I have had animals my whole life. I used to freak out when I had to take any of them to the vet. The cost and the way they would make me feel at other vets because they would put the money before the animal and I'm no where near rich but I love my dog's. The first time I took my dog there Dr. Yessa said to me " Yes I am a veteran but firstly and most importantly I'm a pet owner too ". I would highly recommend this veteran to anyone. I got my whole family to bring there animals here now. The cost are low and very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and understanding. I've had great moments and sad moments in the office and was always was felt welcomed as if I was family. The compassion they all have is extremely rare and I'm very lucky to have such an amazing team looking after a big part of my family.

I've taken my kitty to a few different locations over the 7 years I've had her, this is the first time I felt comfortable and had more confidence leaving knowing I've gotten the right advice and help. Absolutely lovely people who are accommodating and super nice and knowledgeable. Made sure I knew what to do when administrating her treatments so I didn't feel like a fish outta water. I'm so glad I found you and your team and if my baby ever needs anything I'm happy I know where to go now, no more calling around ever again! Absolutely awful experience. Cat was to be spayed Tuesday, went to drop her off before work, only to get there and be told surgery was cancelled due to tech not being available. Why was a call not made to tell me this. So instead I had to cancel my work day and on my clients making me seem unprofessional because of their ignorance to not provide a simple call so I would leave my pet at home. She was spayed Thursday, vet very pushy. Took over 40 minutes of trying to call them back to see if my pet was ready before finally getting through, I went to pick my cat up and pay, yet for whatever reason vet took machine with him so I couldn't??? Gave my credit card info and said if it didn't work I'd be in the next morning to pay due to their negligence, instead at 9am I recieved a very threatening and aggressive phone call from the older manager/receptionist. I highly don't recommend bringing your pet to this unprofessional establishment, it's very very dirty inside and not organized, not to mention the beyond ignorant receptionist.

Both Roxie And Misty get along with him and every visit has been handled with the outmost care. He makes us feel very comfortable with any questions or concerns we have. UPDATE: took my cat in for a check up and the vet and staff were kind and considerate and extremely knowledgeable. The vet was extremely patient and friendly to my cat who is very shy and often hides in my arms and understanding of all my concerns. Brought up past incident and apologized again and reminded me to call ahead because they had been having back ups with their food due to COVID. Glad to see him settle in, learn from past mistakes. Can't wait for him to continue to take care of my cat in the future. **************************************************** I've been coming to this vet clinic for years. New owners are very nice but their system for vet food for pets needs improvement. The first time I didn't realize they switched owners at the clinic and it took over a week for the vet food to come in (the old owners always made sure to have the shelves stocked with for clients, so no need to call to ahead make sure what you needed for your pet was there). When it finally arrived (after a few delays) I was told to call ahead of time to ensure in the future they would have the food my pet needs. This was not an issue, and began calling regularly. Recently I called to ensure the food was in and was told it was and had it put aside for me.Went to pick up and it was the wrong food completely and they wouldn't be able to order the correct food until Monday (this was a weekend) meaning my cat would have to go without her specialty food for an additional 3 days. I feel like there could be a way better way to organize this and that their should be a inventory comparing your stock to what your pets at the clinic need. It's extremely frustrating to have this happen twice and have my cat suffer because of it.

The lady who answer the phones is incredibly ignorant and i hope her boss sees this because if your wondering why you dont get many new clients its because she does not know how to speak to the public and is very arrogant! She is unprofessional and not knowledgable about the clinics services or prices of caninsulin as well as other medications. Ridiculous and ill definitely be going elsewhere

I had a super aggressive dog due to previous traumas and I wouldn’t recommend any other vet than this one. The staff is amazing and when I had to put my pup down they made the process easy and comfortable. The Drs are amazing but so are the vet techs. Amazing humans.

This is my go-to clinic for my two growing kittens. Receptionists are kind, respectful and fun to talk to! I always look forward to talking with them each time I visit! They are professional, and make the atmosphere a lot more comfortable, in my opinion. The vets are very professional and explain things thoroughly. They always speak to me with respect and my cats are always very well taken care of. The prices they charge are pretty affordable (especially during a pandemic) and they do not make you feel as if you NEED to do anything, unless medically necessary. They let you decide what is best for your pet, which I like. No hidden fees, as well! I have recommended this vet clinic to a few of my friends, all of whom started bringing THEIR pets there and equally love it. If you're on the fence if this is a good place, take my advice, go for it!

I just discovered this wonderful Vet clinic (and his staff )this past month. Dr. Yessa was very efficient, compassionate and knowledgable. He assessed the different situations for my two adult shelter cats quickly and gave me sound advice and treatment. He also offered several options so it was easy to make the correct choices for me and my pets. He welcomed me to 'the family' as he really cares anout his clients and their pets. I really am so happy I discovered him as not all clinics are the same. Sometimes you feel like a number and faceless and you absolutely do NOT feel like that at the Wilson Road Veterinary clinic. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets.

