Good, though very expensive.

Excellent staff. They really made the difference in switching over to this vet

Jerry Bumbacco

Excellent experience, very friendly and courteous staff ????????

Seems to me they are not concerned much about pets, but rather how they can make the most money out of their patients. Cat threw up a lot of blood and their answer "this is normal", Cat stopped eating and their answer "buy this medicine "Cerenia" 3 pills for $60 that will cause him pain/vocalization (injectable), depression/lethargy, ANOREXIA, anaphylaxis, ataxia, convulsions, hypersalivation, and vomiting" just a sad excuse for a hospital that should care but does not. Now i could be feeling this out of the loss of my cat, and i can understand that they might have thought that they were helping but every time they called they wanted to sell some other item in their stock.....i mean i know you are running a business but after charging more than $1000 in two visits show some compassion. Just disappointing and will never ever consider this place a hospital rather than a place of business that is only looking out for how much money they can squeeze out.

I made an appointment for my new puppy to get his first check up and shots. When I set up the appointment one week before I was ask all the right questions however when I arrived to the appointment nobody know we are coming and nothing was booked for my dog. The staff was friendly and helpful, they could made space for my puppy however I payed a lot for a about 4 minutes with the actual veterinary. All the other time was with the technician and assistance. The technician told me the veterinarian can not come back because someone else was booked. This would have not been happening when my appointment where proper booked in the first place. I ask for some pricing on a chip and I was very desapointed. The price is more than twice then in a different clinic. I feel ripped off, paying $350 for the first check up and the staff constantly trying to upsell even surgery on my puppy witch I would have rather discuss with a veterinarian. All at all I'm very desapointed and can not recommended this facility. I would give 0 stars if it would be possible

All staff here have always welcomed my family and I and have answered any and all questions or concerns we may have about our dog. They're all friendly, extremely helpful, as well as very professional. We've never looked to any other place when making all decisions when it comes to our Scooby ????

Andrew D'Aguiar

Fantastic experience, they really took care of my dog in a very timely fashion. There extended hours were very convenient when I needed emergency help with my dog.

Karin Trofimova

First time clients: we had a little scare with one of our older pups and the clinic was able to see us the same day. We were given excellent care and answered all our questions in a friendly and professional manner. The clinic is clean and followed COVID protocols. Prices were not too bad as well. Needless to say, our pup is feeling better and we can sleep easier. Thank you Oshawa Animal hospital. Highly recommended.

Ray Amirnia

Oshawa Animal Hospital has the most friendly staff. I would recommend their service to anyone in the community. I spoke to Anna a VA who went above and beyond for me today. Thank you Oshawa Animal hospital, Anna, Meghan, all the rest of the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Needs to be a -ZERO option! There are pictures/proof of animal abuse at their hands! Ihope they are charged and shut down. Keep all your fur babies far from this horror house they try to pass of as a vet office. They want yr money, not yr pets

Diabetic Vampire

Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable

Brandon Lynchock

What an amazing staff, Austin is a very large cat that does NOT do carriers (so u can imagine the struggle getting him to a vet) but instantly I was greeted with people that had so much care for animals they made our visits comfortable and informative every single time.

john signer-romero

The staff at Oshawa Animal Hospital are professional and extremely caring. They took very good care of us during a difficult time. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Early this year my family and I made the seemingly impossible decision to put our Sadie to rest. She was a 13+ year old Retriever, so she had a great, long life. That said, the decision was even more frustrating given the cost of doing so with this Vet. I am not ignorant to the costs associated to hiring good help, but lets be honest, putting a dog to sleep and looking after cremation should not cost $1300. I don't care how compassionate your highly paid staff are. Two weeks later my male retriever, Jake, started showing signs of discomfort in his left front leg. He would barely put any weight on it whatsoever, so we made him an appointment. With the first visit over with and $400 gone we had no answers whatsoever, except that in order to safely administer an anti-inflammatory they were going to have to test his pee to ensure his vital organs could handle it. Made sense to me so I approved the first $125 test. The results were ok but not conclusive so there was another test to be done at a cost of $225 to which I also approved. Those results come back inconclusive also, but guess what? There is another test we can do for an additional $190 or something.... I took my chances with the medication without proceeding with another costly test, and he has just now finished the scrip of anti-inflammatories that were prescribed to him two weeks ago. I am disappointed to report that after close to $800 and several weeks of Jake in pain, he is absolutely 100% no better than he was the day we took him in. So please spare me the "the best Vets get paid what their worth" BS. If they were worth the money I paid for Jake they would be able to tell me what's wrong with him. And no, this hospital was not responsible for Sadie living until the late age of 14, as we are relatively new clients after Taunton Road Hospital moved and tripled their prices. I don't know who's kid I am assisting through college there, but I wish them the best of luck! Update: After all the delays and spent money with Oshawa Animal Hospital, I decided to take Jake to a different Vet, and within two days and only $400 I was told Jake was full of cancer. He was likely hiding the pain while he knew his sister was sick, and when she finally didn't come home he decided it was his turn. I just have a hard time believing that a Vet you pay a little more to benefit from, knowledge and experience wise, was not able to tell me about the possibility of cancer after a physical inspection, blood work and several urine tests. Not that Jake's recent health issues are the fault of OAH, but I truly feel they could have done a much better job caring for him, and felt obligated to post this in hopes of helping people understand the notion of "you get what you pay for" is not always true. Now I say goodbye to my Jake a mere 7 weeks after saying goodbye to his sister Sadie.

