Fantastic people, I'm so glad I picked this place for my newly adopted senior chi, Sisi. Dr. Cahill is very thorough, gave me tons of advice about having chi's (it's my first time with the breed) and obviously cares about Sisi's well being as much as I do. Linda at the desk is just a joy to see whenever we come in. Recently called for advice on Sisi's diarrhea problem, Linda got me an appointment for the very next day. After treatment and going home with meds and food, Linda has called us daily to follow up on Sisi's well being and give us more advise. I can't imagine better service, or friendlier staff than here. The place it self is also lovely; clean, bright and homely. Sisi loves going there, can you imagine? A dog that gets excited about visiting the vet.

The care we get for out cats is great. The vet is very easy to talk with and explains if questioned The support staf can be forgetful confused and at times hard to deal with. You can get quioted one price and get a bill for another amount. More rhan one screwup with food ordered through them

Disgusting service. Lousy bedside manner. I was calling about my dying cat for euthanasia. I understand restrictions during COVID-19 but I feel Trafalgar Animal Hospital, and many other Pet care providers have lost their humanity. I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of overall professionalism across the board. All in the name of so called ‘preventative measures’ which is just a clever euphemism for not giving a damn. I am also lumping MAC animal clinic and Oakville Animal Clinic in here too, because they also need to be held accountable for their actions. Thoroughly disgusted !!!

Trafalgar Animal Hospital is simply a wonderful veterinary clinic. Dr. Cahill, Rickie, Linda and all of the staff are very friendly and efficient. I have been taking my dog to this clinic for the past 12 years (she'll turn 13 this summer). I had a bad experience with the first clinic I tried in Burlington and my hairdresser raved about Trafalgar Animal Hospital so I gave them a try. I would never let anyone else care for my animals. Dr. Cahill (Savanna) is so loving and kind in her care. Though veterinary services can be expensive, I have never felt pressured to pursue any treatment that wasn't completely necessary. There is no hard sell at this clinic. When my dog broke a leg last summer (note, don't mow your grass with your pets and children outside, rocks can be shot out by the mower at an amazing speed and do serious damage) the cost of the 6 weeks of follow up care was surprisingly minimal. The constant contact from Dr. Cahill was really amazing and helpful. If you are looking for a veterinarian for the first time or are not satisfied with your current veterinary clinic, don't hesitate to try Trafalgar Animal Hospital. With the reception my dog Zoey gets when I visit, I feel like they love her as much as I do.

Ok my name is James and I had this nice white cat called powder. Well a few weeks ago my cat was in distress and having not a cent in my pocket I called the trafalgar animal hospital at 1063 sixth line and sent a video of my sweet powder in distress and they told me to bring him in that he needed immediate attention and I didn't have any money's in my pocket well they told me not to worrie about the money right now just bring him in asap well we headed to the vets hoping for the best well we where less the 2mins always he past away those people that worked in the vets where so kind and heart warming and allowed me to send them here money's a week later. This is my personal experience again thank you for caring ...
