My wife and I have been to this clinic a handful of times after being recommended by a friend and we have had nothing but great experiences. Most recently, one of our chihuahuas experienced labour dystocia and needed an emergency c section. Dr. Ravi and his crew were wonderful and accommodating throughout the entire nerve wracking process. The staff and front desk are always knowledgeable and quite friendly and it’s easy to get a quick appointment time, and prices are very reasonable as well. We would recommend this vet clinic to anyone and everyone !! Keep up the great work team!

When my dog suddenly became very ill, I brought him to Dr Ravi and his vet clinic, as we had no idea what could have possibly happened. He diagnosed him quickly and he and the entire staff did their best to save my dog. When we realized it would be too late, he and the rest of the staff at the vet clinic were amazingly supportive at what was one of the worst moments of my life to date. The amazing bedside manner, and caring attitude that I was shown during the time I was there, (and they allowed me to spend the entire day with him while they tried different treatment methods), I would never have found at any other vet clinic. I will recommend any true animal lover to take their pet here, even if it is a bit of a trek, as I came from Scarborough based on the reputation I had heard.

I called in asking if I could bring my dog in who was on the verge of death. The person I spoke to gave me an appointment time, we showed up and were met outside, told that we had to take our dog somewhere else because the doctor had to leave in 20 minutes. Terrible customer service and horrible insensitivity at an already painful and difficult time. Sincerely disappointed by this clinic.

I was referred to this vet by a person I got my animal from as well as decided to choose this vet because of these " 5 star reviews " Do not kid yourself & make the same mistake I did. My experience taking my animal here was absolutely horrible, not professional & in the least bit thorough. Before going in to update my animal's vaccines, I called & spoke to the receptionist who knew exactly what to say to lure you over & gladly take your money & 100% was not one of their " students " doing any kind of placement. Keep i mind this was the very beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, they were 3 staffed when I went in for my animal's vaccines. Getting back to me calling & directly talking to their every day receptionist, i called several times & discussed how much each & every thing was going to cost. The quote given to me over the phone & the final bill was a $200 difference. In the exam room, the vet literally placed his stethoscope & " listened " to my animal's lungs & heart. Didn't say a word the entire time. This is all the vet did & checked my animal's temperature. The vet didn't check my animal's ears, eyes, open up my animal's mouth to check if my animal's teething was going correctly or incorrectly, not a damn thing. This vet was not thorough as I just described. The receptionist came in the room & asked if I wanted my animal vaccinated for anything else & I, being a new pet owner to a young animal, and being mamma bear said yes & ALSO ASKED HOW MUCH THESE VACCINES WERE GOING TO COST. She then said " $ 30.00 " and acted as if it was going to be " 30.00 " for all 3 additional vaccines. She did not say " 30.00 " each. Fast forward to later that evening, I was looking at the invoice & it says boosters the very next month are due. Meaning, they gave my animal half a dose of these vaccines, charging full price & in attempts at getting my animal in again to get the remaining dose & re-charging full price again. To add to this horrible experience, my animal has had breathing problems ever since my animal walked in to that hell zone. I would 1000% never recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone an animal. ANIMAL LOVERS, BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE, the receptionist is manipulative & evil

Doc Ravi. Kim. Chantelle. Are truly three of the the most caring and professional individuals I have gotten to know in the veterinary business. In over three generations of dogs I found a diamond in the ruff when I walked through their door a little over six years ago. In that time my lab had four operations all with great success and when I got my invoice it was surprisingly affordable and medication as well follow up calls and visits Two days ago my wife and I had to take our 12 year old lab in for last visit ???? all three gave us true love their heats to ours as best as they could have under covid protocol We know when this covid is gone there will be huge hugs waiting. I have referred several friends to them and all have thanked me cats and dogs. They have a new member on board Makayla we hope she watches and takes in the compassion and talent her teammates have. Superb. A truly fantastic experience. My doggy, Clara, cut her foot out on our Sunday run. The bleeding wasn't heavy, however it just refused to cease. I have been intending on taking Clara there next vet visit anyway. Being open on a Sunday... Bonus is the proximity to home. Anyway they were fantastic all around, even though we showed up with no appointment at approximately 9:30 AM on a Sunday, we didn’t wait long. Clara was treated exceptionally well, despite being difficult and headstrong (half beagle). I will absolutely be returning, and will not hesitate to refer anyone looking for a professional, compassionate and reasonably priced veterinarian. BRAVO.

We used this vet for our kitten for shots neuter and microchip. The cost was reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A great experience. We just picked up our little guy and he’s doing great. No doubt the 2 staff I met today care about the animals and offer great service. Definitely will use them again.

Highly recommended! We absolutely love Dr. Ravi and Dr. Krish and the staff at SRAH! Having a wide variety of issues with the bulldog breed, our rescue group often requires emergency appointments and the clinic is always very accommodating. We bring many dogs with difficult eye, ear, and skin cases and both Dr. Ravi and Dr. Krish go above and beyond to help.

Amazing! This is the third (and final) vet that we're brought our aging Bernese to since moving to Oshawa. Having left Birchmount/Lawrence in Scarborough the bar was high but we finally found a great vet here! Dr. Ravi took Mampers to stairs and had him go up and down and actually tested his leg mobility. He has arthritis. We have an actual diagnosis and treatment plan! I am thrilled because the previous two both said make him lose weight (he's down 15 lbs.) and then we'll take a look at the problem. Neither tested his mobility and one actually blamed his new incontinence on "behavioural problems". Granted he's my baby and he's perfect but after 7+ years I know all of his behavioural issues and house-breaking was not ever one of them. I cannot tell you the relief in knowing what is actually wrong with him! Incredibly happy to have found this veterinary clinic! Side-notes: - The woman at the front desk was really friendly and kind. - Money wasn't an issue (we wanted an answer for the problems) but they are very reasonably priced. Always a bonus!

