What a wonderful experience! Dr Green is gentle, compassionate, very knowledgable, and made both us and our mare so comfortable. She was very patient and sweet with us as was her helper Hannah and they did a great job of walking us through every step. I recommend getting a spot with her if you can!

Very disappointed in this vet clinic. Changed vets because we had heard what a good vet Dr Green is and she also made house calls and we have a dog that weighs over 100lbs and has severe anxiety issues. Apparently that has changed and she doesn't make house calls for small animals anymore for treatments, only for euthanization. Also I am unable to talk to her as she is to busy. Never have I had a vet before that is to busy to talk to their clients!

Today’s experience with this vet had left me mortified. In 2015 the owner did multiple procedures for us. On multiple occasions we have tried to book appointments to by turned away (unless we could trailer our horses) which at the time was not an option, alternatively we were told it was weeks that we would be waiting- which we realize is normal however at the time I really was surprised by the lack of compassion. In turn we have managed many issues on our own. Today we had a catastrophic emergency - this vet who evidently offers an emergency service - refused to attend as we were not (recent) enough clients. When I asked her what my options were if nobody would come she reassured me that my reality would be euthanizing my horse in my driveway. I was utterly disturbed by the complete lack of concern about the situation despite having a history with this vet. Just in case you were wondering your suggested result was exactly what occurred and our horse died in the driveway and our daughter was distraught. Thankfully an alternative vet who was very professional did attend and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. I couldn’t imagine a nurse, doctors or paramedic turning away someone in a life or death situation- this vet did it with zero qualms. Since I am actually not a client of yours- perhaps you could take me off your mailing list. Most recently I received an email from you on 2022-01-14 referring to me as your client. In response to your reply: to suggest your vet was abused in any way is disappointing on top of an already awful interaction. To be clear there was no foul language, there was no aggression there was simply a point made - it was pointed out to your vet that compassion for animals did not seem like the priority for your organization- especially when payment was brought up multiple times-by your answering service before even being willing to do a call out- I’m sorry if having that brought to her attention was difficult however - your organization lack of compassion was equally impactful - It took 30 mins to receive a call back after agreeing to pay your $300 dollar fee which is almost double the after hours call out fee of alternative vets. That 30 mins was a catastrophic amount of time in an emergent situation. It saddens me further that you took this approach in your reply, really it furthers my point about the lacking compassion. If someone is calling that emergency line there is a very good chance they are having one of the toughest days of there life.
