I am so disappointed that I have to write this review. A month or so ago my mother called in concerning our dog, she was vomiting and not eating. My mom was worried that it could’ve been a treat that she gave our dog so she let the receptionist know this to which she replied ‘you have no one to blame but yourself, now do you?’. My mother was already extremely upset about our sick dog, and then got blamed for it without knowing what was going on? Fast forward to a week ago, we decided to check her out at a different local vet where she was deemed palliative with cancer in 5 different areas. My mom has another dog who is diabetic and it’s her first time dealing with this, so she has called and asked questions and never got a call back. It breaks my heart that my mom got this kind of service. She thinks the world of her two dogs and would do anything for them.

The way we treat death is jest as important as we treat life. Both shifts at the Tri-County Vet worked hard the last two weeks through COVID trying to help me save my little Sierra, but in the end, when there was nothing left that we could do, they were also there to help me lay her to rest. Thank you to the Doctors and staff, even though she is not here with me, she's in a better place free from suffering.

This vet has taken care of our pog since birth. The staff are very thorough, keep excellent records and treat our dig as if she was human. The vets are very caring of the pets, treat them with loads of respect. I highly recommend this clinic.

I usually have an incredible experience here except for one time, a surgical procedure was recommended for my dog by the vet that my dog did not need. If they would have done test to check first it could have saved my dog some pain and saved me some money. Other than this one instance they have great service and they do an exceptional job with handling pet care.

The front desk workers are very rude and un professional in the way they speak to there customers. And the last 3 times I had made appointments for them each time they made mistakes witch resulted in me having me to return to get things done the right way. I'm getting very annoyed with there costumer service and the wait I have to make just to keep my pets heathly.

Most Cruelest Vet. I had $1200 for my dogs emergency operation (waiting to have other 300 transferred at the bank) but because I didnt have it ALL they let her die ???? They have only one objective and it isnt your pets health ???? Keep paying cause if your pet hasnt been sick in three years they didnt get enough money to deal with you Despite keep getting meds from them all along I guess that isnt enough profit to save my cat