I have been with Simcoe Rossland AH since they opened. All of my pets - Matty, Jaxson, Scooby & my newest addition, Harley, has had their basic surgery (neuters) or otherwise all done by Dr. Ravi. A few emergencies that arose with my pets were taken care of by Dr. Ravi/Dr. Krish and staff. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, I wouldn’t trust my pets vet care in anyone else’s hands. They are truly the best and care about every pet and pet owner!! ❤️

Dr Ravi, Sorin and Tanya have been wonderful with our dog. We first came in a month ago for an emergency visit having just moved to town and in need of a vet on a Sunday. Dr Ravi and his staff were very thorough and thoughtful in getting Sam the proper treatment. Since we received such great care the first time, we have just brought Sam in for minor surgery this morning and he was up and wagging his tail just two hours later. Dr Ravi will be our family vet from now on.

Staff are kind and helpful. Dr. Busanelli really knows his stuff. He took us through our dog's illness step by step and I never feel like he is testing unnecessarily or overcharging. I also appreciated a natural option to treat my second dog's anxiety whereas other places only offered heavy drugs. There have been several situations with my dogs where I was really impressed with how he knew exactly what was going on and how to move forward without feeling ripped off. ????????❤️

I wish i could give more than 5 stars! My fur baby Zena had a bad fall and completely tore her ACL. A friend of mine recommended Dr Ravi. Her first visit Zena had a full checkup and for her xrays had to be sedated. When we went to pick her up she was still very sleepy. Dr Ravi stayed 2 hours after closing time to make sure she would be ok and not hurt herself. Not every clinic would do that. The staff is super sweet and caring and made sure Zena felt very safe. 3 weeks ago she had ACL surgery she went from barely walking to a whole new puppy! During her recovery Dr Ravi and his staff have not only taken amazing good care of zena and made sure she had everything she needed but also gone above and beyond to call us both at home to see how we are doing. Thank you all so much for everything!

My husky can be a handful. But the vet and staff here are really friendly and were able to keep my boy still long enough for the treatment and diagnosis. Fair billing. Helpful vet who took the time to explain things to me. Polite and friendly front and assistants staff. Importantly, they were also able to see my dog on really short notice.

Our newly homed puppy, just 9 weeks old, was sick due to the chances in environment. She was having loose motion and we were super scared. After calling around 10+ vets, clinic we were lucky to have been accommodated by this hospital for an emergency visit. Dr Ravi is one the best doctors you will ever find. I took my baby girl Dallas on July 5 2019. I was so worried about her because she had stopped barking and eating and had diarrhea so bad. She was panting and groaning and didn't want to go near us and couldn't get up stairs or even on the couch. They took me in even though they were very busy. We had x-rays and blood and we all thought it was my poor girls heart. X-rays came back and it was a lung infection. As bad as that sounds the vet clinic and my family were so happy to hear she would be okay. They gave her an injection and some other pills and on the way home she starting barking again. Best sound in the world. This clinic is so sweet and caring and I will never go any where else. This is Dallas's regular vet and even on a busy day they knew I was worried and still took care of her . Thank you so much guys. My Dallas is a 12 lb shitzu/ Maltese mix and almost 8 years old.

Was super happy with my experience today. Took my dog in to get nurtured he was very nervous and hard to keep still during the needles and the staff worked with him to make him feel more comfortable and keep him still instead of getting upset like a previous vet I have went to. My dog, Bella, became very ill suddenly. After worrying throughout the night, I was recommended to go to Simcoe Rossland Animal Hospital and see Dr Ravi. He quickly diagnosed my poor girl with a life threatening infection in her uterus, and rushed her into surgery right away. I cant thank him and the entire staff at Simcoe Rossland Animal Hospital enough for saving my girls life. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen, and would never trust another clinic with any of my pets after the great experience we had there.

Dr. Ravi and the team there are the kindest, most compassionate, and thoughtful team I have ever encountered. I don’t remember the vet techs name who stayed with us, but she was the kindest person I have ever met. We bring our animals in here regularly, and when our dogs congestive heart failure got bad, we called and despite having no availability, they squeezed us in. Even with the new restrictions, they understood what was happening before even seeing Hamish and allowed us both in the room. They kindly explained that Hamish would need to be put down and that he was in pain. They gave us time to FaceTime our loved ones so they could say goodbye, they were patient with us and told us over and over to take our time. They stayed with us and allowed us to hold him as he passed. I will forever be grateful for the kindness and love they showed us when we needed it most. They didn’t push us in any direction, they gave us all the time in the world despite closing soon. If you want your animal to be treated with love and empathy, I recommend coming here. Thank you Dr. Ravi and to the amazing vet tech whose name I do not know♥️

They butchered our poor Walter before we even adopted him. Left him infectious and so sick. He had to go to Whitby emergency animal Clinic. They had to re drain his incision and pump him with two kinds of antibiotics and heavy duty pain killers. Poor little sweetheart.

I wish there was more than 5 stars.I cannot say enough about Dr Ravi and Sam and Kim.They saved my Beagle's life. Thor was suffering from liver problems. He has been on liver pills now for over a year and doing really well. He also has had his ear operated on and it looks like new.Dr Ravi did an awesome job.The clinic is so clean.No worries of taking flees home unlike other places I have dealt with. There prices are so much better than any other place in Oshawa or Scarborough or surrounding area. I have never had a Vet and staff treat my Thor like he was there own. I can not thank them enough.I encourage people to go to Simcoe Rossland Animal Hospital and see for yourself. You will be so glad you did.
