Very warm and caring. Always offering options and products however they don’t do it in a forceful way which I like. They know the history of your pets which show they prepare or care (or both). Very attentive and generally come across as sincere about your pets wellbeing. They also follow up with calls to make sure everything is ok while going through any treatments. I always thought vets were out for a buck, like a crooked mechanic. Not this place. It is a wonderful, professional group. They fixed a seven year issue my dog had, in one visit. That's after several other vets milking me for years for the said issue. I highly recommend this hospital.

I have an amazing and loving male cat named Bud. He was diagnosed as diabetic in January of this year. He has been under the care of Dr Natalia who despite all the roadblocks Bud has presented to her has never wavered on her commitment and devotion to bring his diabetes under control. All of the staff that assist have been amazing. Sometimes i think he fails his tests so that he can visit them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any pets care to them. Dr. Sarahs staff are supportive of all your needs. North Oakville is fortunate to have their veterinarian services.

NOAH is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. All of my cats have had medical issues so I spent a lot of time with the team. Every time they have been so incredibly caring and accommodating. They went absolutely above and beyond for me and my babies. I’m so grateful for everything they did for Dobby, Sushi and Lilo. I’ve since had to move cities and I miss them so much! I don’t think I’ll ever find another vet clinic as amazing as them.

Not an animal hospital at all, just a room full of inexperienced vets. Brought my cat in for an emergency, they basically did nothing and proceeded to charge me $100 and call my vet to say I was switching vets. I wasn't. Brought my cat to my vet 3 days later, my vet gave my cat a much needed surgery that the north oakville animal hospital said my cat "didn't need". My cat was clearly in pain, and this place did nothing. I will never bring my pets here and neither should anyone.

We have been taking our dog Jeff to this clinic since the beginning of 2019. We decided to take our dog to this clinic to see Dr.Sarah after having a good experience with her at another clinic and she informed us that she would be at this clinic regularly. The last few times we have taken our dog she has not been there, which was disappointing. Our last experience with the clinic has caused us to leave. We broke our dog in for an ear infection about two weeks ago. Due to covid 19 our dog was taken in alone and his ear was treated. That night our dog starting urinating in our house and excessively drinking. This continued to about 9 days when we called to move up our follow up as we were concerned. Blood work was done and we were told our dog had diabetes. We found it strange that his symptoms began immediately following his visit but they could not explain this. We ended up paying around $600 for this two visits and were given another estimate of over $200 to have our dog stay for a day at the clinic for glucose monitoring. On the second day of bringing our dog the receptionist had thought she had hung up the phone on my husband after he asked to have Dr. Sarah call him, and he over heard her saying “I saw that one coming.” This put a very bad taste in our mouth about the clinic and it’s staff. Upon some recommendations we took our dog to a nearby vet in clarkson and were very happy with his prices and care. Furthermore, after being notified that we went to another vet. The receptionist Karen sent an email asking if we still wanted the diabetic food we had ordered to which my husband responded yes too. He called the clinic today and was told she didn’t receive the email and didn’t order the food. We have this email In our sent inbox. My husband had to phone five different vets today to find this food. We are disgusted by this clinic and their staff and highly do not recommend it.

My family has been bringing our pets to NOAH for many years and we have only ever had positive experiences. Anything from regular checkups to some pretty terrible circumstances, the staff has always been professional, caring and has the welfare of the pet as the primary concern. They take time explain their reasoning for their decisions and are very patient regardless of the situation. We have always been happy with NOAH and always feel comfortable we have been helped to make the right decision for the pet, even if the decision is a hard one. After all, isn't the welfare of the animal the whole reason you're taking it to a Vet? Thanks NOAH!

The entire NOAH team are amazing. Thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and have my fur baby’s best interests at heart. They check in regularly via email or phone call on my baby who has special senior cat health conditions and have ideas to help with her special dietary needs. No pressure tactics to upsell or sell you services you don’t want or can’t afford. I also board my cat when I go away and they treat her very well. I went there to get my dog groomed. When she came out her hair was so short you could easily see her pink skin. The poor dog is easily going to get sunburn now. And the kept her 3 hours to shave her bald. I can now see why it was so easy to get an appointment there. I don’t recommend this place for grooming if you want a happy dog. This is the last time I’m going to this place for grooming.

I cannot say enough good things about NOAH! Our vet is Dr. Sue Horneman. She has been our get through 3 dogs. Sue is the most loving and kind person and vet that I have ever met. All animals love her and she really loves them. She is so approachable and we all call her Sue! The staff are wonderful. Karen has known our last puppy, Harley and now Monty. Great person. I'm so glad she is once again working with Sue. After Monty had an operation to remove a lump, Sue sent us a picture of her cuddling him in a warm blanket. I am pleased to say that indeed everything positive that people have been saying is true. The staff at NOAH is amazing. Our vet, Dr. Jen Dowson, is the nicest and most caring person. Once she found out that I was a new pet owner she took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed every single concern. The remainder of the staff are equally knowledgeable and are always extremely nice and helpful. It is true that they treat you animal like it is their own pet/s. I also love the fact that they are very technologically friendly and trendy and I get constant e-mails to remind me to make appointments or to remind me of an upcoming appointment. My dogs are always dealt with in a calm and friendly manner from reception to techs and vets. Dr. Nat is our usual vet and she always presents options to us and answers all of our questions so we always feel part of the care and feel fully informed. You will get the same care from all team members here. They never feel rushed, make every effort to give us our preferred appointment requests and always remember us and listen to all the goofy things the younger lab does. We get reminders and we always get follow ups to ensure the dogs are on the mend or feeling better. If the dogs could give a thumbs up ???? I am pretty confident they would.

Dr. Natalia and the hospital staff are amazing, they are compassionate, professional and most importantly they exhibit a genuine love for animals. When our dog reached the end of his battle with cancer Dr. Natalia was very honest with us in explaining that his time had unfortunately come, and she was very understanding and respectful of our grief. The hospital has a comfort room for this type of situation, it's not a clinical space but a home living room like setting that made a horrible day a little more bearable or us. A five stars rating is not enough for this place and these people.

Absolutely the best vet clinic! we have take all 4 of our dogs here over the years. Dr. Natalia in particular went above an beyond and SAVED OUR DOGS LIFE! in short our dog was suffering from a mystery illness which, within days, caused her to become hot to the touch and completely lethargic almost no longer moving at all. her fur became thin and patchy and she was loosing weight, it was horrible.. the "Emergency Clinic" we took her too advised our only option was to put her down! yes that right we were a day away from euthanizing our dog when we took her to NOAH for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Natalia went to an online forum for vets, discussed the issue with the other Dr.s and determined this was a potentially treatable condition. she got back to us the next day with this information We tried the medication ( it something really strange like prescription human cough medication) and within 2 days could see our dog coming back to life! it was incredible!! I don't know anyone who could honestly say their vet would actually go above and beyond like that! every staff member we have dealt with has been as equally dedicated. we will never use another vet!

We have been going here since our dog was picked up from the breeder. The front desk staff is terrific. They are very busy but they responsive and great with responding to emails or getting back to you on something. Our dog is now 5 and over those years we have dealt with 3 of the vets and we love them all. I really think they know what they are doing. They also know when to refer the dog to a specialist which in our case has happened 2x due to complicated liver and teeth issues. In addition, they are kind and compassionate. Our situation was not an easy one because he is quite ill and the dog can be difficult to deal with. But they treat him so well and have been amazing, supportive and responsive for all of his needs. I highly recommend them. Wouldn't go elsewhere.
