We've had generations of pets come through here! Each and every time it's been a wonderful experience. They're always there for you and your pets! We've recently put down our late dog and they had done a wonderful job taking care of the procedure and making sure we were okay after all was done! I would never go anywhere else!

They are loving and caring. In the last year my little girl cat stopped eating and they helped me save her life. Recently my boy cat couldn't piddle and they saved his life. They are understanding as I'm a cat mom who bugs the vet every couple hours to follow up on how they are doing. They never made me feel like a burden. They are amazing.

My beautiful little yorkiepoo “Jake” went to Dr Kathy and Dr Sandy over several years for checkups, procedures, etc. They always follow up ensuring your pet is well taken care of. He just passed away at 12 1/2 yrs old, and we were (are) heartbroken, but the staff could not have been kinder or gentler through the whole ordeal. Very caring, knowledgeable staff from the Drs, vet techs to the front administrators they treat you and your pet like family. Thank you kindly.

The receptionist is rude everytime i call. She must hate people or her job, its really sad. Try being kinder to people calling about putting their sickly senior pets down. We are not all cruel people!! Hung up crying worse then when i started the call... After 6 years i had it and finally called another vet's office and got excellent service and care..

Prada loves going to the vet. She does not like other dogs and is fearful of strangers so you would think the vet's would be an upsetting place for her to be. She likes everyone there and they keep her away from other dogs. If she is happy so am I

Our beautiful Calico cat Bo Bo had a sore eye and she kept it closed. My husband and I were very worried. This was our first visit and I was available to make a very fast appointment! Extremely professional, caring, friendly staff members. We really value our sweet cat and so did Lake Country Animal Hospital. They treated her like their own. Great place! I've been taking my beagle there for most of his life. Prices seem quite high but the great customer service and knowledge from the vets make up for it! Recently my dog mysteriously got sick and they brought him in right away, did some tests and medicated him. The vet personally called to check in on him multiple times now. I recommend Lake Country!
