I have been a client of this office for over 10 years now. Dr. Talcott was incredible with my last dog before she passed away and even sent a card when she passed. It seems Dr. Talcott is no longer there though and our new dog has seen both Dr. Lo and Dr. Scott. My issue is with Dr. Scott and the lack of professionalism from the team in general. Dr. Scott is rude, cold, condescending, and just generally does not seem to care about our concerns or our pet’s wellbeing. He speaks to both my husband and I like we’re idiots. As for the team, this last visit, my husband was asked to give over his form of payment when the staff member took our dog in for his exam, which is fine. The issue is that the card was charged without any call to let him know what we were being charged for or what the total was. Very unprofessional.

Great Vetranaian Services. I love Dr Talcott because she is so calm and soft spoken. Not only does she put me at ease, but I think with her demeanor, she puts the animals at ease. Yolinda Animal Hospital has been my only veterinary service and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have always gotten an appointment right away and feel my kitties are getting the best possible care available. They always let me know what to expect as far as charges for service goes so there are no surprises later. This is a very professional, caring group of veterinary providers and I highly recommend their services. My 8 month old kitty was recently spayed and I was VERY pleased that I was given pain medication for her which would last for the next 5 days. A lot of vets wouldn't do that. I'm very impressed and pleased!

Our dog needed to be neutered and we took him here on the recommendation of a coworker. Was not disappointed and very happy with the result. They have followed up with phone calls to make sure our dog is recovering as well. Will be using them again in the future for our dog's needs.

I have been taking my sweet Sunny D here for at least 6 years and cannot imgaine taking her anywhere else. The doctors and staff are so professional and compassionate and truly realize your pets are members of your family. Sunny always receives the best of care whether for a routine office visit or surgical procedure and I love how they follow up to make sure Sunny is doing ok. So kind and compassionate.They really care about our furry friends. Also, their costs are so very reasonable and they are very clear about estimates before procedures are to be done do everything is always straight forward. Dr Lo and Dr Talcott have been and continue to be the best doctors ever !! And also the office staff, especially Christine, are all so super professional and very easy to work with. I give Yolinda a total thumbs up and Sunny says "WOOF". I continue to refer them to everyone !!

Dr. Talcott is so kind and caring on top of being super professional and an awesome veterinarian. The compassion the office showed when we had to put our older dog down last year was unmatched. My dog is absolutely not a fan of being at the vet, but Dr. Talcott and all staff have worked to make her more comfortable and take care of all her needs. Overall, great staff and vets! I couldn’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else.

I have taken my french bulldog puppy to Yolinda Animal Hospital since he came home with us and the doctors and staff there have been nothing but kind and professional. It is incredibly difficult for Vets these days with COVID and so many more people getting pets, I really comend the doctors and staff at Yolinda as they are pushing through all of these challenges and still providing excellent care.

Dr Olsen has taken care of our kitty Izzy and solved our problems with an easy change of diet and over the counter products!! She has also now taken care of my parents dog as well. They took their dog to her for a second opinion and she immediately did the testing to get to the bottom of the complaint! And they only did the necessary testing... nothing extra! And Richard has made staying in contact super easy!! He always sends emails to check on the pets and to make sure everything is good. And when I have a question he emails me back within minutes!! I love them!! Thank u Dr.Olsen .. Richard. .and staff!!

Our cat Starvin Marvin has decided on multiple occasions to pick fights with other cats in the neighborhood resulting in some fight wounds. They've managed to squeeze us in despite shirt notice. The doctors here are all really great and explain their thought process before recommending treatments and i feel they don't order unnecessary testing. The staff is always friendly and smiling. They just remodeled too so the clinic feels brand new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in OC.

I forgot to get my dog his rabies shot due to all this Covid stuff. They got me in within a day and my dogies are good again. I love the doctors who are so knowledgeable and they point out issues I’m not even looking for. They aren’t pushy like some places I have been. I recommend them every chance I get.