My dog loves going here. You wouldnt believe it.

Viking Fury

Money hungry predatory vet, they know you love your pet and will take advantage of you every step of the way, be wary.

Ken Rogers

We have been taking all our pets to OAH for years, and I can say as being a pet owner all my life that OAH is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and caring veterinarian services that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks to the entire team, and keep up the great work!

The staff is great. We moved and had an emergency with 1 of our dogs. They treated her so great and they were really great at communicating with me and answering my questions. They have now become our fur family vet. ????????????????

Tobias King

Friendly staff reasonable prices. Gave 4 because with other vet's I've been able to accompany my dog during the examinations etc. here they had me wait in a separate room. Not a big deal but I like to be with my little guy when he's scared

Andee Kitchen

This place is always so accommodating and helpful

The staff if extremely welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable! Their prices are very affordable and I haven't had any complaints from my cat...lol

Jeshika Divedia

Loved coming here for my ferrets when Dr. Sutton was still working there and looking forward to meeting the new ferret vet. All the staff is extremely friendly and always giving tours to clients. I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get into an exam room and I'm usually out within an hour.

While pricy, they take good care of your animals

These people are amazing. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt so welcome. They take such good care of our dog, and care about his health just as much as we do. :) thank you for being so kind and wonderful!

Chelsey Cunningham

Very kind and informative vet's that will take your call at any time if you have questions. It makes such a difference when everyone there is happy and friendly. They have been taking amazing care of my dog with cancer. Highly recommend

I give one Star because I feel I was taken advantage of. I dealt with this Clinic because they are Associated with the Farley Foundation. I’m a Senior on a fixed income.. which means I can’t not afford. HIGH VET BILLS .. I paid 148.00$ for the Initial Visit ( which I could not afford ) . My senior pet left there still ailing from her issue. No help from The Farley Foundation. I still needed Antibiotics, Pain Medication, and possible Surgery.. 3,000 Vet Bill I can’t afford.. Broken Hearted over my Senior Girl .

Excellent clinic! The staff really cares about you and your pet.

Wouldn't Trust Anyone Else.

Our puppy had a cough and seemed very uncomfortable. After expressing our concerns, the vet examined him we were given a treatment plan. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. They called us a few days after his visit to see how he was doing and we were happy to say with their help he was doing a lot better. We’ll be back for any future needs.

Beverley Canden

Staff and doctors are caring and very thorough.

Lesley Scherer

I LOVE the staff here! Always super nice, love the clients (pets) and they don't pressure you to buy extras.

Had my dog Dagwood put to sleep there they were so comforting about it . Will always remember this place. Most important my dog was comfortable as well R.I.P buddy❤️

Melissa L

I have never felt so at ease at a vet hospital. The staff are all very kind. They answer ALL of my questions and I never feel rushed or like I'm asking dumb questions. They treat my cat with care and kindness which, that alone, puts me at ease.

Katie L (FloraSin)

We first came to them when our dog was unwell, but our vet was unavailable. The receptionist of our original vet referred us to Oshawa Animal Hospital. They helped us and were so nice. Our dog seems to prefer them, so we actually drive in from North York now. The price does tend to run higher than other places, but I think it balances the cost of the facility and staffing for the longer hours. There's always someone to help you and everything is clean. They've always been upfront about prices when I've asked, so I would suggest you call ahead and ask if costs are a concern. If it is within your budget though, I would definitely recommend them.

