Great staff, reasonably priced, my cat went to get his shots and neutered which was a rough time (mostly for me) cause he had to stay the day while i was at work. The girl at the desk reassured me of everything and didn't seem annoyed by my questions or when i called to check in on my lunch and the office cat Simon( i think) even came to give my little guy a pep talk ???? and he healed up quickly! No complaints ????

This was our first time here and it doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you...the inside is very clean and quite appealing. Our new puppy has fear aggression but for some reason was good with the female staff member he met there. That was a good sign. The vet was very patient with him. Prices are very good, especially for a family with 3 pets.

Amazing place. We've had pets for years. We currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats and the utmost care has been taken for them. The vet techs are just awesome. The prices are reasonable and the place is very welcoming. If you want the best care taken I highly recommend this place if you're local. Huckleberry is a very very timid and sensitive pup but he is not afraid to go here at all.

I have the worst experience ever. My dog has a broken leg we took him to this hospital to get an X-ray and treatment. The vet gave him a cast and some medicine, No progress the cast falls off the day after.the vet didn’t do his job perfectly and he charged us a lot for nothing. He said I will give you another address that you can take your dog there.

We took our 14 year old dog to this clinic today after going to our regular vet a week ago who barely looked at her and said he couldn’t do anything for a big lump on her face. Dr. Sekhon was wonderful with our baby, took the time to come out and explain to us what he was going to do and even came out again to reassure us that her yipping/whining was normal due to the gas they used. They brought her to us until she calmed down so we knew she was okay. We also asked to get her needed vaccine while there and they did that with no issues. The price was more than fair (almost 1/2 of what our other vet would have charged) and they were up front on the cost before the procedure so there were no surprises. The vet tech was also so friendly and caring the whole time. We switched vets instantly and all 5 of our fur babies will now be trusted to Bloor Street Animal Hospital! They truly care here.

They were all incredibly kind to me when I had to put my cat to sleep. I didn't expect to get a card in the mail from them, every single person on staff personally signed the card and wrote something in it giving their condolences. I was incredibly touched. Edit: I forgot to mention their prices, they were incredibly fair. Just over 40 for a first time visit, I was very lucky to come across them. Lovely staff, very caring people.

We had our first visit with Bloor Street Animal Hospital yesterday. Was so very impressed how our 6 mth old Labradoodle took to the staff and Dr. She felt very at ease and enjoyed her visit. Can't say enough about the friendly assistant and the very patient Dr. We left well informed and positive for the outcome. If you are looking for a kind, professional vet clinic then I always recommend Bloor st animal hospital. The doctor seems to be truly concerned with your pets health and not how much he can charge you. A real rarity these days. The administrative staff is amazing as well, always organised and professional.

Very happy with my service! Always coming back here. My cat needed to be neutered and I was very worried about the whole process. Did my research with majority of the vets ranging from Durham to Toronto. This seemed like the best fit from reviews to pricing (drove 30 min). No matter the time, Dr. S took my calls ranging from 8pm to even 5am when I had to stay up and watch Mickey! I thought I was being annoying but he made me feel comfortable in his answers and reassurance. Very understanding staff and great receptionist. Only thing is that I wish I got to go and see Mickey in the back with his re-check, but due to COVID this was understandable. Thanks for easing my worries and making Mickey and I feel like family!

I want to reccomend everyone with fur babies Bloor StreetAnimal Hospital. I had my girl fixed yesterday, and Dr. Sukhchain Sekhon, and his sweet as gold receptionist, were so caring to my fur baby. Ivy is doing well, everything looks great and the price was so reasonable compared to most quotes I got from other vets. The boys got their shots there when they were pups and again reasonably priced. I like Dr. Sukhchain Sekhon, because he seemed to genuinely care about Ivy, she also loved him, leaning up on him and following him everywhere. I, hands down, have decided this is our forever vet :) This clinic doesn't nickle and dime you for things, and the price quoted to me was exactly what it was, no hidden cost.

It's a tiny hospital so therefore the service is naturally friendly not phony. My basset hound ♡♡loves ♡♡ to go. Yes... My dog is anxious to go in when we visit. My 18 year old cat likes going home much more than going to get a check up. Typically feline attitude though.

Great with my GS X LAB! Got her in no problem. Both visits for shots and Spade, never heard a peep out of her. Vet came out and spoke to me and answered any questions that I had. Reasonably priced. my puppy got really ill, and i literally did a search for a close vet- What a score!! Not only were the staff awesome with my pup, but the Vet himself called the next day to do a follow-up. The place is spotless- theres a lovely resident cat - and everyone was so nice and accomodating (especially with a hysterical puppy mom). I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Was almost taken advantage of in a sad time. My cat passed away and I looked around for cremation and they weren't forthcoming of the price when asked and I made the drive there with my loved one and was almost taken advantage of when they wanted 400 dollars for the same service that the city of Oshawa animal shelter only charges 130. Don't use them for this service. They probably take your pet to the same place and charge you x4 the cost.

