Dr. Lee is an incredible veterinarian. Takes the time to answer all my questions . Incredibly compassionate and caring with animals . When I need an appointment in an emergency .. he fit me in. When my pug puppy needing eye surgery, no time was wasted . When we had to put down our old girl , he was very compassionate and gentle. Price is comparable to all Veterinarians but I have found his services cheaper in many circumstances. He only does the essential tests not wasting time and money . The receptionists and assistants are wonderful young ladies who know how to handle animals that are anxious. Really like going to him

Due to Covid we had to postpone our Doberman, Athena, cropping surgery. Athena was 17weeks old when restrictions got lifted and we got her ears cropped in July. We come from the East-end and we picked Dr. Lee because of the great reviews. We have been walked through every step very carefully, we told Dr. Lee we want a wide medium crop. We have been so nervous due to timing. The crop was done perfectly and she is an absolutely perfect looking Doberman. Her recovery and healing was fast, with no pain or issues. The follow up and care for our pup was incredible! Thank you to Dr. Lee and the whole attentive and caring staff.

Dr. Lee is a great doctor and his staff were wonderful. We looked all over the place for a reputable vet that does ear cropping, and found this clinic on google. The 5 star reviews are accurate.. We bought our little guy here (Cane Corso) for an ear crop and Dr. Lee did a great job He's very caring, and knowledgeable. From the time we dropped off our pup to the time we picked him up, our pup was in great spirits as if nothing happened! They kept us informed the whole time. Our one complaint would have been that we were quoted one price, but we ended up walking out paying almost double. There were some extra costs, like blood work, medications, and post op dog food that we weren't quoted for. However, we also had our pup's second set of shots that added to the cost. At the end of the day, they took REALLY good care of our pup, the clinic was very clean and new, so I would definitely make the drive if I ever had to have any further surgical procedures done! Ears are perfect after 2 weeks with the cone and didn't need to be posted. Highly recommend this place!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have so many great things to say about the Upper Oakville Hospital. First off, I found Upper Oakville Pet Hospital by googling veterinarians who can do ear cropping for our Cane Corso, Kielo. I decided to go with UOPH although we are from Toronto. I did look into many review for other pet hospitals in Toronto and the surrounding areas but I wasn’t convinced. After reading reviews on Google for UOPH I decided to go with them. We made the drive up to Oakville to have Kielo’s ears done and from the moment we arrived, Dr. Lee and his team were very professional and welcoming. We did a quick consultation for the ear cropping. I wanted to do a show crop on our pup but Dr. Lee recommended a bit shorter crop to suit Kielo’s face. I trusted his professional opinion and I could not be happier. Kielo’s ears healed fairly quickly and no posting had to be done. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service and the team and we will have Dr. Lee as our primary veterinarian. Thank you to the UOPH team!

Very disappointed with the service. Yes I did make an appointment for my Great Dane to get ears cropped . My other pets are under my girlfriends name. Be careful when you leave a bad review! They call and email and harass you to remove the bad review. We are all entitled to our opinions of your service.

Dr. Lee and his staff are the most caring people, when it goes to your pet. You leave feeling that your pet is their pet. We have been with Dr.Lee for 3 years & every visit he greats your pet first then says hello to you. A few months a ago we had to take Opie in as he was not feeling well. Dr. Lee diagnosed the problem & surgery was preformed within the hour. He reassured us that Opie would be fine and calmed all our fears. He had to stay for 3 days and each morning one of the staff members called to let us know how his night was & did the same before the office closed. I cannot say enough of the professionalism of this caring an loving veterinary office.

Great hospital for your pet! The Doctor is a gentleman who is from Korea and he genuinely cares about your pet. I took my dog there thinking I had to put her down, turned out she had a bad infection of the uterus. The doctor gave us the best course of action and we managed to safe my dog! Highly recommend this hospital and they’re staff!

After 14 years of living in Oakville, I've finally found a vet I have complete trust in. Veterinary expenses have been piling up for me with my aging cat and our new rescue dog we recently adopted. Both of them had surgery within 2 weeks of each other. I felt Dr. Lee was sensitive to that and was sure to only recommend treatments and diagnostics that really were necessary. The free initial exam was a big help, too. And the best part is he really seems to enjoy the animals. The staff is great too!

I was very nervous when deciding on cropping my puppies ears, Dr. Lee and his staff/ vet tech were extremely friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything in detail and did not rush the explanations. They went over the pros and cons, risks and aftercare in great detail. They took absolutely great care of my girl while she was there! Not to mention his work on the crop was fabulous and it came out perfectly, the ears are nice and even and the stitch work is phenomenal! Chyna and I definitely approve! After researching and reading reviews, we made the drive from Ottawa to have our 9 week old Cane Corso puppy's (Cletus) ears cropped. We were very impressed with Dr. Lee's knowledge and professionalism. He was incredibly thorough with his explanation of the surgery and his team went through the aftercare with us step by step. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Through our research of other vets we heard horror stories of vets not giving enough pain medication but they provided us with plenty and our pup didn't even need it all. His ears 2 weeks later already look amazing and we are so pleased with the results. We highly recommend Dr. Lee and his team for ear cropping. Thank you to everyone at upper Oakville pet hospital!

