Dr. Spina is wonderful. The vet has called me at home to go over test results more than once. She always answers my questions without rushing me and will recommend procedures, food, or medicine, but is never pushy. The techs and the vet I see are caring and patient with my pets and I know they sincerely want the best for them.

I can't say enough good things about the Vets, the Vet Techs and the staff here. I was a client for 16 years and if I were to get another pet I would return with no hesitation. Recently I had to put our Best Friend to sleep and he and I were treated with such understanding and compassion it was so comforting. Definitely a place where they want the best for your pet.

Dr Spina is an absolute gem. Duko loves her and I couldn't ask for a better relationship between my pup and the vet. I know he is in good hands everytime he goes in. Also a shout out to all of the amazing staff that Duko loves so much! Mandy thanks for always putting up with my questions!

It's a good vet, I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family - the technicians have always been really great and you can tell they truly love animals so I gave 3 stars. Unfortunately my last visit with one of the vets left a sour taste in my mouth - I had to repeat a few key points to her several times as she kept trying to recommend things and upsell, making me feel like she wasn't listening to what I was saying and only trying to get more money out of me. From my price shopping, they also seem to be significantly more expensive than other vets. For example when it comes to spay and neuter. I was quoted almost 700 with bloodwork for my 6 month old border puppy and I went elsewhere and paid only 250.

I know Vet clinics. Some are good, some are bad. This one is great. My dog was hit by a car. She did not require emerg care, but I needed her checked out. I DONT use Alta Vista anymore and my niece suggested hers, This place is calming to animals, they dont try to do more than is necessary, but will suggest if's and maybe's. They are locally owned and operated, so you are not getting American type service, nor big box ignorance in their knowledge. They care!

I went to this vet on a recommendation from a friend, and I've continued going back for my dog's needs. Almost all the times I've brought my dog in has been urgent and they have had no trouble finding me appointments even last minute. I've been seen by three different doctors - mainly because most of my appointments have been last minute. They are patient, knowledgeable, and make me feel comfortable discussing my dog's needs or asking any questions I might have. Overall I have had a great, positive experience even when I've had last-minute needs.

I was worried about my little guy today because of a bad cough and the vet was able to see me almost immediately. They are always so kind and professional and very patient. I have been to several vet clinics in the area and Greensboro is superior by far. They are professional, patient, organized, caring, proactive but not pushy. They present all options, work respectfully with you on a treatment plan, and do not automatically rush towards towards agressive treatments. Best of all, they call to check in after a visit to ensure improvement and answer questions. Great team, great culture.

They also communicate by email which is very convenient. I would not hesitate at all to being my pet here for regular health check-ups

Daisy is a 6 year old rescue who has been with us 5 months. She is settling in, but is an anxious dog, slightly 'guard'. We were worried about her reaction to major dental work. The TEAM at Greensboro is FANTASTIC. Great communication. Great Care. And Excellent COVID precautions.. Two weeks post surgery, she is feeling better than ever before. Highly recommend this Clinic. The clinic followed up the appt with a call to check in on their recommendations and followed up again to answer my further questions once consulting the vet.