100% love this vet. I use them for 2 cats and 1 dog. The vet is fantastic (Dr. Sukhchain Sekhon) really knows how to make an animal feel welcome. My cat cried the whole way to the vet but stopped as soon as the vet greeted him ❤️ The vet assistant/receptionist is also amazing. She is really great with the animals. I wasn't able to go in the room but they made sure to leave the door open so I could hear and keep me updated on everything they were doing. Keep up the great work!!

This is not my usual vet. My dog had an emergency situation where he hadn’t gone to the washroom in 12+ hrs. Everywhere I called told me I had to wait 4-8 more hours for him to be seen. Blood street animal hospital got him in within the hour. They took great care of Snape and were extremely thorough and FAIRLY PRICED! Veterinarian services can be costly and they are extremely reasonable. I will highly recommend their services to fellow pet parents!

My cat was 21 years old. Overnight she took a turn for the worse and I had to make the decision to prevent her from experiencing any more discomfort. All the positive reviews on this clinic are entirely accurate. I had an appointment booked for within the hour. The veterinarian and receptionist were incredibly accommodating and nice. The cost for the procedure was presented to me in 3 options. At home burial less than $200. Communal cremation less than $300, and cremation with ashes returned about $500. Please make this animal hospital your first consideration for medical emergencies for your pets.

Worst vet ever first of all he was scared of both of my dogs and one was only a few months old and the other was probably just as scared as he was. He charged me more than what he said he was going to and tried to convince me my dog needed teeth removed after an X-ray was done on her jaw but the problem was all of her joints not just her jaw so obviously that wasn’t the problem. Never went back after that and my dog is now on medication for sore joints and it doing perfectly fine the guy is a moron. I now go to the vet on simcoe and Rossland and the staff there is absolutely amazing.

Amazing. The staff are super friendly and you can tell that they actually care about animals which is evident as soon as you walk through the door with yours. The office is super clean and we felt very comfortable while inside. We did have a little problem with a price given over the phone not matching the in office cost, but after speaking with the veterinarian directly the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We have a 6 month old Himalayan and even though we have only had two visits, he is comfortable enough being handled by the staff, purrs the whole time they've got him. Doesn't even go directly back to his carrier right away either, just wanders around the office exploring and introducing himself to Simon the office cat while I'm settling up at the front desk. Just turns what could be a super stressful experience for both pet and owner to an actual enjoyable outing. Highly recommended.

Great place. Woke up to my cat having what I assume was a stroke, called the office before 8am and was able to come to the office within the hour, after my office not being able to help. Very helpful and caring. The doctor even called me at home and shared information with me about my cat. Unfortunate situation but great help was received and highly recommended. Will be switching to bloor street hospital with my other cat for care. Thank you.

I've only been there once but my experience was great.The doctor was so nice and the receptionist was friendly and curtious.I like this place because the reception area is smaller than most which means less people and not as busy,so your not waiting and waiting with your sick animal.I give this business 5 stars no problem.

The lady at the front desk during my appointment was absolutely fantastic. Found this vet for urgent help with my cat. She unfortunately passed away but the staff and Dr did everything they possibly could to help us, and then helped me with arrangements. Great care and very friendly staff! You can feel the love for animals over the phone and as soon as you walk in the door! Amazing with rescue animals that are temperamental,they truly understand that rehabilitation takes time and patience! I had brought my chiuhawa in first and he had been abused in the past and at that point didn't like many malesbecause of his past but the vet took his time with him and gained his trust, and was so great with my doxie when she went in and worked with me to keep the cost as low as possible and even went so far above and beyond for her it made me so happy to have finally find a vet that is in the business for the love of animals instead of the money! Thank you guys you are truely amazing!

I had to put my fur baby down (dog). She was in pain and discomfort. Bloor Street was able to come the day I called them. I was glad for that because my poor baby couldn't do another day. Wasn't eating or drinking at this point. ????. I rate it one star though because of the experience I had when they came to my house. They didn't seem prepared. After my dog was deceased they almost dropped her on the way out. Then their car wouldn't start and we then had to boost them. At this point I'm trying to grieve a horrible loss, then I have to watch them almost drop my baby, and then boost their car so they can leave? I was so disappointed. It was already a horrible day, followed by a horrible experience ????

Please do not come here. My cat had a simple problem and they charged me over $200 to check him and to run tests that were not necessary. Worst part about it is, they didn't even run those tests! I am certain that if you go here they will pressure you into paying for an absurd amount of things that are not necessary just to get more money out of you. It is disrespectful.