We have been going to Yolinda Animal Hospital for all of our dogs routine needs for the last 4 years, even for the last 2 after we moved to South Orange County. The staff is great and always very informative, I know our fur baby is in great hands. And the Veterinarian's are the absolute best!! They provide all the options for our dog so that we can make the best decision for him, and never do they put any pressure on us. We are lifers!

When I adopted my black lab Bruce as a puppy a pinch over a year ago, I had to go through all the hurdles of getting him vaccinated and check ups to make sure he was healthy. When I took him to Yolinda Animal Hospital, I have never felt so welcomed and stress free about anything in my life. Im a 20 year old college student who took on the task of raising and adopting a dog, which can be both labor and cash intensive. The people who work at the Yolinda Animal Hospital have been with me every step of the way making sure that I have the best support for my dog Bruce. They are affordable, reliable, and caring group of people. In my opinion there is no better group of people taht are qualified to treat your animals then the great people at the Yolinda Animal Hospital!

We took our chihuahua and kitten here today and waited over an hour just to bring them in, and another hour as they were being checked out and vaccinated (2 hours total). They did keep us updated on their treatments which was nice, but we would have been a lot happier if their service was much faster.

We are very happy with the service we received at Yolinda Animal Hospital. I brought my dog, Ranger, to see the Vets at Yolinda Animal Hospital. After my visit I wrote an email to the Vets: Thanks for showing Ranger such love and care. He is happy and healthy. No more flees. Tony had Ranger looking and smelling good after his bath. I have own dogs for more than 30 years and see many general veterinarians, oncologist, internist, surgeon, dermatologist, cardiologist and surgical oncologist. Dr. Emily Talcott is one of the best general veterinarians. She impressed me the most not because of her skills and professionalism but also her caring and compassion. She is very kind and comforting. She is not only healing her patients but also their parents. She cares for my boys and girls just like her own. She makes the world better place.

My boxer Tito had a seizure at home and was in need of assistance quick. I drove into Yolinda Animal Hospital for the first time. The staff acted so quick I couldn't believe it. they had Tito inside giving him treatment immediately. It was so good to see a vet that cares so much about the animal in trouble. The Vets were so knowledgeable and had such compassion for Tito.....I was more than pleased. After a few hours Tito was ready to go home and rest after treatment. I have been looking for a new animal hospital and I have found one and so glad I did. Not only are they so compassionate Yolinda is very affordable. I have been trough my share of vets and I could say with out a doubt ......Yolinda is the best! And one of Tito's favorite. Stellar work....and thank you so much.

Even under these strange circumstances (Covid), I have been happy with Yolinda Animal Hospital. My kitten has been looked after, medication prescribed and email responses timely. I look forward to meeting everyone when we can again share space.

I was really disappointed in my visit to see the vet. My cat hurt his leg two weeks ago and has been limping on it ever since. Had him to an emergency vet when it first happened and he was put on antibiotics. The swelling went away but the limp stayed. I was finally able to get him in the see the vet today (it took almost a week). Due to COVID we can’t go in with the animal (which is good to prevent COVID but in this case bad because the vet acted like I was crazy). He told me my cat had no limp at all and was 100% ok. I brought my cat home and let him out of travel kennel and he was absolutely, 100% limping and not putting weight on the leg. I have no idea if the vet even looked at my cat or not. I am very disappointed and feel really bad for my cat.

I...and dozens of my animals...have gone to Yolinda Animal Hospital since the late 70's. I was amazed by the combination of training, experience and instinct I saw time after time by Dr. Gene Hofacre, DVM...the long time owner of the clinic. And I see it now in Dr. Lo. Just amazing because he's such a young man. They care and they know what they're doing. I'm sure you care about your animals as much as I care about mine. I wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. Thank you, Yolinda Animal Hospital, to give my animal friends a better life.

I brought in both my kitties kitties and they came out to meet me and explained everything that they needed to do I was unable to go in with my kitties due to the covid but that was OK they seemed very caring In regards to what I needed done for both my kitties I called the doctor multiple times and he was great with all my questions I would highly recommend recommend Yolanda for your pets veterinarian needs and the price wasn't bad either

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and calm. Our Miss Basil Great Dane Doggo was a little skeptical the first trip here, but who isn’t with a new place. Her second time for her was a breeze. Price list is very reasonable to me as well. She had her puppy shots done, they were fast and painless(it seemed). The girls are also friendly and genuinely seem to love animals.