Bryan Rodriguez

The best staff ever!! I brought in our new member of the family, Felix. They were most curtious to us, informative and professional. Thanks!

Corey Rice

They said they open from 7am to 8pm but it was closed in the afternoon (The door was locked and none inside) and still none answer the phone around 4 pm. Our cat needed emergency but it was closed without any note. It wasted our time and made us lost the chance to go other hospital to save the cat. Liar!

Alannah Wayling

We took our dog in for an emergency visit, after coming home to vitamin D pills and a mangled bottle on the floor. Other vets I called first in the area were no help. Oshawa animal hospital told us to bring her in right away, as vitamin d can be poisonous to dogs in high doses. The facility was very clean with friendly, professional technicians. They explained everything to us very well and made us aware of any costs before proceeding. The vet was very good too!

Natasha Nesrine

I was looking for a vet that specializes in handling cats so my kitten wasn’t traumatized every time I took her and they are exactly that. I’m a new pet owner and called so many times with questions, they patiently and kindly answered all of them. It’s really clear that they care. I’m confident my kitten is in great hands here.

Cathy Chafe

Very caring place

Excellent customer service at the vet office. Always trust this vet with my 2 dogs. Fairly pricey, but the caring atmosphere is worth it in my opinion.

Scott Clark

Dog training class was informative and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rachel Lockwood

We’ve gone here for years and we were always treated very kindly. BUT every single time we had an appointment, it has cost us hundreds of $$$! I understand when its needed, but the SALES pitch on every single item happens when you're there for a specific need. We are so disappointed when you’re in a state of need that they clearly have a "Quota" to fill. Plus there is NEVER a break on the "Appointment" fee when you're back for the same issue. (another $100 before all of their other suggestions)

Vince Lefaive

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr.Do, Megan and all the staff that went above and beyond during end of life care for Ivy, our beloved huntress, loyal companion and unconditional protector. This is a premium facility with excellent staff, thank you again.

Jesiqua Rapley

I love this vet office. They have very safe covid measures in place and all the staff care so much about the animals you bring in. We have never had a bad experience here.

Lindsay Hogg

LOVE the Oshawa Animal Hospital. They are always so friendly towards myself and my dogs. They have taken very good care of my fur babies on all occasions.

Steven Horgan

They no longer have anyone to care for any pet birds. :(

Curtis Williamson

Fantastic

Andy Warrier

Really nice and kind doctors and assistants working here. It could be a bit on the costly side, but then that is subjective. They might try to upsell you a little bit. However if you are careful and do your homework and research you will be in a good position to take a better and informed decision. I like the locay and lot of parking spaces as well.

M Jay Thompson

I am only giving 4 stars because we have had to put down two cats here .. my latest just a couple days ago otherwise you get 5 stars. Pricy yes but honestly you get what you pay for. They have the kindest staff who really respect your animal even after putting them down. They are sad to see animals go but supportive when the animal was pretty sick. Thank you for the kind words on the card you sent afterwards and the follow up phone call.

Hollis Woods

Very nice staff.

Lina Zatzman

We have used this animal hospital since 1967 and have seen many vets there. ALL of them have been professional, warm and helpful. and empathetic when it was time to bid goodbye to our various family cats. We would not take our pets anywhere else.

Julie Dutkowski

Personal, caring attitude for your pet.

Amanda Wilkins

Nice and clean facility. Staff are friendly and the vets are great. Prices are a little high and often felt pushed to switch to their prescription (aka expensive) foods, but otherwise decent vet clinic.

Theo

Oshawa Animal Hospital is amazing, I would always bring my Chewy there, the doctors and technicians are great, they extended my dog Chewy's life span by many years, he was always excited to go there and I always trusted them to give me the best advice on how to take care of him, 5 Stars for Oshawa Animal Hospital.

Surendra Deosaran

Great service but very pricey

David McCalden

Paul Bates

Friendly service and people.. will take their time and give you all the time and space you need if things happen to be bad

Ruben Arun

Connie M

Staff is very friendly

Katherine Good

The BEST pet care I have ever experienced. My little rescue family, dog, and cat, can be quite the handful but this vet takes such good care and loves your animals almost as much as you do!

Rusty Ramballie

I am so happy to have chosen this vet clinic to take care of our puppy. Everyone is so happy and helpful. Dr Michelle is an absolute gem who shows to love and care for our pup as much as we do. If ever I have a concern they are available and will follow up constantly until they know that everything is back to normal. If I could give a higher rating, I would.

