We've been clients of Staples for years. Every single time,our fur babies are treated wonderfully! We're treated wonderfully!! Just last week we had to put another fur baby to sleep. Our beloved Buster.Dr V and her team did everything,especially communicate with zero judgment. So much love and compassion for everyone involved.I cannot reccomend this place enough!!! Thank you Staples!

staples used to be really amazing. my family have been taking our pets here for nearly 30 years. after dr. staples retired I think the new ownership took on far too many clients. the staff and vets are amazing but they are simply too busy for the amount of clients they have. it is virtually impossible to get through over the phone, and heaven forbid you miss one of their calls you won't hear back for days. which doesn't bode well when they have one of your pets for an appointment and they wanted to ask you questions..? I don't blame anyone that works there personally but I think they are simply too busy. please for the love of the gods hire a receptionist or 2 that *just* handles the phones and the desk and *nothing else* with phones ringing off the hook all day not even a new switchboard can save you.

I've had quite a few experiences at Staples Animal Hospital. Mostly quite good but there can sometimes be quite a wait to get in for certain procedures. I had to have my dog put down after battling some really extensive tumors. They made the whole experience really comforting and helpful. The services are generally pretty reasonably priced in comparison to other very offices. Would recommend for other pet owners in the area.

The Vet Dr. Vieira is a super nice person and is very good to her patients. Staff is great too. She did surgery to amputate his rt front leg on my little guy after he broke his leg and did a great job.

I took my dog to this clinic after booking an appointment 3 days in advance. I was expecting to wait in the car while the vet saw my dog (Covid). I was surprised to be told that I had to come back two hours later for an appointment that took 10 minutes or so. I live half an hour away, so it didn't make sense to drive home. I'm not sure why there was an appointment time booked if this was to be the case. It would have been nice to be told up front. We picked up my dog 2.5 hours later. The prescribed medication was not working and I called the office to check in with the vet. More than a full day later the call was returned. Other several attempts to call resulted in a busy signal or the answering machine. The price was fair and I'm sure the vet cares about animals but either more office staff needs to be hired or a receptionist who will clearly communicate information before booking the appointment. I will not return.

This place is by far the best balance of being a great help, and price (value). Staff is friendly, vets give you the options and don't just run up the bill. I've been going here for 20 yrs and all my pets have been treated very well.

The staff was very friendly however I wasn't able to enter the clinic and be with my pet which I would prefer especially since I have a puppy getting first shots. I did appreciate the precautions they were taking to keep the space safe but I feel we are past not allowing people into the clinic.

Staples is a fantastic place to bring your furry friends! Dr Viera and Dr Robertson genuinely care about their patients and their families. Dr Viera always calls me the next day to check on my dog if he's been sick to see how he's doing, etc. Their prices are very fair and the staff and clinic manager are amazing! The best thing to ever happen to Staples was Dr. Viera buying and taking over the clinic. She is reasonable, provides all your options, is transparent about costs and I wouldn't trust my fur baby to anyone else. Thank you for the amazing care and service!

Unfortunately my wee little girl was critical when I rushed her in Sept 23. They were so gentle with her, treated her as lovingly as if she were their own. I was devastated beyond words. the vet was incredibly kind and caring with me and still continued to check on and report back with updates on my baby. Ella did not make it and everyone was very compassionate and patient allowing me all the time I needed to say my goodbyes. If I get another pet I will def continue to stay with Staples. It's never easy losing a pet and having a vet who shows they care, not only about these wonderful pets but their owners as well, means so much. This is our vet for both of our kitties. The staff have always been super patient and kind. They really make you and your pet feel comfortable and not rushed. The prices are hands down the best in town (I called other places and got prices). The staff have showed me what my cats xray looks like and the textbook for what they are looking for (when diagnosing my cat's asthma). They take the time to explain what the reason behind the tests, and what they are looking for. I never feel pressured to do any tests that I don't want to. It's never hard to get an appointment. The ONLY vet I go to.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They sent my dog home with a life threatening condition after her appointment on Tuesday and told me to wait two days for the vet to call with medication and recommendations. I anxiously waited,called and bugged them. In this time her condition worsened and I had to put her to sleep on Friday at another Vet. I put so much trust in their team for 12 years and am completely heartbroken. Everything from the bill to the lack of empathy, least to say stay away. Rest in the Sweetest Peace Kalua ❤????

I've taken my dog Daisy there 3 times now and they've looked after her flawlessly everytime. The prices are also really reasonable for a vet and they're very honest about whether or not your dog needs further evaluation and aren't looking to gauge you.

Myself and my family have been calling at least 5 times a day, with no response for the past two months. We loved staples and how they treated our dog, was always happy but with a change of ownership it came crashing down. Scamming people selling overpriced and low weighted food, and the blatantly obvious lack of care for their clients. If you want to go to a place, where the well being of your pet isnt top priority, go to staples. The old owner would be ashamed

I took my dog there a while back for euthanasia.... it was a booked appointment and they were running late (it was a 10 am appt). So I sat in the office watching all the happy people bringing in their puppies and waiting to put my dog down.... I was sobbing. Im not saying I should have been priority to others... but it would have been nice to have a quiet area to spend the last minutes with my 16 year old dog. Than they didn't give him a sedative before the barbiturate. I watched him chain stoke for well over a minute and seize. It was traumatizing. As a nurse, the worst thing I have ever witnessed (and I've seen a whole whole lot) They have absolutely no compassion and I wouldn't trust them with a pet fly. Disgusting practice

We normally deal with Dr. Vera, but the last few times has been Dr. Robertson. Both Doctors are very knowledgeable, personable, and first and foremost care for your pets.

The entire staff from reception, techs and vets are the most compassionate and kind veterinary staff I have ever encountered. If I have an emergency they are most obliging in fitting me in and very honest in their assessments and prognosis. Well, I appreciate the help they offer, and at a fair price. I've definitely had some good care there, with no serious issues. That being said, nothing is the same since Dr. Staples retired. Always loved the assurance he gave when he came in to check on your pet, even after another vet had seen them. And, I NEVER had an issue when he was working there. He truly was a deeply caring, patient and special Vet. Sorry, it was just hard to lose him. I'm sure the other vets are caring too, but have to say it just doesn't show quite as well. Since he left, I've had one vet tell me my dog had cataracts, but the next visit, another vet said that he didn't but rather just had aging eyes the same as humans do. Not a big deal, but how do you misdiagnose something so simple? The worst experience? - We took one of our dogs to be put down - showed up at the time told (a very early app't) and were left sitting quite a long time while MANY others, who came much later, were seen first, and all with no word of explanation while my adult son sat with tears rolling down his face while we waited to lose our dog. Just HORRIBLE! Once finally taken in, their process is lovely with the beautiful, special room they have. That part was excellent. ( I do feel badly that I've never spoken to them about that experience, but I was just too angry to do it right away and then ..... time got away). I often want to go to another vet now, but the affordability and decent care keeps me returning.

I’m very disappointed with this office as I had heard such good things about them. I have a pet that is a patient there and my other pet I use a mobile pet service as he can’t go to an actual clinic. I called to to see if they could fill a prescription since my mobile bet can’t fill at this this time. Instead of helping my pet with filling the prescription they won’t unless they see him. So clearly the best interest on an animal is not top priority. If I could take him there I would since my other pt goes there. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!