I recently had all my 3 dogs in for their annual exams, vaccines and other diagnostics by Dr Ehab Yessa! 2 of my 3 chihuahuas had more specialized bloodwork tests done (heart disease + urinary tract issues/ reoccurring bladder stones ) and the other chihuahua is hypothyroid + seizures+ asthma, had ACL repair and some other aliments I am prob missing), as well as radiographs! All of my dogs are on multiple medications that are ordered at different times and different companies and are on special diets. The staff- the special ladies thar do the food and medication orders (my multiple multiple complicated orders haha) have been just so amazing, helpful and have never once seem annoyed nor mad! The clinic ???? has such a friendly, down to earth and relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in, speak with reception, admitted by the vet tech and then your appointment with the the veterinarians. (And some other meet n greets along the way I am sure! ???? ????) I drive a very long distance just to see them, and I would drive days n days if necessary to see Dr Yessa. He’s amazing with animals and just has a pure heart of Gold ???? My family and friends will be switching to Wilson Rd! **** Pics are just my 3 Chihuahua’s (obvi not in clinic) who just adore Dr Yessa!!!! ***

brought my cat Cleo there to be spayed in May 2020, we were told different prices (lower than what was billed in the end) we were told the vet would cal for a check up, which never happened, and my cats nails were trimmed to the NUB. still not entirely convinced they even did the spaying correct, she acted terrified for a few months and is just now acting normal again. tried to put the benefit of the doubt in this place but even i know you don’t cut the cats nails all the way, only to the quick. disappointed and makes me feel sad for my cat.

Arrogant doctor did not follow up after surgery my kitten got an infection few days after being fixed he refused to say the sugery could have directly been a cause told me infections can sometimes just happen didn't give me any meds for him either after I took him home cat ended up not eating or drinking or even moving for about 3 days and was constipated as a result .....do not bring your animal

I could not be more impressed by Dr. Yessa! My boyfriend took our dachshund to be spayed and due to the one owner limit caused by the pandemic, I was unable to go inside with them. Dr. Yessa was extremely kind and phoned me while explaining the procedure to ensure that we both understood all of the information that he was providing. He is extremely kind and professional. The price of the procedure, including take home medication, was extremely reasonable; combined with the quality of care, you can't find a better vet!

MY MOON has received the best treatment in the GTA this vet is not just a good vet but has a heart is not out just for cash but for these animals. DR YESSA is one of a kind I have visited and done research on many 5 star vets in Durham region and the GTA. DR YESSA AND HIS TEAM will leave you stress free happy and most of all your pet as it’s best health! I love you dr yessa we appreciate your gentle caring nature, i have major anxiety and dr yessa puts it to ease with his amazing character and personality, he’s educated and very smart. Don’t judge an appearance of a vets office some of the nicest places I have been have had the worst service! The older women who works the phone and front desk is terrible. I gather she never forwards messages when she gets them becuase I've been told a few times the vet will call me back before they close only to receive a phone call a week later when my questions and concerns are no long relevant. Waiting outside for 30 mins (20 of which were after my appointment start time) to have no one come see why I was there meanwhile some lady is clogging up the front desk area taking pictures of her dog (office only accepts one person at a time). The vet and vet tech staff have always been amazing with my dog!!!

I had my first encounter with the staff here when I went with a friend to have her dog put to sleep. A very sad occasion of course. I found the doctor and staff very very kind and they did not rush us at all even though we were deep into the Covid panic. Their prices were extremely reasonable compared to my own vet who had made his name with lower prices but then started raising them. This made me go for some information regarding my own pets' dental health and I believe that I will be going back there for multiple cat teeth cleanings. Worth checking them out in my opinion.

Went with my 12 year old Golden for the first time in July 2021. Dr Yessa diagnosed Charlies issue right away as a severe inner ear infection. Put him on a course of treatment. Today upon follow up Infection has cleared . Dr Yessa was very honest and caring with Charlie. It was a great experience for both owner and dog. Top notch . His assistant Katlyn is amazing. I highly recommend their services.

My cat has infected tooth and they stayed open late on a Saturday evening to see her. She had gotten this before on a Friday night and with COVID, I could not get her in anywhere till Monday at which time her cheek was so infected she had to be sedated and it needed to be lanced. They are very accommodating as well. When my dog was sick they were able to let me bring him right away and you can tell they really care about their clients. I'm not sure why the negative flack here. Sure, it's not a modern vet in terms of the actual building/office itself. Sure, your personality may not mesh with the vet but he's a thorough and extremely thoughtful man. He very much cares about the animals, takes his time when examining and is extremely accommodating. He takes his time to explain everything and is great. His staff are friendly and caring and have been great. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this vet or his practice and it's a great local vet!

First I forgot to give a review for the first time I use Wilson veterinary. A little over a year ago the Dr. Yessa spayed my little Yorkie and despite her diminutive size he did an amazing job she has only the faintest hint of a scar so I really appreciate that. Today I took her in for her regular check up and they were able to see her today since I was afraid something was wrong with her thankfully it was nothing more than her being a bit of a nervous Nellie with a bug bite that itched. He is an amazing vet who is able to put his patients nervous pet parents at ease. He’s funny and obviously loves animals and I appreciate how good he is with me as the nervous dog parent. Excellent value for her vaccinations as well as the exam which was very thorough he answered and listen to all my questions and I had a fair few. He explained the benefits of the one test he recommended. Thank you once again to all of the staff (sorry I forgot to get the name of the vet tech) you were wonderful with Goldie I know she’s a bit of a pain in the keister when it comes to getting blood work and everyone was wonderful. Would recommend Wilson clinic in a heartbeat.

My girl has been going here since she was born! I open her door and she jumps out and goes straight to the door of the clinic and wags her tail, patiently waiting to go in! She loves it here! Her veterinarian loves dogs and his job and it shows! So much that I wonder if it is even work for him! My pup is now a year and still loves going there! The receptionists are super friendly and helpful too! I stopped in at a moments notice for her tick and flea meds! Great trustworthy place for keeping your fur babies happy and healthy!