Kevin Walker

Very good people

rob James

We're very unfriendly and unwilling to help an animal because it was not a current patients

Christine L

Amazing experience. Highly recommended clinic.

Lisa Kumprey

They've been providing great care for all my furry babies. Having said that they are also ridiculously expensive.

Pauric Bannigan

Expensive

Kaitlynn Ostapchuk

I have on multiple occasions called them with an emergency/needing urgent care and they have accommodated me without question. They genuinely care for the animals they treat, and only do what's best for you and your pet. I have seen how pleasant, compassionate, and friendly they are first hand and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their pet.

SateliteMike DataPro

awesome service and treated my kitty like part of the family

JK Henry

Friendly staff. Expensive when compared to other vets. They charged 75$ for dog catheterization while just down the road, other vet charging 43$ so won't be going back. Clean facility. Easy parking.

Michael Noble

Only care about squeezing as much money out of you as possible. That's what pays for the big facilities and all the staff. $130 for them to look at your pup that doesn't include the vaccine. Once you're in the room they play off your emotions and love for your pet to try to upsell anything and everything from standard vaccines to pet insurance, toys, food. They tried to upsell me Tick and Flea medicine in dec when it isn't tick or flea season in ontario. I am absolutely appalled by the way they do business and will never return. Do yourself a favour and find a vet that cares about you and your pet first.

Mudit Nijhawan

Mark Neal

Very kind personal it is what they do be kind to them, I know you can pay through the nose so. Or anyone with a pet be prepared for what decision you may have to make, ????

Logan McGillicuddy

A couple of months ago we had taken our dog for her annual checkup. At that time our dog had a couple of small health issues, but for an older dog she was happy, bouncy and relatively healthy. We were told she needed her annual vaccinations and blood work, so trying to be good pet parents we agreed but voiced our concerns over giving her all of the vaccinations at once. We were assured they were safe. After the vaccinations our dogs health worsened within 24/hrs, and within a month her health had deteriorated to severely that we had to put her down. I regret taking her in for the checkup and for the vaccinations.....she would probably still be with us if we hadn't.

Tammy Reilly

This vet clinic is in it for the money. If you go there be prepared to take out a second mortgage on your house. Overcharge for everything and charge for unnecessary items. Check out their reviews and You won’t find many good ones. My advise to you is to run as fast and as far as you can from this place.

Kaitylyn Erickson

Staff are all super friendly. They always put the best interest of my dog first, and strived to recommend the most affordable options for me. 110% recommend. They really care.

Ashley Fulton

Amazing staff and amazing service! My husband and I were moving from Hamilton to Montreal with our little fur baby Zoey. Zoey is a 3 year old kitty. My husband was transferred to a new job and we had 24 hours to pack and move. We had flew with her before and she was fine so we figured she would be okay for the ride. 25min into the trip she began to pant and drool intensely, she began to shake, vomit and sweat. We continued to drive hoping it would pass. We tried stopping a few times but she was getting worse. We couldn't bare to go on any longer seeing her in pain and stopped by the nearest clinic which happened to be Oshawa Animal Hospital. Tired and drained we arrived to the clinic, the first words were please help and we explained the situation. The ladies at the front were very compassionate. They took Zoey and said we will go clean her up and try to calm her down. Dr Randy was amazing. She helped to find the best solution to calm her nerves at the most affordable cost. They kept her for an hour to treat her and keep her at ease. While we waited the woman at the front desk brought us coffee as she knew we were both worried and stressed. They brought Zoey out and gave us a new kennel free of charge for her to travel in so she would have more space and room to help keep her stay comfortable . Dr Randy even called us when she finished work to ensure she was okay and then once again the next day. HANDS DOWN this is the best service we have ever received for treating our little fur baby. If you want a clinic that is passionate about what they do and care about both fur babies and parents then this is the place for you. I am so grateful for all of their help and their big hearts. Thank you to Dr Randy and the incredible staff for helping us in a time of need. Zoey was calm for the rest of the trip and is cuddled up to me purring, back to her normal self as I type this. Thank you again <3 Ashley, Xavier & Zoey

Deb Baird

So thankful for Dr. Do, Kim, Megan and the rest of the staff who were available last night to help our puppy, Quincy. He had an allergic reaction to a vaccine he received earlier in the day and I showed up 10 minutes before closing time. They were just wonderful with Quincy, and truly cared about him and took the time to explain to me everything that was happening. I am happy to report that the swelling diminished significantly, and he is back to his happy self! Thank you so much.