BEST VET EVER!!!! 5 stars truly is nowhere near enough for Dr. Lee and his staff. We brought our two dobbies to the clinic for ear cropping, tail docking and dew claw removals. From the beginning of the appointment I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Lee and his team. He did a general check up, and then informed us of his findings, he also informed us of any additional costs, and allowed us to decide whether or not we wanted to add them in. Unfortunately, one of our pups passed away at the end his procedure due to an unknown heart condition that no one was aware of. Dr. Lee handled the situation so well, despite me being completely taken over with grief. I feel that I must once again reiterate that the passing of my little one was of absolutely NO ONE’s wrongdoing and Dr. Lee went ABOVE and BEYOND to try to save him, unfortunately he had a heart condition that the breeder was not aware of, therefore, we were not aware of it either. His passing was inevitable and would’ve happened at anytime. I have peace knowing he passed away on his own, in a loving environment. Again this was NOT Dr. Lee’s fault. I implore you to read that last sentence again before making any decisions out of panic. His brother however, has been doing exceptionally well, his ears, tail and paws are healing very well. The clinic called us two days after the procedure to check up on him, and they even sent us a card for the loss of our other puppy. Our family has decided to make the Upper Oakville Pet Hospital our permanent vet. We live all the way in North Oshawa, but we will gladly make the drive whenever necessary for our dogs. Dr. Lee is truly a genuine animal lover and cares more about his patients than he does about a dollar. If you were looking for a sign on whether or not you should bring your pet to him, here it is!!! 100000/10

We were really nervous about our kitten Landa getting her spay surgery, but it went amazing at this hospital! The surgery was pretty fast, we brought her in at 8:30 and were already at home by 4. That same night she was running and jumping around like nothing even happened. The incision was really tiny, and no complications. Now she is fully healed and happy. Thank you so much for the wonderful job! :)

Upper Oakville Pet Hospital is the best of best in the aspect of expertise, hygiene and compassion. Dr. Bryan Lee is an expert in dentistry as well. It was a blessing that my little dog, Gucci aged 14 could be in Dr. Lee's professional hands for his dental care. Even after hours of surgery to remove all of his infected and some of his healthy teeth, he could be in perfect condition without having any infection of his gums and medical problems. Our family respects Dr. Lee for his profession with honesty and shows our special thanks for his compassionate care for my dog. Dr.Lee is great. I have a 10 week old kitten who has an abnormal anus and problems pooping on her own, and he really has helped a lot. He has put her best interest in place, making sure that she’s stable. Overall I’d recommend you go to Dr.Lee if you have any severe problems regarding your pet. I’ve gone to 2 animal hospitals before him and they did not help or inform us as much as he has. Dr.Lee is a very trustworthy veterinarian.

Ear cropping just got banned a year ago in Alberta, so I did some research and found upper Oakville per hospital. The reviews were all great but while searching, I didn’t really read anything about Doberman’s so I was a little hesitant at first, but still booked. When Draco and I arrived we were greeted and acknowledged right away. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Lee asked me what kind of crop I wanted and after 2 weeks of healing, Draco’s ears look exactly like the picture I showed him! The scabbing is almost gone and I can probably start posting in a couple days. The receptionist has also called and done a follow up three times to see how he is doing. So glad to know they care so much about the animals they work on. Very impressed with everything.

Our puppy suddenly got very sick. I tried to call and when there was no answer I emailed and they responded right away. When I told them what was wrong they saw him immediately, tested blood, x rays, gave him meds and got him up and running. They were kind and quick to respond and very, very helpful.

Dr. Lee is an incredible Veterinarian. He saved our dogs life after he got into the garbage and ate spoiled chicken and discovered during the examination he had also swallowed several bones. He took all of the necessary steps to check for any complications and immediately performed surgery on him that night. He explained everything to us in perfect detail and continued to update us with his progress. We had to leave our dog there for 2 nights post surgery, and felt very comfortable knowing that he was in Dr. Lee's hands. He would return to the clinic after hours to check in on our dog. Dr. Lee is wonderful and so are his staff! We have a dog with a chronic ear infection and a puppy with an unfortunate knack for getting acute health issues. For both our dogs, Dr. Lee and his staff have been absolute angels. When I found a tick on our puppy while we were traveling out of town, he gladly offered help and advice over phone so we were able to care for him until we could go into the office for a proper checkup.
