Dr. Hanson really took the time explaining her treatment plan for my puppy Kane. We brought him for a terrible ear infection. She was thorough in her examination and Kane was comfortable with her. Thank you to all the staff involved with Kane's treatment. We were impressed!

Our good ole dog of 14 (78) needed a vet in the area as we are new to Orillia, We were referred to this clinic and were guaranteed to be happy. Not only did our loving puppy come back happy with his visit but the staff including the Vet Hilary took the time for a follow up call to assure us for his age our dog is in pretty good shape. They were courteous and kind and took excellent care of our furry family member.

As a first time kitten owner, I was super nervous to take our boy Henry to the vet for the first time. Dr. Ali, Shauna, and Alex made sure that both Henry and I felt comfortable and made sure that he felt safe before starting any stressful exams or procedures. All of my questions were answered honestly in a way that was easy for me to understand. They had us in and out super quickly which was nice as you can be waiting around at the vet for quite some time. Looking forward to having such a great team to take care of our boy!

Jennifer Silvester: My family pets have been treated at the same clinic since I was a young child but recently I felt we needed a change. One of our cats gets very belligerent at the vet and I wanted her to go somewhere where she would still be treated with love instead of as a problem. Dr. Sally called me at home prior to the first appointment to find out what triggers could be avoided and was so gentle and kind that our cat had a much better experience than she has had in years. The staff is super friendly and professional, the clinic is clean, bright and quiet and the property is beautiful. The clinic even calls for follow up to see how your pet is doing once they are home. I highly recommend Dr. Sally and Orillia and District Veterinary Services - I am so grateful that we found them.

Incompetent is a understatement , the vets here are clueless about rabbits but took them on to botch their surgeries. And after failed to inform people that their choice of stitching causes abscesses , because of their incompentace my rabbit had developed a abscess and we were too late to get him the help he desperately needed. So I basically paid this disgraceful place over 300$ to kill my baby. To kill my child. you people deserve to rot in hell

Dog had dental work had his checkup today and he healed great,love this vet, I know vets can be expensive but hey our furbabies are out family, they worked out a payment plan with me cause dental work is expensive but a cracked tooth and open for infection it had to be taken seriously and done asap and they did just that.

We are so happy with this vet!! It’s close by to us in the Oro-Medonte area, has incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and a beautiful property and atmosphere. The service is wonderful- we feel that our pets are well cared for and our vet Dr. Rodd always goes above and beyond to double check that everything is okay after appointments as well as at consecutive ones. With her very attentive and approachable personality, we are so comfortable and lucky to be at ODVS with her care!

This vet office is amazing !!!!! They have taken in my girl Harper and gone above and beyond during every visit !