Jade

Everyone is pretty cold you get there they see your pet and barely acknowledge you. From the reception, tech assistant and vet... Welcome to cold uncompassionate land.

Trevor Wood

Very nice staff.

B Campbell

The entire staff at Oshawa Animal hospital truly care about the health of the animals they care for.

Denise Diltz

VERY expensive for everything there. The care is good but it's too rich for my blood.

Bob G

Inhumane, to me that is. My cat was suffering from diabetes and I was buying very expensive food from their website and when he suddenly died I was left with about 250.00 worth of food that i had just purchased. I called them twice to see if they would take it back even with some sort of re-stocking charges , of course couldn't get a live person but left voice mails and never even got a call back. This is the last place i would recommend

Tanequa Love

It was a good place

Jess Nicholson

The best vet ever, so thorough and caring

Sylvia Booth

My dog was having an allergic reaction and they were so accommodating and squeezed me in quickly. Fast, friendly and caring. I will certainly be back.

Ryland Scott

Refused to let my wife bring our dog there because she is a nurse and they “need to protect themselves from her”. Meanwhile she goes into work on the front lines everyday because it’s her job.

This is a difficult time for me right now with the loss of my dog on May 9th 2016, Teeder is his name, Cairn Terrier, he was 12 1/2 old I loved him so much, he was diagnosed with liver cancer last July 2015. I came to Oshawa Animal hospital just over 2 wks ago because I was not satisfied with treatment from the hospital I came from, that's all I want to say of them. Because I want to focus my heart warming thoughts to Dr. S. Dorland and staff, at Oshawa Animal Hospital. When I came in I was overwhelmed how big this hospital is but more than that the moment I walked in for my very first appt, the smiles the greeting from staff there were awesome. More so the attention, concerns to every detail for my beloved Teeder was given....in my hour of visit, time was given not rushed whatsoever I can't say it enough I felt this is the place I want to bring Teeder when his time comes. Sadly it came too fast although he lived much longer than expected, thank The Lord. Teeder took very ill over this past weekend, brought him in Monday, as updated X-ray and blood work was done immediately, while I waited, the results came back in the worst way ever cancer has progressed and I knew ..I did, as Teeder was vomiting not drinking or going to out to do his business all day Sunday .... As I was given the results Dr Dorland and I hugged, kind heart felt words were exchanged, thanked her for professional efforts for Teeder along with her sincere compassionate heart for me and my Teeder, it made the decision a little easier to allow Teeder to rest now, knowing I felt content here this is where and when it's time, it's here. We were taken to a quiet peaceful room.....as the staff and Dr Dorland guided me through this delicate time, before it was done. As I don't need to tell you in details it was bittersweet good bye, cried so very hard, but left with peace of mind Teeder will be cared for even in death .....as I am in tears now as I write this review, because I want to because I have too, because I care enough there is no better place, hospital Dr, staff....to take your pet, I can't tell you enough folks, go there for the best of care for your pets. The very next day Dr Dorland called me to see how I was doing, respectful kind offered support if I needed in my time of loss at anytime....Totally compassionate kind sincere....so much more I could say about everyone there.....as well surprise today, flowers from Dr Dorland and staff, Oshawa Animal Hospital, I was touched so unexpected so very thoughtful, respectful in my time of need, it truly was. I cried a good heart felt cry...then called the office immediately and thanked them this evening for sending the most thoughtful flowers... My final words.....to be caring and compassionate and respectful for animals and their owner, this isn't something you learn in school, college or university......it comes within naturally to give back for our beloved pets, as it should to be in this profession and so it was felt. So please take your pets there, I highly recommend them, each and everyone of them, for the kind of care we all need for all needs....for our pets we love so dearly and close to our hearts. I am forever grateful, thank you so much Dr Dorland and staff at Oshawa Animal Hospital from my heart, I will never forget you. God bless.....

Really caring people pets are well cared for

Bonnie French

Very helpful staff. I needed to buy prescription food for my cats after relocation, and accidentally ordered the wrong item. They corrected my mistake without making a big deal about it. It was much appreciated!

