Get service wonderful people to talk to and very caring about pets and I call ahead and ask for stuff to help my daughters pets for fleas and she brought it right out for us , my daughters fleas all gone now and she got enough for 4 cats . Was a very nice lady that came out and ask me how my cat was doing

Today we had an emergency situation, our pot belly pig was attacked by a dog and had several deep puncture wounds. Upon calling I was told I would get a call back after the vet was consulted. 20-30 minutes later I receive the call back that they will not accepted an emergency call because we are not “regular” clients. We were not asking to be regular clients we were Seeking help in an emergency situation. Shame on your clinic for turning us away. Thankfully the New Glasgow Vet (who also are not accepting new clients) were not concerned at all about that aspect and told me they would look after her as soon as we could get there. Northumberland will never receive a bit of business from me or a good recommendation.
