We were touched by the quality of care, compassionate approach and the systematic manner he was checked by the Vet. We received honest and convincing responses to our questions. Great staff friendly and all but not impressed with paying what we paid basically for the vet to just tell me my dog was alive and pregnant. I could've done that on my own for free. She gave no info to help us in anyway and she didnt do much to calm my dogs nerves during the 2 second stethoscope listen of her belly. This is our first litter and I was hoping she would take temperature or have an idea of number of puppies but nothing and no one was honest with me about how pointless the visit would be and how unnecessary it was. It just would've been kind if they were honest and reasonable. Also they do NOT have emergency hours making the closest place of contact Ottawa unfortunately.

This is the best vet hands down. I have been using this vet for years and even now they continue to impress me. This afternoon my elderly beagle mix was having urinary problems and not looking well. This was at 4 the vet closes at 5 on this day and I live 25 minutes away. They took Patches my dog and went through everything to find out the problem. This appointment lasted longer then closing and the veterinarian and vet techs stayed past working hours to help my dog. They have always gone out of there way to help me any time. I'm so grateful to everyone at Blueberry Creek Veterinarian they have been a blessing to my dog life and also mine. I recommend this vet to everyone and anyone who wants that family care and love, you will find it at Blueberry Creek Veterinarian ????????????????????????

I was in a bind when my current vet couldn't make the time to put down my dog who was suffering in a tremendous amount of pain. Blueberry creek got us in that day to do what needed to be done. My little min pin had a small tear on her right torso. They told me she will need stitches, Anesthetic shot, possibly through mask along with antibiotics and even though would only take 10 to 15 mins, I was being charged a full day. $600 to $1100. I told them I would go somewhere else. They still charged me $85 just for taking 3 minutes to look at the wound. The emergency vet said the wound was healing on it's own. Keep it open to drain. No antibiotics needed as there was no sign of infection. Rince twice a day. My dog is completely healed after 5 days!

It was the darkest of days where we had to put down our wonderful dog/member of the family of 14 years yesterday. Our regular vet is closed Mondays and we were referred to Blueberry Creek. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. From the admin staff (Molly and crew) to the vet tech (sorry forgot your name) and Vet (Greg) were nothing short of amazing. Professional and empathetic for such a sad time. Thank you so much!! Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Blueberry Creek Veterinary Hospital, I recently was there with my cat. She was there for her vaccinations and to be spayed, their kindness, professionalism made the visits very easy. A very warm welcoming atmosphere was felt and ALL the staff was extremely helpful. They kept well informed the day of her surgery and followed up the next day. I was very pleased with their prices too as I had done quite a bit of pricing checking. Thanks again for everything.

I have a situation with a particular and uncommon breed of dog. The dog is in a lot of distress and when I called them they said they would not take on any new clients. Even though I explained they were the only one in my area who could potentially help my dog. They seemed to not care and recommended I call another vet in Ottawa over an hour away from where I live. I expected more from someone in this field and a little more compassion given the circumstances. Didn’t seem to be about the love of animals and I got a very cold neglectful vibe.

Great vets and techs!! Kind, caring, and compassionate....don't overcharge or push treatments and tests that aren't necessary. They also don't push any of the diet products they carry. Beautiful brand new facility....clean and lots of space. I drive an hour to bring my pets there. Totally worth the drive!
