I have always had the biggest place in my heart for the S.P.CA and what they do. Upon hearing about their new vet clinic I was amazed at how much these guys have on their plate already and their willingness to do more. The money they do receive stretches so far and still they found a way to help low income families and people like most of us now a days going through some sort of financial crisis get our pets the proper care and medical treatment the so very much deserve on a case by case process billed based on each individual's income. Thank you SPCA!
