed with serious illness which required expensive additional examinations ... when in fact it was a matter of fractures on both hind legs (The reason for which we consulted is that he fell and had difficulty moving). Several damages were caused to Léo. Leo's quality of life was affected: he could not be taken care of quickly so that surgery could be performed quickly, with rapid rehabilitation. He was left without analgesia except for a prescription for a few days of anti-inflammatory drugs. We saw another vet two months later for a second opinion and quickly they noticed his fractures. My partner and I suffered significant psychological harm and we developed mistrust of vets. The important thing is that our cat was subsequently taken care of at Global Vet / Daubigny and Léo is still alive and well. (Original) Mise à jour : Presque 2 ans après la consultation, Mme Isabelle Turcotte de la clinique Duplessis nous a contacté pour prendre des nouvelles de Léo et pour discuter de l’évènement qui s’est produit. Le geste fut apprécié. Bien que l’évènement soit passé, ce fut un moment difficile pour nous et nous avons tourné la plage. Nous reconnaissons que la clinique fait son possible pour éviter qu’un autre évènement ne se reproduise. ____________________________ Un diagnostic erroné de maladie grave a été porté à mon chat Léo qui a nécessité des examens complémentaires onéreux.... alors qu’en fait il s’agissait de fractures aux deux pattes arrières (Le motif pour lequel nous avons consulté est qu’il est tombé et qu’il avait de la difficulté à se déplacer). Plusieurs préjudices ont été causés à Léo. La qualité de vie de Léo a été affectée : il n’a pas pu être pris en charge rapidement afin qu’une chirurgie soit effectuée dans de brefs délais, avec une réhabilitation rapide. Il a été laissé sans analgésie, sauf une prescription de quelques jours d’anti-inflammatoires. Nous avons consulté un autre vétérinaire deux mois plus tard pour un deuxième avis et rapidement ils ont constaté ses fractures. Mon conjoint et moi avons subi un préjudice psychologique important et nous avons développé une méfiance envers les vétérinaires. L’important est que notre chat a été par la suite pris en charge chez Global Vet/Daubigny et Léo est toujours en vie et en santé.
