(Original) Il y a un an (juillet 2020), je vais à la clinique pour nettoyage des oreilles de mon sphynx un petit bébé de qques mois, il nous dit que ces vaccins sont maintenant au système et notre service de courtoisie nous rappelleras pour le suivi de 1 ans (mai/juin 2020), après cette année passée, tjrs pas d'appel du service de courtoisie que l'on m'a offert, j'arrête voir s'il y a une place ou un oubli de leur part, en parlant et discutant avec eux ils me disent votre chat est venu pour lavage d'oreille seulement et rien d'autre à son dossier, il non n'y entré les vaccins n'y informations pour communiquer avec nous... ah ok je comprends c'est un oubli puis-je avoir un rendez-vous, l'autre qui dit a ça collègue!!! 《 -Audrey t'es meilleur que moi pour prendre des rendez-vous... et l'autre qui lui répond... 《-euh non pas vraiment》sérieux je voulais juste un rendez-vous et non d'assister à une querelle d'employé qui ne veut que faire les choses intéressantes dans un poste de travail... laissez faire je vais me trouver un autre vétérinaire... je ne conseille à personne cette endroit, croyez-vous vraiment que votre animal est en sécurité, si son dossier n'est pas complété adéquatement, que les employés, ne font que se qu'il leur intéresse, pour ma part non, on doit prendre soin d'un animal du début à la fin en passant par rassurer et sécurisé les maîtres...

She only deals with very, very little in a year and she made us feel very unwanted. Like a quick and easy cash flow. Moreover, this "consultation" does nothing other than worsen the condition of our little Gus who is already visibly in bad shape. This opinion comes from great hamster lovers who have lived with them a lot, a lot of knowledge about their behavior and who have always treated these animals like any domestic animal dear to them. We are normally very good "patients" of the Ormière veterinary clinic and highly recommend this establishment. Don't make the mistake! (Original) Pire expérience de vétérinaire jamais vécue. Cette clinique NE TRAITE PAS les animaux exotiques (hamster dans notre cas) mais prétend tout de même le faire en acceptant ses petites bêtes. Dr.Chen, très brusque et visiblement sans aucune finesse avec l’animal, ne se soucie pas non plus de ses maîtres et n’offre aucune solution autre que: « il va de toute façon mourir sous peu ». Elle n’en traite que très très peu dans une année et elle nous a fais sentir très indésirable. Comme une entrée d’argent rapide et facile. De plus, cette « consultation » n’à rien fait d’autre que d’empirer la condition de notre petit Gus déjà visiblement mal en point. Cet avis viens de grands amoureux des hamsters qui ont beaucoup de vécu avec eux, beaucoup de connaissances sur leur comportement et qui ont toujours traité ces animaux comme n'importe quel animal domestique cher à leurs yeux. Nous sommes normalement de très bon « patients » de la clinique vétérinaire de l’Ormière et recommandons très fortement cet établissement. Ne faites pas l’erreur!
