I was referred here after a previous vet refused to provide care for my dog. Never had a problem here. They are able to accommodate his needs wonderfully. He is anxious and requires some special attention (treats for distraction) which they are more than happy to provide. Very happy we switched vets.

Great place if you are already a client, If not they are very rude. I have been helping a friend by driving her animals there so I figured I would give them a call to see about fixing my dogs. The lady I spoke to indicated they aren't taking new clients and to call another vet as she was hanging up on me.

Dr. Rourk is hands down the most amazing vet I've had the pleasure of entrusting with my beloved pets. Her open mindedness and ability to work with you is incredible and not something you encounter enough of in this industry. You will never be pushed out of your comfort zone and she is very open to discussions (for those like me with a background in animal care and an avid google researcher) which is important to me. I'd add another five stars just for the level of love and care she has for the animals who are so lucky to have her as their vet.

Very disappointed, almost a year of dead end and expensive unresolved talking. I was constantly charged for exams which no one touch my animal. My animal never appeared to like going to this place and would get instantly upset. After advocating several times for help and I did everything from strict changes with no improvements. I had enough of being bullied into paying out. I made the best decision to switch vets and within a week my animal did a 360! But it broke my heart that after trying to build a rapport with Otanabee staff it was at the expense of my animal, left with pain and suffering from lack of sympathy and judgemental approach and no solutions.
