New to the area, I happened upon Cottage Country Animal Hospital, and I could not be happier. Staff and the Doctors in the clinic have gone put of their way to provide the very best of care to my dogs, one who as a recent rescue, is struggling to resolve a multitude of health concerns related to long term neglect prior to rescue. I will be returning here no doubt many, many times to come with my 4 dogs who always need something! It was a great comfort to move to a new area and so quickly find care for my pets that I have complete trust in, and a support staff so friendly and welcoming that you just feel at home! Thank you Cottage Country!

While vacationing up near Parry Sound we needed to enlist the services of Cottage Country Animal Clinic for our 12 year old pug. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism that Natalie and her team provided. Our dog was promptly diagnosed and treated and is feeling so much better, even after one day! I would highly recommend the services of this clinic. Your fur baby will be in good hands!

Truly amazing staff with an unlimited amount of compassion in their hearts, not just for the animals we love, but for the people that love the animals as well. Sometimes, we cannot change the outcome no matter what we do, or how much we pray. Sometimes what is meant to be, will be so. Their understanding of such situations left me speechless and I am lucky to have been in their facility and company when my best friend of 16 yrs passed away. They were kind and patient with my devastated state and allowed me all the time I needed to gather myself so I could deal with such an unforeseeable outcome. They allowed me time to cry and say my goodbyes untill I was finally able to say my goodbyes to my dear friend Mia. They even gave me contact info to seek support if I was unable to cope on my own. Who ever is reading this, you and your furry friend will be in excellent hands.

Our first experience at Cottage Country Animal Clinic was absolutely fantastic! Dr. Chris and his team were able to get our dog Mya in within one hour of our phone call after Mya was attacked by another dog. The compassion and care for Mya was truly appreciated and the process for us as new clients was very straight forward. I'm new to this vet .so not alot of experience with them. I've gone 2 times so far and I'm very impressed. Each time I called the receptionist was fast to pick up and very pleasant and knowledgeable. Come here for the best of care - this clinic exudes care from clerical staff to the techs and vet. Was visiting a cottage for the weekend when my beloved 11 yr old shetland sheepdog Moka needed care. Without any appointment, she was welcomed in to a very busy Cottage Country Animal Clinic and received wonderful thorough care. Dr. Campbell took her time examining Moka, including her past medical history from her Toronto vet, and was able to give her the treatment she badly needed (after incorrect treatment by her own vet, which landed us in this circumstance in the first place). Relief is an understatement to have a resolution and see your dog no longer in pain - I have my baby back. Very impressed! I hope to find a vet like this in Toronto. Thank you Dr. Campbell and team! Before + After photos ... Running nose and face so swollen she no longer wanted to hold up her own head. Moka wearing a hat, back in business happy and playful.

They really go above and beyond to give my pets the best possible care. My cats have seen numerous vets over the years and visiting Cottage Country vets was the first time they were calm about a doctor. Extremely nice and caring staff. I highly recommend them.

I brought my first pup here some 12 years ago after leaving the waiting room of another vet up the road, as soon as I walked in Natalie got on her hands and knees and gave my dog a big ol snuggle and smooch, I knew immediately that this was my kind of place, since then Natalie and Jen have been nothing short of amazing for my animals, including an emergency surgery that had Natalie working hard, calling around trying everything she could to accommodate my dogs needs. He wouldn't be here anymore if it wasn't for these girls, I have no regrets and couldn't imagine them not being apart of my pet family

The vet (Natalie) is kind and good at providing care. We did have some billing issues and difficulties with a clerk in regards to same. In the end, I ended up speaking directly with Dr. N. Eves who listened to my concerns and reviewed the details involved, which resulted in us resolving the issues and making a plan to streamline the care our dog receives with the clinic in future. As a results of Dr. Eves business style, as well as the care she shows our dog, we'll stay with the clinic and see how the plan works out:-)

Originally I gave this clinic 5 stars after I brought my puppies in for fast and affordable first vaccines. Unfortunately I returned.and wished I hadn't. This time I got hit with a $1000 bill for two pups and 2 bigger dogs. Also.included in this over the top price, was bad service, zero communication and a vet who added charges on to her charges. I felt thoroughly taken advantage of and I WILL NOT be returning. If you do go, be VERY careful about what they try to push on you.

I have a dog that is mixed, small breeds ( her Mother was a Chichuhua, & Poodle mix, her Father was purebreed Chinesed Crested.)my little dog took a little of all three , but more of the Chinese'd Crested. This breed has alot of skin issue's, and Her name is Baby, and Cottage Country Animal Hospital. They have taken great care of her , and Baby loves the Staff. They have taken care of her since she was 8 week's old. Thank you!! for taking such great care of My little dog Baby... I do not know what I would do if anything really bad will happen to her. Keep up the great work.

I truly love everything about Cottage County. They have been my vet since Dr. Eve opened her office. They are always patient, kind and compassionate. The front line receptionists are always friendly and helpful, the vet techs are very knowledgeable and clearly happy in their job. Dr. Eves and Dr. Garner are both amazing and patient always happy to help and answer even the slightest concern. I have full confidence in all of the staff at this clinic and would highly recommend especially if you want the best for your fur babies. Thank you all for all you do.

Can't say enough about this place. Our dog had an injury while up at a cottage and they saw him right away. They even did the surgery the following morning! So caring and supportive of both us and our dog. We weren't charged a fortune either. Very fair price - much better than we would have had in Toronto. Thank you so much to Dr. Gardner and her support staff. We really appreciated it!

Natalie came to my parents house to Euthanize my best friend, Tucker. I couldn't bring him into a clinic to end his life, it just didn't feel right. She, and a staff member came to the house to do it. It was sad, but also a powerful, beautiful experience that I wouldn't have done any other way.
