And she doesn't upsell like other vets I've been to. She makes recommendations, but does not prescribe excessive treatment.

Alot of the staff were quite nice and skilled but the main vet always seemed to come off rude to customers and staff. We witnessed him and his (wife?) argue right in front of us so we stopped going as it was quite awkward.

Dr. Bev is awesome! I would definitely recommend her! She very friendly and helpful. Any recommendations she gives she didn't push on you. She explains why she is recommending it but will let you know if you can hold off on in or not. Example: my cat had a really bad looking back tooth. She mentioned that they could take it out but if we wanted to wait on it, the tooth would probably fall out ... It fell out three days later. She is great with my cats they are surprisingly calm with her.. and they use to hate going to the vet. Definitely recommend Vetwise!

Been using this vet for about 30 year since it was under the old crazy horse and find them to be a great place to use. I had to say good bye to my cat of 18 years yesterday and that's never easy but knowing the vets well makes it a little better, rip Pumba I'll alwzys miss you.

Though I thought this place was great under the old ownership, I'm amazed with the care, and attention that my animals recieve. At a reasonable price. They genuinely care and take interest in the whole life of pets and go the extra mile to make human and animal feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

First time coming here though my cat has recieved care here since he was a kitten. There were no wait times in a waiting room with my screaming cat, they put us in a room straightaway. The practice is in an old house with lots of character, and their resident cat is very friendly. Dr. MacDougall was very gentle and patient with my cat. The price was also less than expected which is always nice.

I was not actually a customer but a potential customer observing the interaction between the staff and a customer. Although I am sure the quality of work and actual vet skills were above reproach and highly skilled the customer skills of the female staff was very rude and abrupt. would not explain the bill simply stating it would be seen after it was paid for then printed. crapping on the customer for attempting to get updates through the day on her pet.. all in all I would definitly not recommend this particular business to anyone expecting a polite interaction. they also do not support pet insurance in any manner other then supporting the propaganda and pamphlets associated with the insurance Follow up. Debora followed up with the issue with her staff that I had witnessed and addressed it appropriately. I am sure front desk customer relations has improved as a result making it a more pleasant and professional experience

Absolutely amazing vet. I first came here simply because I work across the street and was curious about the animals on the roof! I couldn't be happier with my choice. They make me feel like I've known them my whole life. It doesn't feel like "clinic" but a comfortable homey place. They are exceptionally caring about animals and give you a picture of you and your pet to take home! They go the extra mile for fur babies.

The best vet service I have ever experienced. The staff dealt beautifully and calmly with my super-anxious cat. They also did great at handling super-anxious me. The Dr. took the time to explain all of the options and to let us make our own decisions. Fair pricing is just the icing on the cake. During Covid times they have an exam room with a window facing on the patio, so you can be kept in the loop while keeping your distance.

The staff are very nice and knowledgeable and it is obvious that everyone working there has a passion for their work. The only downside is the cost of services. I recently took my two dogs for their annual checkup and shots. We opted for the lyme disease shot which requires a booster after ~2-4 weeks. The cost for the booster shots (~$12 a piece) included a mandatory exam fee for each dog even though we just had our annual exams completed. Our previous vet clinic had the vet techs administer booster shots to avoid this exam fee thereby saving us $140 or $70 exam fee per dog plus tax. Currently, local kennels are requiring bordetella shots every 6 months, and so we are now looking at another exam fee to administer the $10 shots in a few months.