I have been taking my dog to this group through 3 different ownerships. The current ownership, staff and vets are wonderful. My sweet lab is turning 14 next week and with an older dog we make a lot of vet visits. They are patient, kind, responsive, and understanding. When I have concerns on cost we talk about it and work through the best option for my dog. They have helped my dog maintain a healthy happy life.

I am from out of town and came here due to my cat's increased itching. The second consult examination special caught my eye because this was an unresolved issue due to timing of travel. The receptionist laid out their procedure for the "second examination deal" very clearly, with expectations, possible costs, and told me which Dr. would be seeing my cat. They were able to book me an appointment about a week and half after my initial call. I did have to call my current vet and have them send over records, etc, but it was a pretty easy process. When it came to the day of the appointment, I was greeted at my car (covid times) to intake my cat, Orca, and was then contacted by Dr. Lo who discussed treatment with me. All in all, a very positive experience. Dr. Lo provided Orca with the most effective and conservative treatment and answered all of my questions. I was very reassured. Here's hoping my cat feels better and I can revisit Dr. Lo at Yolinda Animal Hospital if there's ever a need, and I'm in town!

As a first time pet owner, I had a lot of questions about caring for my puppies. The entire staff at Yolinda Animal Hospital was so kind and helpful. From the staff member who took my phone call before my office visit to the vet who patiently answered a million questions I had, I had such a positive experience with Yolinda Animal Hospital. I felt heard and cared for which made me feel that my puppies got the best care possible. Even amidst covid, they had a great system for transitioning my pets to their care which made me have full faith in the staffs' competency, service, and carefulness.

My experience at Yolinda Animal Hospital was great. I just adopted a new kitty and they were more than welcoming checking out my little kitty and answering all my questions I had. They weren't the closest vet I could get, but I checked Yelp and they were the best in the area. And I agree, they were amazing once I got there and offered a wonderful service. I feel very safe there and don't feel abused with prices, like I have previously with my other cat. They also followed up immediately to check on my cat and I definitely felt like I was putting my cat in good hands. Absolutely would recommend.

We always know our dogs are in great hands, no matter what the concern. Their support staff is prompt with medication refills and even make appointments and refill prescriptions via text. My mini poodle is almost two years old. My daughter has been taking him for walks on Saturdays. Some how he came into contact with fleas. Soon as I spotted them I got treatment. Wow one pill, lasts 12 weeks. After the first day the fleas were gone. The infestation was just starting, but found it hard to believe one and gone.

Wow, where do I even start? This team at Yolinda Hospital makes you feel like family. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to help you out which is really rare to find now a days. It’s so hard finding someone to trust with your fur babies but you will be in good hands here. Emily took real good care of our boxer and went the extra mile for our baby. They have very reasonable prices and tell you everything up front and do not force anything on you that you do not feel comfortable with. I recommend any one with a fur baby to bring them here. I love the friendly staff and the office looks amazing since being remodeled. Dr. Talcott is one of the most compassionate vets along with Dr. Lo. They try to work with you on pricing although it still a bit pricey. I drive quite a ways to see them but do trust and value their opinion in treatment for my dogs. I like that they will always call you the day after your visit to check up on your pet. I have, and will continue to recommend them.

I have always had an incredible experience here. The Vets/staff are great and so friendly. My Blue Heeler, Jillaroo feels very comfortable here. She is having her teeth cleaned next week. Although Yolinda Animal Hospital is not our neighborhood Vet, i have found Yolinda Animal Hospital to be great when we use their services. We have brought our other dogs for surgeries and dental cleaning here. Prices are good too. If you are looking for a wonderful place for your dog or cat, come on down you won’t regret it. The facility has been remodeled. Looks really nice. Great job in all areas.
