ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dog is possibly dying! I literally just called them in tears. It doesn't matter to them. They won't let me bring him in. IT"S AN EMERGENCY. Just got the "unfortunately, sorry". THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS WHEN THEY CAN DO THIS!! It's heartless and cruel. For pet owners and pets!! Three years ago, when my cat was severely ill, they wouldn't treat her because I didn't have cash up front. NO allowance for me to get the funds, which I could have. I had to take my cat back home and watch her get worse!!!!! But they let me bring her back, without cash up front, only days later to put her to sleep!!!!!! NO EXCUSE, none whatsoever, for something like this.

Hart Vet has been my clinic since it was opened on the Hart. Dr Fuller is one of the best vets I've had. Unfortunately today I need to express my disappointment in the clinic and the vets there. My best friend's dog was in dire need of emergency visit and I told her to call Hart Vet. When she called she was out and out refused as she was not a regular patient. Unbloody Real Hart Vet, her dog could have died. Thankfully she was able to get an immediate appointment elsewhere. He dog will survive no thanks to you.

The follow up here is remarkable. Started a dog on new meds and they called me several times over a period of 2 months to make sure things were going well and continuing to improve. This week I had to put down my old farm kitty. They did an amazing job of making a very hard thing a bit easier. Amazing compassionate staff!

This was my first experience with a vet ever so I don't have much to compare to. My experience was awesome. Dr. Fuller is incredibly kind and sincere, and did everything she could for my cat's swollen paw. Reception is fantastic too, I got the feeling that everyone there cared for their clients (both human and otherwise) with a perfect blend of passion and sympathy. Being my first experience, I was expecting to have to book a second appointment and pay a second fee when a puncture was detected on my cat's paw several days following my original visit. To my surprise, a simple e-mail was sufficient for Dr. Fuller to prescribe the antibiotics necessary to treat infection, with no additional visitation fee. I am not sure if this is standard practice, but it was great. Will definitely return with future issues.

I brought my dog there in perfect health for a standard procedure and she barley made it out alive. They stopped her heart and she was given ridiculous amounts of blood pressure/ heart rate pills, that in turn burst every blood vessel in both her eyes. They also neglected to tell me anything went wrong, I found out by my dog's eyes literally bleeding. The absolute worst experience everrrrrr. Negligent and unsafe. I continue to hear horror story after horror story and all I can do is thank my lucky stars my baby is even still here with me.

I am disappointed in this vet. My dog was in need of emergency care. I called them as I didn't have a vet in town and they turned me away. This is a first time a vet has ever turned an sick animal away that I know of. Fortunately I found a vet who told us to bring her in immediately no questions asked

Went to purchase de-flea and deworming product for our three cats, as preventative measures, and they would not sell it to us since we have not had our cats there in the past year....and it has been 13 months since last there! Up until now they have been great but this is a major money grab for no reason in my eyes. I would prefer to support my local vet but they obviously don’t support the local customers...

Worst Summer ever. Lost my elderly Shepard to a twisted tummy and then my weiner dog to a vicious dog attack. What made everything bareable was the incredibly kind and empathetic Dr. and her staff! The first instance was after hours. I called the number on the door. The Dr. showed up quickly. The diagnosis and pain relief medicines were quickly administered and I was given my options including costs. The second instance was a few minutes before closing. My weiner dog was mortally wounded. Again the pain relief was administered quickly to ease all of our stress levels and our options were given clearly. The next day I returned to the clinic where they had made a lovely memorial keepsake of my dog's paw print. Thank you so much Hart Family Vet Clinic for knowing how much we cherish our animal friends.

We drove from Mackenzie with a sick pup to the vet first they wanted to charge the owner $550.00 after saying $355.00. All the owner had with her was the first quote $355.00 in much discussion they say $355.00 was ok, they did the parvo test and it came back positive. First they quoted $1000.00 then 5 minutes later $2000.00 and money up front. Also the vet told the owner to put the pup down. The owner refused and I asked for a prescription of antibiotics that she wrote after asking for it for 5 minutes. We brought the pup home with realizing the pup will die cause that's what the vet said. That was 2 days ago and we are happy to report the pup is up running around and happy

I have never posted or written a review in my life, but I was thoroughly disappointed in my experience here. I paid for an emergency visit for after hour care for my dog, and they let me down not once but twice for follow up care. They promised to follow up first thing the next morning...and didnt. Finally received a phone call later in the afternoon, where they more or less brushed off my concerns for my dogs abnormal behavior. The following morning I called and left a message still concerned about my dog, and still a day later there has been no contact. I had to pay for another emergency visit fee elsewhere to have my dog properly taken care of, and he had to suffer for no reason. I definitely will never trust them to take care of my pets!

In 2014 we had to have our beloved Missycat euthanized. She was 18 yrs old. Dr. Sammi was amazing. In 2015 almost exactly a year later we had to euthanize our little man Toby. Toby our pomeranium ( german spitz) was almost 14 years. Although Sammi wasn't there, she called us immediately after her return to offer her condolences.
