The best veterinary clinic around! Can't say enough good things about both Dr. Catena and Dr. Polson. They are extremely knowledgeable and fair. They clearly have the best interests of the animals in mind but are also cognizant of cost and budgets. When either one suggests testing or a procedure I am confident that it is necessary and not just to over charge (as many other vet clinics do). Wesley and Lenny couldn't be in better hands!

Both Dr David and Dr Chris are wonderful caring veterinarians. They give you straight answers and provide information and options. They also provide chiropractic care for your pets by allowing Dr Jason from Foundations chiropractic to host a clinic one day a week. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and Dr Chris and his assistants guided me through the process of caring for my little guy and his condition. I couldn't be more appreciative for their caring and dedication.

After being an employee there for almost 5 years. I was shocked at how I had just recently been treated. They made me feel just awful by turning me away and not allowing me to be a client. I thought they were better than to be disrespectful and inconsiderate to one's time and feelings due to a vendetta and or grudge (of what I do not know). Very unprofessional and disappointing. Can not believe I had recommended this practice to anyone. Unbelievable.

Dr. Chris Catena is the best Vet I have ever encountered and truly amazing from my first day to my last. He always provided the utmost care for my dog and referred me to a specialist when required. We had been referred to Royal Ford Veterinary Hospital by a neighbour when we first moved to Oakville, and were happy with the service we received when we took our two cats for their first annual checkup. Recently, we noticed that our older cat's nails had grown too long, and required a vet's attention. I was mortified that we had let this happen, but the staff at the clinic were very understanding and supportive. They were able to see her the same day we called, and took great care of her. And the fee was considerably reasonable than I had anticipated! Thank you, Royal Ford Veterinary Hospital, for helping our little girl. We will be happy to recommend your clinic to anybody who happens to be looking for a vet in the future.

Based on the below comment, I think it is necessary to turn away clients once a business reaches a certain point to ensure that current clients are receiving prime care, low wait times, and to keep appointment spots open. The vet techs are fantastic, Dr. Catena is nice, sometimes he comes across as too nice to a fault? As though it's an act, but I could be wrong. Met the other vet on site for a brief moment, but he went out of the way to give a treat to my GF's dog, very genuine. As for the front desk staff, I'm indifferent to the elderly lady there, she's there, does her job. The blonde girl, whose name escapes me, very pleasant and very genuine. There is one girl in particular with glasses, very sharp with her tone and not pleasant at all. I try to avoid her like the plague. She needs to be working in the back filing papers and not dealing with clients, that's a job for people with social skills and graces. Something I believe she clearly lacks in my opinion. Maybe the staff can point it out to her? She just doesn't look very happy. Otherwise, it's a decent practice, not the worst, that's for certain.

Dr. David Polson took a great care of us and our cat, in a very courteous manner. He is genuinely interested in helping animals, is a gentleman, and has great authority that pets really feel. Our cat is always quite unhappy, to say the least, when strangers approach him, never mind touching him. To the point we needed to give him mild sedation in the past just to bring him to the vet. He never raised a concern about David's thorough inspection though. This in itself is amazing.