Robyn Walter

Friendly helpful caring staff However they did not honour the VCA wellness 21 Day Welcome check adoption card even though they are a VCA hospital. Disappointed that even though they knew I was coming in with the card and a sick newly rescued pup they wouldn't honour it. And didnt tell me so until after the visit and diagnosis and prescriptions were reviewed. What should have been free visit cost me over $200. For that reason; them knowing I was coming in with the card and not telling me until after the work was done that they weren't honours g it really left a sour taste in my mouth.

Steven Kim

Was not too happy with my experience. My dog was really sick and needed an uncommon anti biotic. I had called around to several pharmacies and other vets to look for it. Most were understanding and empathetic. This vet was not. They refused to even listen to my inquiry. Wouldn't even let me finish and told me "If you aren't a client we can't help you. We are not a pharmacy!" Was a great way to show your love for animals, customer service, and Christmas spirit. This makes me feel this vet is only out to make money and just wants the extra revenue from making us pay for an exam fee without even knowing if they have the right antibiotic in stock or not.

Michael Sullivan

Very kind and caring.

Jared Malcolmson

They are very helpful. Always great with my cats.

Kami Lauriault

I had to bring my doxie in last summer due to an upset system and I was worried about dehydration and the next being Canada day I wanted to try to adviod an emergency vet visit, and they were amazing and worked with me to stay within my budget. They had even phoned a few days later to see how see was doing and sent a card in the mail saying they were happy that she was feeling better! Wheather just a one time visit due to your regular vet not being able to get your baby in or looking for a vet I would recommend them!

K Irwin

most honest vet in area.

Lisa Hilder

I bought food from them 2 months ago and was told they would have to call my regular vet to confirm the food I was ordering with my vet. There was no issues THIS time and I picked up the food and was happy about it. 2 months later I was told they needed to call my vet to confirm the food order and supplements as they were by prescription only. I explained they called my vet last time and asked if this would have to happen every time I bought food as this is not just an incovience to me but also to my vet if this will have to happen every time I buy food. She said she had no history of me buying food there. I said I did, Two months ago. After a bit she said oh its here on our old system and we are now using a new system so it wasn't documented. She said she saw food was bought but there was no history of them calling my vet to confirm so they would have to do that this time for sure. I told her to go ahead. She said I could bring my cat in for an exam instead if that was better.....so pay for a vet exam for my cat, stress out my cat with an unnecessary exam to be able to buy food to feed my cats???? NO! So they called my vet and said they needed a FULL medical history sent to them in order for me to buy food from them. WHY???? I called to cancel my order and find another place to get the food since none of the food or supplements I requested required a prescription and it is all over the counter products according to my family vet. So VCA is just looking to make $$$$$$$$ at a massive inconvience to me, my family vet and potentially my cats if I decided to being them in for the exam that was not needed. Another girl called me FULLof attitude and sounding very defensive and ready for a fight. I told her I want to cancel my order and would like to be refunded. She snapped that they don't keep credit card information on hand and that she would cancel my order. This place is a circus of made up rules and regulations to get your money. I will never go back here ever.

Moe Tariq

Always nice experience. Prices are higher but its not a clinic its whole hospital with every vet service we need

Update: It has just been over a month since my cat had his operation. Everything is going great and he is adjusting to just having one eye. I just wanted to show a picture of how well he is doing. --------------------------- Just went to this vet hospital and found them very knowledgeable, understanding of the options for my cat and caring. I will be taking my cat back next week for a serious eye surgery and hope everything goes well and will add years onto his life.

They were very patient and understanding, they explained everything toe so I understood what was happening and they are so good with animals, I'm very glad my dog is in their care

Jacqueline Rogers

Excellent and friendly service for our fur babies!

Brad Ste-Croix

Fantastic caring staff. Who got As in on short notice, to see a veterinarian when we really needed one. Highly recommend them

Pat Carlisle

Are very nice and respectful

John Lawrence

Great costumer service and they seem to care for overall well being of my animal

Kevin Henning

Horrible inhumane place to bring your pet. My pup has come home from daycare multiple times with injuries, yet I have never got an answer on what happened or how the injury came about.

Brenda Alloe

Nice environment, really cares for their animals!

Steve Pettersen

No problem with their service. The price way too much. Go somewhere else to get the same for way less. Called other vets afterwards. Bunch of animal lovers getting paid very well or very low... and the vca owners over charging "wealthy pet owners"

Just in it for the money, expect to pay more than double for the littlest of services, couldn’t even wait 20 mins passed closing for us to pick up our dog, and they exxagerate everything to convince you to give in to their over priced services.
